1. MANIPULACIÓN
es
Toda operación de mantenimiento de la bomba tiene
que ser realizada por personal especializado previa
desconexión de la misma de la red eléctrica.
El producto se debe manejar con cuidado y con medios de elevación adecuados, ya que las caídas y los choquespueden dañarlo,
incluso sin daños exteriores. Véase los esquemas para el levantamiento del producto no embalado. (Fig.2)

2. EMPLEOS
La bomba es adecuada para el bombeo de agua limpia. La cantidad máxima de arena tolerada es 100 g/m.
Todos los componentes metálicos en contacto con el líquido
son de acero inoxidable y los componentes plásticos son de tipo
aprobado para el uso con los líquidos alimenticios.

The pump is designed to handle clean water. The maximum tolerated quantity of sand is 100 g/m.
All the metal components that come into contact with the liquid
are made of stainless steel, while the plastic components are approved for use in food preparation.
3. ACOPLAMIENTO DE LA BOMBA AL MOTOR SUMERGIDO
La bomba es adecuada para el acoplamiento a un motor sumergido de 4! conforme a las normas NEMA.
Para obtener un acoplamiento correcto actuar del modo siguiente (Fig. 1):
Destornillar los tornillos (2)de jación y desenganchar la caja exterior de la bomba (7) para sacar la protección del cable (1).
Asegurarse de que el árbol, la junta y las supercies de acoplamiento estén limpios.
Colocar el motor (3) en posición vertical.
Acoplar la bomba al motor teniendo cuidado de alinear la abertura
"pasacable! del soporte inferior con la salida cable del motor.
Una vez efectuado el acoplamiento, atornillar las tuercas (4) en los
tirantes (5) de jación de la bomba al motor apretándolas en secuencia, según las diagonales o con un par de apriete de 16-20 Nm.
Extender el cable (6) del motor a lo largo de la bomba (7) y cubrirlo
con la protección del cable (1). Enganchar la protección del cable
a la caja y jarla con los tornillos (2).
The pump is suitable for coupling to a 4! standard NEMA submersible motor.
For correct coupling proceed as follows (Fig. 1):
Loosen the screws (2) that fasten the cable guard (1) and detach
it from the pump$s external casing (7).
Make sure the shaft, the coupling and the coupling surfaces are
clean.
Position the motor (3) vertically.
Couple the pump to the motor being careful to align the cable
guide hole in the lower support with the motor$s cable outlet. Then
tighten the nuts (4) on the tie rods (5) that secure the pump to the
motor. Tighten in cross sequence with a driving torque of 16-20
Nm.
Lay the motor cable (6) alongside the pump (7) and cover it with
the cable guard (1). Attach the cable guard to the casing and secure it with the screws (2).
4. LÍMITES DE EMPLEO
Temperatura máxima líquido bombeado: 40°C.
Profundidad máxima de inmersión: 150 m.
Maximum temperature of pumped liquid: 40°C.
Maximum immersion depth: 150 m.
5. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
