Technical Data
The Ferroli Econcept 51A has been designed for high efficiencies and very low emissions. The boiler has achieved 4 star efficiency (EU Directive 92/42 EEC) and Class 5 for NOx emissions (EU Directive EN 297/A5).
The Econcept 51A is equipped with Ferroli’s patented premix ceramic reverse micro flame burner. This burner is the key to the low emissions and is designed to eliminate the effects of thermal expansion of the burners.
The high efficiency heat exchanger is manufactured with 16mm
water ways to eliminate debris-related corrosion and hot spots. The material chosen for construction is aluminium silica alloy which has been specifically formulated for condensing boiler applications.
A key feature of the Econcept 51A is the inbuilt boiler pump and the provision for an optional inbuilt DHW pump. The DHW control is performed by the on-board controller (see page 4).
