A Message from the Chairman:
Since 1946, Fender has realized the importance of your amplifier. You see,
your amplifier is more than just a combination of dials, wires and speakers.
It is a finely tuned musical instrument. And like any fine musical instrument, it must be constructed with special care and attention to detail.
At Fender, we know what building guitar amplifiers is all about. For over half
a century, we have been designing and producing some of the world’s best
amplifiers, helping shape the face of music. In fact, many of the world’s
most classic and best sounding amplifiers proudly wear the Fender name.
Whether you are after that classic Fender tone, a clean crisp sound for
your keyboard or bass, or the raw driving power of modern guitar distortion, your decision to purchase a Fender amplifier is one you will appreciate with each passing note for years to come.
Wishing you years of enjoyment and a heartfelt thank you,

the instrument channel.
5. BASS - Adjusts the low frequency range of the
instrument channel.
6. REVERB SWITCH - Press this switch in to
activate the reverb effect on the instrument
channel. •NOTE: The (15) REVERB CONTROL
must be rotated clockwise for any reverb effect
to be heard.
7. STRING DYNAMICS (PATENTED) - Controls a
tone shaping filter on the instrument channel.
Rotating this control clockwise decre a s e s
h i g h - f requency “harshness” while playing
loudly and maintains “crispness” while playing
softly.
8. CHORUS SWITCH - Press this switch in to
activate the chorus effect on the instrument
channel. •NOTE: Connecting the footswitch
will override this chorus switch.
9. CHORUS CONTROL- Rotating this contro l
clockwise increases the modulation rate of the
chorus effect.
10. CHORUS INDICATOR - This LED illuminates
when the chorus effect is active and increases
in brightness with the chorus modulation rate.
11. MIC - Plug your microphone in here. Use this
three-pin XLR balanced female input connector with low impedance micro p h o n e s .
•NOTE: +15V DC phantom voltage supplied.
12. VOLUME - Adjusts the loudness of the mic
channel.
13. TREBLE - Adjusts the high frequency range of
the mic channel.
14. BASS - Adjusts the low frequency range of the

16. PHASE - Reverses the phase (180o) of the
amplifier when this switch is pressed, eliminating feedback when playing in small spaces.
17. F O O T S W I T C H- Plug in the optional
footswitch (Part# 037659) here. The footswitch

footswitch.
18. LINE OUT - This 1/4 inch phone jack provides
a line-level, post-effects, unbalanced output

19. POWER INDICATOR - This LED illuminates
when the amplifier is ON.
