Öffnen Sie die Verpackung und nehmen Sie

Entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial so-

Überprüfen Sie, ob der Lieferumfang vollstän-

3. Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Dieses Gerät ist geeignet zum Aufblasen von
Auto-, Motorrad- und Fahrradreifen, Sportbällen
sowie Wasserbällen, Luftmatratzen und ähnlichen
Gegenständen.
Zusätzlich ist das Gerät geeignet zum Absaugen
von Luftvolumen aus Gegenständen mit niedrigem Druck, wie Wasserbällen, Luftmatratzen und
ähnlichen Gegenständen.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht geeignet für Reifen mit
sehr großem Volumen, wie z. B. Lkw-Reifen und
Traktorreifen.
Die Maschine darf nur nach ihrer Bestimmung
verwendet werden. Jede weitere darüber hinausgehende Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus hervorgerufene Schäden oder
Verletzungen aller Art haftet der Benutzer/Bediener und nicht der Hersteller.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen, handwerklichen oder industriellen Einsatz konstruiert

5. Vor Inbetriebnahme
Überzeugen Sie sich vor dem Anschließen, dass
die Daten auf dem Typenschild mit den Daten des
Akku übereinstimmen.
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät auf Transportschä-
•
den. Etwaige Schäden sofort dem Transportunternehmen melden, mit dem der Kompressor angeliefert wurde.
Auf trockene und staubfreie Ansaugluft ach-
•
ten.
Den Kompressor nicht in feuchtem oder nas-
•
sem Raum aufstellen.
Der Kompressor darf nur in geeigneten Räu-
•
men (gut belüftet, Umgebungstemperatur
+5°C bis 40°C) betrieben werden. Im Raum
dürfen sich keine Stäube, keine Säuren,
Dämpfe, explosive oder entflammbare Gase
befinden.
Der Kompressor ist geeignet für den Einsatz
•
in trockenen Räumen. In Bereichen, in denen
mit Spritzwasser gearbeitet wird, ist der Einsatz nicht zulässig.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur auf festem, ebe-
•
nem Untergrund
Warnung! Beachten Sie für Gegenstände die
aufgeblasen werden sollen die Angaben und Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers.
5.1 Laden des LI-Akku-Packs (Abb. 2, 9)
1. Akku-Pack (6) aus dem Handgriff heraus
ziehen, dabei die Rasttaste (a) nach unten
drücken.
2. Vergleichen, ob die auf dem Typenschild
angegebene Netzspannung mit der vorhandenen Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Stecken
Sie den Netzstecker des Ladegeräts (d) in
die Steckdose. Die grüne LED beginnt zu
blinken.
3. Schieben Sie den Akku (6) auf das Ladegerät
(d).
Unter Punkt 10 (Anzeige Ladegerät) fi nden Sie
eine Tabelle mit den Bedeutungen der LED Anzeige am Ladegerät.
Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs immer noch
nicht möglich sein, bitten wir Sie,
das Ladegerät und Ladeadapter
•
und den Akku-Pack
•
an unseren Kundendienst zu senden.
Für einen fachgerechten Versand kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundendienst oder die
Verkaufsstelle, bei der das Gerät erworben
wurde.
Beachten Sie beim Versand oder Entsorgung
von Akkus bzw. Akkugerät, dass diese einzeln in Kunststoff beutel verpackt werden, um
Kurzschlüsse und Brand zu vermeiden!
Im Interesse einer langen Lebensdauer des AkkuPacks sollten Sie für eine rechtzeitige Wiederaufladung des Akku-Packs sorgen. Dies ist auf jeden
Fall notwendig, wenn Sie feststellen, dass die
Leistung des Geräts nachlässt. Entladen Sie den
Akku-Pack nie vollständig. Dies führt zu einem
Defekt des Akku-Packs!
5.2 Akku-Kapazitätsanzeige (Abb. 2)
Drücken Sie auf den Schalter für AkkuKapazitätsanzeige (b). Die Akku-Kapazitätsanzeige (c) signalisiert ihnen den Ladezustand des
Akkus anhand von 3 LED`s.
Alle 3 LEDs leuchten:
Der Akku ist voll aufgeladen.
2 oder 1 LED(s) leuchten:
Der Akku verfügt über ausreichende Restladung.
1 LED blinkt:
Der Akku ist leer, laden Sie den Akku auf.
Alle LED’s blinken:
Die Temperatur des Akkus ist unterschritten. Entfernen Sie den Akku vom Gerät und lassen Sie
den Akku einen Tag bei Raumtemperatur liegen.
Tritt der Fehler wieder auf, so wurde der Akku tiefentladen und ist defekt. Entfernen Sie den Akku
vom Gerät. Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr verwendet bzw. geladen werden.
Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs nicht möglich
sein, überprüfen Sie bitte
ob an der Steckdose die Netzspannung vor-
•
handen ist.
ob ein einwandfreier Kontakt an den Lade-
•
kontakten des Ladegerätes vorhanden ist.

6. Bedienung
6.1 Wechsel Kompressor-Druckluftbetrieb/
Gebläse- Niederdruckbetrieb (Bild 7)
Drücken Sie zum Wechsel zwischen Druckluftbetrieb und Niederdruckbetrieb den Wählschalter
(12):
Schalter nach links: Druckluftbetrieb
•
Schalter Mitte: AUS
•
Schalter nach rechts: Niederdruckbetrieb
•
6.2 Tastschalter "Aufpumpen ohne Druckvor-
einstellung" (Abb. 7)
Der Tastschalter "Aufpumpen ohne Druckvoreinstellung" (10) kann zum Aufpumpen ohne
Druckvoreinstellung verwendet werden. Drücken
Sie den Tastschalter und halten Sie ihn gedrückt,
um den Aufpumpvorgang zu starten; lassen Sie
den Tastschalter los, wenn der gewünschte Druck
erreicht ist.
6.3 Schlafmodus (Abb. 7)
Das Gerät wechselt in den Schlafmodus, wenn es
5 Minuten lang nicht benutzt wurde. Um das Gerät wieder zu aktivieren, drücken Sie den Taster
"Einheit Überdruck/Wecktaste" (15).
6.4 Kompressor-Druckluftbetrieb
(Bild 1a, 1b, 2, 7)
Verwenden Sie zum Aufblasen von Gegen-
•
ständen mit Druckluft den Druckluftschlauch
(5).
Verbinden Sie den Adapter des Druckluft-
•
schlauchs mit dem aufzublasenden Gegenstand.
Verwenden Sie nach Anwendungsfall zu-
•
sätzlich die Adapter (7, 8, 9) oder weitere im
Handel erhältliche Adapter.
Im Display (11) wird der Druck am Druckluft-
•
schlauch angezeigt.
Mit dem Taster (15) kann die Einheit des an-
•
gezeigten Drucks gewählt werden. Es können
die Einheiten [bar], [PSI] oder [kPa] angezeigt werden.
Mit dem Taster (14) kann der gewünschte
•
Druck verringert werden.
Mit dem Taster (16) kann der gewünschte
•
Druck erhöht werden.
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein indem Sie den
•
Wählschalter (12) auf Druckluftbetrieb stellen
(s. 6.1).
Der Kompressor pumpt dann bis zu dem am
•
Display voreingestellten Druck auf und schaltet danach ab.

Warnung! Beachten Sie die Angaben des
•
Reifenherstellers und Fahrzeugherstellers
zum empfohlenen Reifendruck.
Warnung! Dieses Gerät ist nicht geeicht!
•
Überprüfen Sie für einen geeichten Messwert
nach dem Befüllen den Reifendruck mit einem geeigneten Messgerät, zum Beispiel an
einer Tankstelle.
Kurz vor dem Abschalten kann der ange-
•
zeigte Druck im Display wegen Überdruck im
Luftschlauch 0.05 – 0.2 bar höher sein als der
vorgewählte Druck.
Lassen Sie den Kompressor nach einer Lauf-
•
zeit von 5 Minuten jeweils etwa 5 Minuten
abkühlen um Überhitzung zu vermeiden.
6.5 Gebläse-Niederdruckbetrieb
(Bild 1a, 3, 4)
6.5.1 Luft Absaugen (Bild 3, 7)
Schließen Sie zum Leersaugen von Gegen-
•
ständen mit größerem Volumen (z.B. Entleeren einer Luftmatratze, etc.) den Luftschlauch
(3) an den Absauganschluss (13) an.
Verbinden Sie den Luftschlauch mit dem zu
•
entleerenden Gegenstand.
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein indem Sie den
•
Wählschalter (12) auf Niederdruckbetrieb
stellen (s. 6.1)
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus wenn der Gegen-
•
stand ausreichend entleert ist.
6.5.2 Aufblasen (Bild 4, 7)
Warnung! Beachten Sie für Gegenstände die
aufgeblasen werden sollen die Angaben und Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers.
Schließen Sie zum Aufblasen von Gegen-
•
ständen mit größerem Volumen (z.B. Füllen
einer Luftmatratze, etc.) den Luftschlauch (3)
an den Aufblasanschluss (4) an.
Verbinden Sie den Luftschlauch mit dem auf-
•
zublasenden Gegenstand.
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein indem Sie den
•
Wählschalter (12) auf Niederdruckbetrieb
stellen (s. 6.1).
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus wenn der Gegen-
•
stand ausreichend mit Luft gefüllt ist.

7. Reinigung, Wartung und
Ersatzteilbestellung
Gefahr!
Ziehen Sie vor allen Reinigungsarbeiten den
Akku heraus.
7.1 Reinigung
Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Luftschlitze
•
und Motorengehäuse so staub- und schmutzfrei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Gerät mit
einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es
mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.
Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Gerät direkt
•
nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit einem
•
feuchten Tuch und etwas Schmierseife. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel; diese könnten die Kunststoffteile des
Gerätes angreifen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
kein Wasser in das Geräteinnere gelangen
kann. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektrischen
Schlages.
7.2 Wartung
Im Geräteinneren befi nden sich keine weiteren zu
wartenden Teile.
7.3 Ersatzteil- und Zubehörbestellung:
Bei der Ersatzteilbestellung sollten folgende Angaben gemacht werden;

8. Entsorgung und
Wiederverwertung
Das Gerät befi ndet sich in einer Verpackung um
Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und ist somit wieder verwend-
bar oder kann dem Rohstoff kreislauf zurückge-
führt werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör
bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie
z.B. Metall und Kunststoff e. Defekte Geräte ge-
hören nicht in den Hausmüll. Zur fachgerechten
Entsorgung sollte das Gerät an einer geeigneten
Sammelstellen abgegeben werden. Wenn Ihnen
keine Sammelstelle bekannt ist, sollten Sie bei
der Gemeindeverwaltung nachfragen.
9. Lagerung
Lagern Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör an einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem Ort.
Die optimale Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5
und 30 ˚C. Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in
der Originalverpackung auf.

10. Anzeige Ladegerät

Bedeutung und Maßnahme
Aus Blinkt Betriebsbereitschaft
Das Ladegerät ist an das Netz angeschlossen und betriebsbereit,
Akku ist nicht im Ladegerät
An Aus Laden
Das Ladegerät lädt den Akku im Schnellladebetrieb.
Die entsprechenden Ladezeiten fi nden Sie direkt am Ladegerät.
Hinweis! Je nach vorhandener Akkuladung können die tatsächlichen
Ladezeiten von den angegebenen Ladezeiten etwas abweichen.
Aus An Der Akku ist aufgeladen und einsatzbereit.
Danach wird bis zur vollständigen Ladung auf eine Schonladung umgeschaltet.
Lassen Sie hierzu den Akku etwa 15 min. länger am Ladegerät.
Maßnahme:
Entnehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät. Trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom Netz.
Blinkt Aus Anpassungsladung
Das Ladegerät befi ndet sich im Modus für schonende Ladung.
Hierbei wird der Akku aus Sicherheitsgründen langsamer geladen
und benötigt mehr Zeit. Dies kann folgende Ursachen haben:
- Akku wurde sehr lange Zeit nicht mehr geladen.
- Die Akkutemperatur liegt nicht im Idealbereich zwischen 10° C und
45° C.
Maßnahme:
Warten Sie bis der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, der
Akku kann trotzdem weiter geladen werden.
Blinkt Blinkt Fehler
Ladevorgang ist nicht mehr möglich. Der Akku ist defekt.
Maßnahme:
Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr geladen werden.
Entnehmen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät.
An An Temperaturstörung
Der Akku ist zu heiß (z. B. direkte Sonnenbestrahlung) oder zu kalt
(unter 0° C)
Maßnahme:
Entnehmen Sie den Akku und bewahren Sie diesen
1 Tag bei Raumtemperatur (ca. 20° C) auf.

unsere Produkte unterliegen einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle. Sollte dieses Gerät dennoch einmal nicht
einwandfrei funktionieren, bedauern wir dies sehr und bitten Sie, sich an unseren Servicedienst unter
der auf dieser Garantiekarte angegebenen Adresse zu wenden. Gerne stehen wir Ihnen auch telefonisch über die angegebene Servicerufnummer zur Verfügung. Für die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen gilt folgendes:
1. Diese Garantiebedingungen richten sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher, d. h. natürliche Personen,
die dieses Produkt weder im Rahmen ihrer gewerblichen noch anderen selbständigen Tätigkeit
nutzen wollen. Diese Garantiebedingungen regeln zusätzliche Garantieleistungen, die der u. g.
Hersteller zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung Käufern seiner Neugeräte verspricht. Ihre

unserer Wahl auf die Behebung solcher Mängel am Gerät oder den Austausch des Gerätes beschränkt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Geräte bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen,
handwerklichen oder berufl ichen Einsatz konstruiert wurden. Ein Garantievertrag kommt daher nicht
zustande, wenn das Gerät innerhalb der Garantiezeit in Gewerbe-, Handwerks- oder Industriebetrieben verwendet wurde oder einer gleichzusetzenden Beanspruchung ausgesetzt war.
3. Von unserer Garantie ausgenommen sind:
- Schäden am Gerät, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Montageanleitung oder aufgrund nicht fachgerechter Installation, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung (wie durch z.B. Anschluss an eine
falsche Netzspannung oder Stromart) oder Nichtbeachtung der Wartungs- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen oder durch Aussetzen des Geräts an anomale Umweltbedingungen oder durch mangelnde
Pfl ege und Wartung entstanden sind.
- Schäden am Gerät, die durch missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Anwendungen (wie z.B. Überlastung des Gerätes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehör),
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in das Gerät (wie z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub, Transportschäden),
Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schäden durch Herunterfallen) entstanden
sind.
- Schäden am Gerät oder an Teilen des Geräts, die auf einen gebrauchsgemäßen, üblichen oder
sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind.
4. Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Gerätes. Garantieansprüche sind vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit innerhalb von zwei Wochen, nachdem Sie den Defekt erkannt
haben, geltend zu machen. Die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit ist ausgeschlossen. Die Reparatur oder der Austausch des Gerätes führt weder zu einer
Verlängerung der Garantiezeit noch wird eine neue Garantiezeit durch diese Leistung für das Gerät
oder für etwaige eingebaute Ersatzteile in Gang gesetzt. Dies gilt auch bei Einsatz eines Vor-OrtServices.
5. Für die Geltendmachung Ihres Garantieanspruches melden Sie bitte das defekte Gerät an unter:

3. Proper use
This device is intended for infl ating car, motorcyc-
le and bicycle tires as well as sports balls, water
balls, air mattresses and other similar items.
In addition the device is also intended for suctioning volumes of air from objects with low pressure, such as water balls, air mattresses and other
similar items.
This device is not suitable for tires with very large
volumes, such as truck or tractor tires for example.

The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the

5. Before using the equipment
Before you connect the equipment to the power
supply make sure that the data on the rating plate are identical to the data for the rechargeable
battery.
Check the equipment for damage which may
•
have occurred in transit. Report any damage
immediately to the transport company which
was used to deliver the compressor.
Make sure that the intake air is dry and dust-
•
free.
Do not install the compressor in a damp or
•
wet room.
The compressor may only be used in suitable
•
rooms (with good ventilation and an ambient
temperature from +5 °C to 40 °C). There must

be no dust, acids, vapors, explosive gases or
inflammable gases in the room.
The compressor is designed to be used in dry
•
rooms. It is prohibited to use the compressor
in areas where work is conducted with sprayed water.
Operate the equipment only on a firm, level
•
surface.
Warning! When using the equipment to infl ate
objects, check the information and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer.
5.1 Charging the LI battery pack (Fig. 2, 9)
1. Remove the battery pack (6) from the handle,
pressing the pushlock button (a) downwards
to do so.
2. Check that your mains voltage is the same as
that marked on the rating plate of the battery
charger. Insert the power plug of the charger
(d) into the socket outlet. The green LED will
then begin to fl ash.
3. Push the battery pack (6) onto the battery
charger (d).
In section 10 (Charger indicator) you will fi nd a
table with an explanation of the LED indicator on
the charger.
If the battery pack fails to charge, check for the
following:
voltage at the power socket
•
whether there is good contact at the charging
•
contacts of the charging unit.
If the battery pack still fails to charge, send
the charger and charging adapter
•
and the battery pack
•
to our customer service center.
To ensure that items are properly packaged
and delivered when you send them to us,
please contact our customer service or the
point of sale at which the equipment was
purchased.
When shipping or disposing of batteries and
cordless tools, always ensure that they are
packed individually in plastic bags to prevent
short circuits and fi res.
To ensure that the battery pack provides long service, you should take care to recharge it promptly.
You must recharge the battery pack when you
notice that the performance of the device drops.
Never allow the battery pack to become fully discharged. This will cause it to develop a defect.
5.2 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 2)
Press the button for the battery capacity indicator
(b). The battery capacity indicator (c) will indicate
the charge status of the battery by means of 3
LEDs.
All 3 LEDs are lit:
The battery is fully charged.
2 or 1 LED(s) are lit:
The battery has an adequate remaining charge.
1 LED blinks:
The battery is empty, recharge the battery.
All LEDs blink:
The battery temperature is too low. Remove the
battery from the equipment, keep it at room temperature for one day. If the fault reoccurs, this means that the rechargeable battery has undergone
exhaustive discharge and is defective. Remove
the battery from the equipment. Never use or
charge a defective battery.
6. Operation
6.1 Changing between compressor compressed air operation and blower lowpressure operation (Fig. 7)
To change over between compressed air operation and low-pressure operation, press the selector
switch (12):
Switch to the left: Compressed air operation

Switch in the middle: OFF
•
Switch to the right: Low-pressure operation
•
6.2 Pushbutton „Infl ation without pressure
pre-set“ (Fig. 7)
The „Infl ation without pressure pre-set” pushbut-
ton (10) can be used to infl ate without fi rst setting
the pressure. Press the pushbutton and keep it
pressed in order to start the infl ation operation; re-
lease the pushbutton when the required pressure
is reached.

6.3 Sleep mode (Fig. 7)
The equipment will switch to sleep mode if it is
not used for 5 minutes. To reactivate the equipment, press the „Unit overpressure/wake-up“
button (15).
6.4 Compressor compressed air operation
(Fig. 1a, 1b, 2, 7)
To inflate objects with compressed air, use
•
the compressed air hose (5).
Connect the adapter of the compressed air
•
hose to the object you wish to inflate.
Depending on what you are inflating, also use
•
the adapters (7, 8, 9) or other adapters available from retail stores.
The pressure at the compressed air hose will
•
be displayed in the display (11).
The unit of the displayed pressure can be se-
•
lected with the button (15). The pressure can
be displayed in units of [bar], [PSI] or [kPa].
The button (14) allows the desired pressure
•
to be reduced.
The button (16) allows the desired pressure
•
to be increased.
Switch on the equipment by moving the se-
•
lector switch (12) to the compressed air operation position (see 6.1.).
The compressor will then pump until the pre-
•
set pressure on the display is reached, then it
will switch off.
Warning! Observe the information supplied
•
by the tire manufacturer and the vehicle manufacturer relating to the recommended tire
pressure.
Warning! This equipment is not calibrated!
•
For a calibrated measurement value, check
the actual tire pressure using a calibrated meter after you have inflated the tires yourself,
e.g. at a petrol station.
Just before it is switched off, the pressure
•
which is shown in the display can be 0.05 –
0.2 bar higher than the preselected pressure,
because of overpressure in the air hose.
Allow the compressor to cool down for about
•
5 minutes after every 5 minutes of operation
in order to prevent overheating.
6.5 Low-pressure blower operation
(Fig. 1a, 3, 4)
6.5.1 Suctioning air (Fig. 3, 7)
To suction out objects with a large volume
•
until they are empty (e.g. deflating an air
mattress, etc.), connect the air hose (3) to the
extractor connection (13).
Connect the air hose to the object you wish
•
to deflate.
Switch on the equipment by moving the se-
•
lector switch (12) to the low-pressure operation position (see 6.1.).
Switch off the equipment once the object has
•
been sufficiently deflated.
6.5.2 Infl ating (Fig. 4, 7)
Warning! When using the equipment to infl ate
objects, check the information and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer.
To inflate objects with a large volume (e.g.
•
inflating an air mattress, etc.), connect the air
hose (3) to the inflating connection (4).
Connect the air hose to the object you wish
•
to inflate.
Switch on the equipment by moving the se-
•
lector switch (12) to the low-pressure operation position (see 6.1.).
Switch off the equipment once the object has
•
been sufficiently inflated.
7. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
Danger!
Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.
7.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the
•
motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as
possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean
cloth or blow it with compressed air at low
pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device
•
immediately each time you have finished
using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist
•
cloth and some soft soap. Do not use
cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The

ingress of water into an electric tool increases
the risk of an electric shock.

require additional maintenance.

8. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The raw
materials in this packaging can be reused or
recycled. The equipment and its accessories are
made of various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Never place defective equipment in
your household refuse. The equipment should
be taken to a suitable collection center for proper
disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of
such a collection point, you should ask in your
local council offi ces.

9. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories in a dark
and dry place at above freezing temperature. The
ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30
°C. Store the electric tool in its original packaging.

Important! The actual charging times may vary slightly from the stated
charging times depending on the existing battery charge.
The unit then changes over to gentle charging mode until the battery is
fully charged.
To do this, leave the rechargeable battery on the charger for approx. 15
minutes longer.
Action:
Take the battery pack out of the charger. Disconnect the charger from the
mains supply.
The charger is in gentle charging mode.
For safety reasons the charging is performed less quickly and takes more
time. The reasons can be:
- The rechargeable battery has not been used for a very long time.
- The battery temperature is outside the ideal range.
Action:
Wait for the charging to be completed; you can still continue to charge the
battery pack.
Charging is no longer possible. The battery pack is defective.
Action:
Never charge a defective battery pack.
Take the battery pack out of the charger.

Cet appareil convient pour gonfl er les pneus de
voiture, de moto et de vélo, les ballons de sport
ainsi que les ballons d’eau, les matelas pneumatiques et autres.
L’appareil convient aussi pour aspirer l’air hors
d’objets de basse pression, comme les ballons
d’eau, les matelas pneumatiques et autres objets.
Cet appareil ne convient pas pour gonfl er les
pneus de grand volume, comme les pneus de
poids lourds et de tracteurs.
La machine doit exclusivement être employée
conformément à son aff ectation. Chaque uti-

5. Avant la mise en service
Assurez-vous, avant de brancher la machine,
que les données se trouvant sur la plaque signalétique correspondent bien aux données de la
batterie.
Contrôlez si l’appareil n’a pas subi de dom-

mages de transport. Signalez immédiatement
tout dommage au transporteur par lequel le
compresseur a été livré.
Veillez à ce que l’air aspiré soit sec et sans
•
poussière.
N’installez pas le compresseur dans un end-
•
roit humide ou mouillé.
Le compresseur doit être utilisé uniquement
•
dans des endroits adéquats (bonne ventilation, température ambiante +5 °C jusqu’à
40 °C). La pièce doit être exempte de poussières, d’acides, de vapeurs, de gaz explosifs
ou inflammables.
Le compresseur doit être employé dans des

endroits secs. Il ne peut être utilisé dans des
zones où l’on travaille avec des projections

5.1 Chargement du bloc batterie Li (fi g. 2 à 9)
1. Tirez le bloc batterie (6) hors de sa poignée,
en appuyant sur les touches à cran (a).
2. Comparez si la tension réseau indiquée sur la
plaque signalétique correspond à la tension
réseau disponible. Branchez la fi che de con-
tact du chargeur (D) dans la prise de courant.
Le voyant LED vert commence à clignoter.
3. Insérez la batterie (6) sur le chargeur (d).
Au point 10 (affi chage chargeur), vous trouverez
un tableau avec les signifi cations des affi chages
LED du chargeur.
S’il est impossible de charger la batterie, veuillez
contrôler
si la prise de courant est sous tension
•
si un contact correct est présent au niveau
•
des contacts de charge du chargeur.
Si le chargement de la batterie reste toujours
impossible, nous vous prions de bien vouloir
rapporter,
le chargeur et l’adaptateur de charge
•
ainsi que le bloc batterie
•
à notre service après-vente.
Pour un envoi correct, nous vous prions de
contacter notre service après-vente ou le
point de vente où vous avez acheté l’appareil.
Veillez à ce que, lors de l’envoi ou de la mise
au rebut, les accumulateurs ou les appareils
sans fi l soit emballés séparément dans des
sacs en plastique afi n d’éviter les courts-
circuits ou un incendie !
Dans l‘intérêt d‘une longue durée de fonctionnement du bloc accumulateur, vous devez prendre
soin de recharger le bloc accumulateur en temps
voulu. Ceci est dans tous les cas indispensable
lorsque vous constatez une diminution de la
puissance de l‘appareil. Ne déchargez jamais
complètement le bloc accumulateur. Ceci cause
l‘endommagement du bloc accumulateur !
5.2 Affi chage de la capacité de la batterie
(fi g. 2)
Appuyez sur le bouton indicateur de charge de la
batterie (b). L’indicateur de charge de la batterie
(c) vous indique l’état de charge de la batterie à
l’aide de trois voyants LED colorés.
Les 3 voyants LED sont allumés :
La batterie est complètement rechargée.
2 ou 1 voyant LED est (sont) allumé (s) :
La batterie dispose encore d’un résidu de charge
suffi sant.
1 voyant LED clignote :
La batterie est vide, il faut la recharger.
Tous les voyants LED clignotent :
La température de l’accumulateur est trop faible.
Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil et laissez-le
reposer pendant un jour à température ambiante.
Si l’erreur survient à nouveau, cela signifi e que
l’accumulateur est en décharge profonde et défectueux. Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil. Un
accumulateur défectueux ne doit plus être utilisé
ou chargé.

sans prérégler la pression. Appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir et maintenez-le enfoncé pour démarrer le gonfl age ; relâchez le bouton-poussoir
lorsque la pression souhaitée est atteinte.
6.3 Mode sommeil (fi g. 7)
L‘appareil passe au mode sommeil lorsqu‘il n‘a
pas été utilisé pendant plus de 5 minutes. Pour
réactiver l‘appareil, appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir « Unité surpression/touche réveil » (15).
6.4 Mode air comprimé - compresseur
(fi gure 1 a, 1 b, 2, 7)
Utilisez le tuyau d’air comprimé pour gonfler

des objets à l’air comprimé (5).
Raccordez l’adaptateur du tuyau d’air compri-

mé à l’objet à gonfler.
Utilisez en supplément selon le cas les ad-

aptateurs (7, 8, 9) ou d’autres adaptateurs
disponibles dans le commerce.
L’écran (11) indique la pression du tuyau d’air

l’unité de la pression indiquée. La pression
peut être affichée dans les unités [bar], [PSI]
ou [kPa].
Le bouton poussoir (14) permet de diminuer

la pression souhaitée.

Allumez l’appareil en positionnant le sélecteur

(12) sur le mode air comprimé (p. 6.1).
Le compresseur gonfle jusqu’à la pression

Peu avant d’éteindre l’appareil, la pression

0,05 à 0,2 bar à la pression préprogrammée
en raison de la surpression dans le tuyau
d’air.
Laissez le compresseur refroidir au bout d’un

temps de marche de 5 minutes afin d’éviter
toute surchauffe.

7. Nettoyage, maintenance et
commande de pièces de
rechange
Danger !
Retirez la fi che de contact avant tous travaux de
nettoyage.
7.1 Nettoyage
Maintenez les dispositifs de protection, les
•
fentes à air et le carter de moteur aussi propres (sans poussière) que possible. Frottez
l’appareil avec un chiffon propre ou soufflez
dessus avec de l’air comprimé à basse pression.
Nous recommandons de nettoyer l’appareil
•
directement après chaque utilisation.
Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement à l’aide d’un
•
chiffon humide et un peu de savon. N’utilisez
aucun produit de nettoyage ni détergeant;
ils pourraient endommager les pièces en
matières plastiques de l’appareil. Veillez à
ce qu’aucune eau n’entre à l’intérieur de
l’appareil. La pénétration de l’eau dans un
appareil électrique augmente le risque de
décharge électrique.
7.2 Maintenance
Aucune pièce à l’intérieur de l’appareil n’a besoin
de maintenance.
Pour une mise au rebut conforme à la réglementation, l‘appareil doit être déposé dans un centre
de collecte approprié. Si vous ne connaissez pas
de centre de collecte, veuillez vous renseigner
auprès de l‘administration de votre commune.
9. Stockage
Entreposez l’appareil et ses accessoires dans un
endroit sombre, sec et à l’abri du gel tout comme
inaccessible aux enfants. La température de stockage optimale est comprise entre 5 et
30 °C. Conservez l’outil électrique dans
l’emballage d’origine.

Remarque ! Selon la charge actuelle de la batterie, les temps de charge
réels peuvent diff érer quelque peu des temps de charge indiqués.
Arrêt Marche La batterie est chargée et prête à l’emploi.
Ensuite, on commute sur un processus de charge lent jusqu’au
chargement complet.
Pour ce faire, laissez la batterie env. 15 min plus longtemps sur le
chargeur.
Mesures :
Retirez la batterie du chargeur. Débranchez le chargeur du réseau.
Clignote Arrêt Charge d’adaptation
Le chargeur est en mode de charge lente.
Dans ce cas, la batterie se charge plus lentement pour des raisons de
sécurité et nécessite plus de temps. Cela peut avoir les causes suivantes :

Attendez jusqu’à ce que le processus de charge soit terminé, la batterie
peut quand même encore être rechargée.

Le processus de charge n’est plus possible. La batterie est défectueuse.
Mesures :
Une batterie défectueuse ne doit plus être rechargée.
Retirez la batterie du chargeur.
Marche Marche Perturbation thermique
La batterie est trop chaude (par ex. exposition directe au soleil) ou trop
froide (en dessous de 0 °C)
Mesures :
Retirez la batterie et conservez-la un jour à température ambiante
(env. 20 °C).
