5. Initial Operation
Setting the correct working
pressure:
Connect spray gun with
quick coupler to pressurised
air source (note: max.
pressure 6 bar)
Spray gun:
Pull the trigger (item 1). With
the thumb check the vacuum
at the siphon feed tube (item
2). Turn the nozzle until
aspiration is optimal. Tighten
counter nut to lock nozzle in
this position.
7. Specifications
Undercoating:
The Undercoating Spray
Gun is supplied ready for
applying undercoating: you
only need to connect to a
pressurised air source with a
quick coupler and attach a
commercially available
undercoating cartridge with
40 mm thread.
Cavity coating:
Remove nozzle (item 3) and
attach the spray hose (item
4) supplied.
6. Care and Maintenance
When work is completed, the
spray gun, and the siphon
tube and nozzle/spray hose
in particular, need to be
cleaned with a suitable
cleaning agent.
We recommend to attach a
cup or cartridge filled with
cleaning agent and to spray
it at low pressure. Spray into
a container to collect the
cleaning agent, avoiding
unnecessary vapours. After
each cleaning the valve pin
and trigger pin must be oiled.
Store your air tools in dry
rooms only.
