WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
Nur die in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschriebenen Handlungen an und mit dem Gerät
dürfen ausgeführt werden.
Falls Sie das Produkt einmal an eine andere Person weitergeben möchten, legen Sie bitte
diese Gebrauchsanleitung immer mit dazu.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten
Spannung übereinstimmt bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.

noch zu einem anderen Zweck. Geben Sie das Gerät niemals in die Spülmaschine.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht
auf heiße Flächen (z.B. Herdplatten) oder in die Nähe von offenen Flammen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör
stellt eine Gefahr für den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte dadurch beschädigt
werden.
Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Anschlussleitung nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes
führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät oder knicken Sie diese
nicht.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile Fläche.
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und trennen Sie es vom Netz, wenn es nicht benutzt wird.
Benutzen Sie den Allesschneider nur für kulinarische Zubereitungen. Er ist geeignet zum
Schneiden von Käse, Fleisch (ohne Knochen), Brot und Wurst. Schneiden Sie niemals
Gefrorenes mit Ihrem Allesschneider.
Dieses Gerät muss mit Schlitten und Restehalter in Gebrauchslage benutzt werden, es sei
denn, die Größe und Form des Schneidgutes lassen deren Gebrauch nicht zu. Berühren Sie
auf keinen Fall das Messer.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht zum dauerhaften Gebrauch geeignet. Es ist kein Profigerät. Daher
sollten Sie regelmäßige Pausen einlegen. Siehe hierzu Abschnitt « Betriebsdauer » der
Bedienungsanleitung.
Das Wellenschliffmesser dieses Gerätes ist sehr scharf. Geben Sie besonders Acht beim
Reinigen des Gerätes. Probieren Sie niemals das Messer anzuhalten.
Sie sollten das Gerät sauber halten, da es in direktem Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln ist.

diesen Kundendienst.
BETRIEBSDAUER
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Der Allesschneider ist für eine Betriebszeit
von maximal 10 min ausgelegt. Diese Betriebsdauer darf nicht überschritten werden. Bei
Nichtbeachtung kann der Motor beschädigt werden. Die Pausen sollten mindestens 10
Minuten betragen.
INBETRIEBNAHME
• Reinigen Sie die äußeren Teile des Gerätes, bevor Sie es zum ersten Mal benutzen.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile Arbeitsfläche.
• Setzen Sie dann den Schlitten (6) auf den Schlittentisch(10) (falls noch nicht vormontiert).
Drehen Sie dazu die Anschlagscheibe(7) so, dass
die gerade Kante bündig zum Schlittentisch zeigt
(Bild 1). Schieben Sie nun den Schlitten von vorn
auf den Schlittentisch bis zum hinteren Anschlag.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Schlitten dabei ganz in
die Führungsnut einrastet. Verdrehen Sie jetzt die
Anschlagscheibe beliebig (Bild 2), jedoch nicht
wieder in die Stellung: gerade Kante bündig zum
Schlittentisch. Wenn Sie jetzt den Schlitten
zurückziehen, hat dieser auch einen Anschlag.
• Für ein Entfernen des Schlittens zwecks Reinigung
gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
• Setzen Sie den Restehalter (5) auf das Griffteil des Schlittens.
• Wählen Sie die Scheibendicke durch Drehen an der
Schnittstärkeneinstellung (1). Die Scheibendicke, in mm, können
Sie auf einer Skala am Gerät ablesen.
• Am Geschwindigkeitsregler (4) können Sie stufenlos die
Drehgeschwindigkeit des Messers einstellen.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz an. Der Allesschneider
ist nun betriebsbereit.
• Legen Sie das Schnittgut auf den Schlitten und drücken es an die
Anschlagplatte (11).
• Drücken Sie zuerst auf den Sicherheitsschalter (13) und danach
den Ein-/Aus-Schalter (3). Das Messer (8) beginnt sich nun zu drehen. Den
Sicherheitsschalter können Sie jetzt wieder loslassen, den Ein-/Aus-Schalter müssen Sie
gedrückt halten, solange Sie schneiden wollen. Wenn Sie Ein-/Aus-Schalter wieder
loslassen, stoppt das Messer.
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich das Gerät aus Sicherheitsgründen ohne vorherige
Entriegelung mittels Sicherheitsschalter (13) nicht einschalten lässt (Kindersicherung).
• Mit dem Schlitten kann das Schneidgut nun am Messer vorbei geführt und geschnitten
werden. Beachten Sie bitte, dass der Schlitten aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht allzu leicht
läuft. Das heißt, dass der Druck genügend stark sein muss, um einen sauberen Schnitt zu
bekommen.

• Um beim Feinschneiden das Ankleben zu verhindern, feuchten Sie das Rundmesser vorher
mit einem Tuch an. Dies ermöglicht Ihnen ein schnelleres Schneiden.
• ACHTUNG: Beim Schneiden von Resten und kleinen Stücken sollten Sie niemals ohne
Restehalter (5) arbeiten.
• Der Allesschneider sollte nicht benutzt werden für Fleisch mit Knochen, Esswaren mit
großen Kernen, verzwirnte Rollbraten, Verpackungsmaterial (z.B. Aluminiumfolie),
gefrorene Esswaren oder harte, nicht essbare Stücke von Esswaren.
PFLEGEHINWEISE
• Das Gerät vom Netz trennen bevor es gereinigt wird.
• Reinigung der Außen- und Innenseite des Gerätes nur mit einem weichen Tuch oder
Schwamm. Es darf nicht in der Geschirr-Spülmaschine gespült werden.
• Niemals mit metallischen Gegenständen reinigen oder Schleif- und Scheuermittel
verwenden.
• Gerät nicht ins Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.
• Das Messer (8) kann herausgenommen werden, indem Sie vorsichtig an der
Messerverriegelung (9) im Uhrzeigersinn etwa eine viertel Umdrehung drehen (z.B. mit
einem geeignet großen Geldstück). Reinigen Sie das Messer mit Wasser und etwas
Spülmittel. Achtung Verletzungsgefahr: das Messer ist sehr scharf. Nach der Reinigung
kann es wieder eingesetzt und verriegelt werden, indem Sie die Messerverriegelung gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
• Den Schlitten (6) können Sie auch abnehmen, siehe Abschnitt „Inbetriebnahme“.
• Um die elektrische Betriebseinheit abzunehmen, drehen
Sie am Arretierungsrad (2) in Richtung „AUF“. Halten Sie
dazu die Rändelmutter im Bodenbereich fest. Wenn die
Verbindung komplett gelöst ist, können Sie die gesamte
Einheit nach oben herausheben. Bei der Montage
gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
• Trocknen Sie alle Teile gut ab bevor Sie das Gerät
wegstellen.

Sowohl Defekte an Verbrauchszubehör bzw. Verschleißteilen, als auch Reinigung, Wartung
oder der Austausch von Verschleißteilen, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung und sind
deshalb kostenpflichtig!

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Only use the appliance in the way indicated in this instruction manual.
Should you hand over the appliance to another user, make sure to hand over the
instruction manual together with the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the
appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when it is being used.
People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a
safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack
of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance without
supervision or instructions of a responsible person.

Make sure the appliance is set on a flat surface.
Unplug the appliance when not in use.
Only use this slicer for cooking applications. Only cut articles such as cheese, (boned)
meat, bread and sausages. Never cut frozen food with this slicer.
Always use the platform and its pusher unless it is impossible because of the size and
dimension of the article. Make sure never to touch the blade.
This kind of appliance cannot function continuously, it is not a professional type of
appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important
information » in the instruction manual.
The blade of this appliance is extremely sharp, always be very careful when cleaning the
appliance. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the blade in any way
whatsoever.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct
contact with food.
Make sure the appliance is unplugged when disassembling it before cleaning.
Caution! Be careful never to remove the platform when the appliance is connected as it

(*) Competent qualified electrician : after sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not suitable for a prolonged use. This food slicer is suitable for a use of
maximum 10 minutes. Never exceed this period of time. Failure to follow this instruction
carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please insert breaks of at least 10 minutes.
USING THE SLICER
• Clean all exterior parts of the appliance before the first use.
• Make sure the appliance is on a steady surface.
• Put the platform (6) on top of the table (10) (if not
installed beforehand). Turn the platform locking disc
(7) so that the straight side runs parallel to the table
(see picture 1). Now let the platform slide from the
front of the table to the back. The platform should be
secured in the table groove. Now turn the platform
locking disc as you wish (see picture 2), but do not
bring it back to the previous position: the straight side
parallel to the table. If you pull back the platform,
you will not be able to take it out because of the
stop.
• To take the platform out in order to clean it, proceed inversely.
• Put the remain holder (5) on the handle of the platform.
• Select the slicing thickness by turning the adjusting knob (1). You
can control millimetres on the side of the appliance.
• By using the speed regulator (4), you can adjust the turning
speed of the blade continuously.
• Plug in the appliance. The slicer is now ready for use.
• Lay the food to be sliced between the moving part (11) and the
remain holder.
• First press the safety switch (13), then the on/off switch (3). The
blade (8) will start rotating. You can release the safety switch, but
you must keep the on/ off switch pressed for as long as you want to slice. If you release the
on/off switch, the blade will stop rotating.
• Please note that for safety reasons the appliance will only operate if the safety switch (13)
is switched on (child safety).
• Push the platform with the other hand to bring the food to the blade. As a safety measure,
the platform cannot be moved easily. This means that the pressure has to be sufficiently
strong in order to obtain regular slices.
• To avoid food sticking to the appliance, you can moisten the round blade with a wet
towel beforehand. This also allows you to slice more easily.
• Caution: Always use the remain holder (5) when slicing small parts and leftovers.
• Do not slice meat with bones, food with large seeds, rolled roast without removing the
string, wrappers (i.e. aluminium foil), frozen food or any hard, inedible food parts.

CLEANING
• Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance.
• Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a paper towel or a soft and damp
cloth. It should not be washed in a dishwasher.
• Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will
damage the finish.
• Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
• The blade (8) can be taken off by turning the blade-locking knob (9) clockwise for a
quarter (e.g. with a coin of the suitable size). Caution: the blade is very sharp. Clean the
blade with soapy water and give it a rinse. Then turn the knob anticlockwise to fasten it.
• The platform (6) can be taken out as well (see part
“Using the slicer”).
• To take out the electric unit, turn the fixing screw (2) to
the ”AUF” position. Hold the notch nut located at the
bottom of the electric unit. Once the connection is
completely loosened, you can lift up the entire unit. To
reassemble it, proceed inversely.

electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it free of charge to a municipal collection point
performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in
accordance with the directive.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
For our products, the legal terms concerning claims under guarantee are valid. During the
legal period, all material and manufacturing defects are covered. No claims will be accepted
for broken accessories, defects resulting from inappropriate use or care, excessive wear due to
intensive use, wrong use due to the non-observance of the instruction manual, or normal wear
and tear. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if
attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held
responsible in case of accidents.
If you detect a defect, please contact your vendor or shop and return your complete
appliance in its original packaging together with the receipt. Claims under guarantee will only
be valid if the receipt or a copy of a repair bill is handed over with the appliance that needs
repair.
Or send the appliance cleaned, well packed and with a short, easily readable description of
the default as well as the receipt freight prepaid to our customer service in our firm in Bad
Blankenburg.

In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE

Ne pas utiliser des accessoires non recommandés par le fabricant, cela peut présenter un
danger pour l’utilisateur et risque d’endommager l’appareil.
Ne déplacez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur le câble. Veillez à ce que le cordon
d’alimentation ne puisse être accidentellement accroché et ce, afin d’éviter toute chute
de l’appareil. Évitez d’enrouler le cordon autour de l’appareil et ne le tordez pas.
Veillez à poser cet appareil sur une surface de travail stable.
Débranchez l’appareil lorsqu’il n’est pas en utilisation.
N’utilisez cette trancheuse que dans le cadre d’applications culinaires. Ne coupez que
des aliments tels que fromages, viandes (désossées), pain et saucisses. Ne coupez pas des
aliments surgelés avec votre trancheuse.
Ne coupez jamais d'aliments en vous aidant uniquement de vos mains, utilisez toujours le
chariot et sa plaque d’appui sauf si ce n’est pas possible à cause de la taille et de la
dimension de l’aliment. Prenez garde de ne pas toucher le couteau.
Ce genre d’appareil ne peut fonctionner de façon continue, il ne s’agit pas d’un appareil
de type professionnel. Il est nécessaire d’effectuer des pauses à intervalles réguliers.
Consultez la rubrique « Intervalles d’utilisation » du mode d’emploi.
La lame de cet appareil est extrêmement coupante, veillez à être extrêmement prudent
lors de la manutention de celle-ci particulièrement lors de son nettoyage. N'essayez
jamais de ralentir le mouvement de la lame.
Gardez cet appareil propre étant donné qu’il est en contact direct avec la nourriture.
Veillez à bien débrancher votre appareil lors du démontage avant nettoyage ou autre.
Attention! La plaque permettant de régler l’épaisseur des tranches ne doit jamais être
enlevée lorsque l’appareil est sous tension car elle assure la protection du couteau
circulaire. Pour cela, ne cherchez jamais à dépasser les graduations 0 et 21 mm.

INTERVALLES D’UTILISATION
Cet appareil ne peut être utilisé pendant une période prolongée. Cette trancheuse est
conçue pour un fonctionnement continu de maximum 5 minutes. N'excédez pas ce temps
d'utilisation. Dans le cas contraire vous risqueriez d’endommager le moteur. Insérez des pauses
de fonctionnement d'au moins 10 minutes.
COMMENT UTILISER VOTRE TRANCHEUSE
• Lavez toutes les pièces de votre appareil avant de l'utiliser pour la première fois.
• Posez votre appareil sur une surface plane et stable.
• Posez ensuite le chariot (6) sur le plateau (10) (s’il n’a
pas été installé au préalable). Tournez le disque de
verrouillage du plateau (7) afin que la partie droite
du disque soit parallèle au plateau (voir image 1).
Faites coulisser le chariot de l’avant du plateau vers
l’arrière. Assurez-vous que le chariot est introduit
correctement dans la rainure prévue à cet effet.
Vous pouvez maintenant tourner le disque de
verrouillage du plateau (voir image 2), mais ne le
replacez pas dans la position précédente : avec le
côté droit du bouton parallèle au plateau. Si vous tirez le chariot en arrière, il sera bloqué
par une butée.
• Pour retirer le plateau pour le nettoyage, procédez de façon inverse.
• Ajoutez le guide (5) sur la poignée du plateau.
• Réglez l'épaisseur de coupe désirée à l'aide du bouton de
réglage (1). Il est possible de contrôler le nombre de millimètres
sur l’appareil.
• Vous pouvez régler la vitesse de rotation du couteau à l’aide du
régulateur de vitesse (4).
• Branchez l'appareil sur le secteur. Votre trancheuse est à présent
prête à être utilisée.
• Posez les aliments à trancher entre la partie mobile (11) et le
guide (6).
• Appuyez d'abord sur l'interrupteur de sécurité (13), puis sur le
bouton marche/arrêt (3). Le couteau (8) commencera à tourner. Vous pouvez relâcher le
bouton de sécurité, mais vous devez maintenir le bouton marche/arrêt enfoncé pour que
la trancheuse continue de fonctionner. Si vous relâchez le bouton marche/arrêt, le
couteau s’arrêtera de tourner
• Notez que pour des raisons de sécurité l'appareil ne fonctionnera que si l’interrupteur de
sécurité (13) est en position « marche ».
• Guidez ensuite les aliments avec l’autre main, vers le couteau en vous aidant du chariot.
Veuillez noter que le chariot ne se déplace pas aisément afin d'éviter tout risque, et
qu’une pression suffisante est nécessaire pour obtenir une tranche régulière.
• Humidifiez le couteau circulaire avant de couper les aliments qui risqueraient de coller à
la lame; cela vous assurera une coupe plus facile.
• Attention : Utilisez toujours le guide lorsque vous coupez de petits morceaux ou des restes
d'aliments.

• N'utilisez pas votre trancheuse pour couper la viande avec os, les aliments comprenant
de gros noyaux, le rôti en filet, les emballages (par ex. papier aluminium), les aliments
surgelés et les parties dures et non comestibles des aliments.
NETTOYAGE
• Veuillez retirer la fiche de la prise de courant avant de nettoyer l'appareil.
• Essuyez l’appareil à l’aide de papier absorbant ou d’un chiffon doux et humide. Ne
mettez jamais votre appareil dans le lave-vaisselle.
• Ne nettoyez jamais votre appareil (extérieur et intérieur) à l’aide de produits abrasifs car
cela abîmerait le revêtement.
• N'immergez pas l'appareil dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide.
• Vous pouvez enlever le couteau en tournant le bouton de verrouillage du couteau (1)
d’un quart de tour dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre (par exemple à l'aide d'une
pièce de monnaie de la taille adéquate). Attention: le couteau est très tranchant. Utilisez
de l’eau savonneuse pour nettoyer le couteau puis rincez-le avec de l’eau claire. Ensuite
replacez le couteau et tournez le bouton de verrouillage dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d'une montre.
• Vous pouvez également démonter le plateau (voir paragraphe « Comment utiliser votre
trancheuse »).
• Pour enlever le bloc moteur, tournez la molette de fixation
vers la position « AUF ». Maintenez l’écrou fileté situé sous
le bloc moteur pour ne pas qu’il tombe. Une fois la
molette tournée à fond vers « AUF », vous pourrez soulever
le bloc moteur. Pour le remonter, procédez de façon
inverse.
• Essuyez bien toutes les pièces avant de ranger l'appareil.
PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT – DIRECTIVE 2002/96/CE

publics de collecte procédant à un tri sélectif des déchets pour être soit recyclé, soit réutilisé

CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Pour nos produits, les conditions légales concernant les réclamations dans le cadre de la
période de garantie sont d’application.
Pendant la période légale, les vices de fabrication et de matériaux sont couverts. Ne sont pas
couverts par la garantie : les bris de pièces ou d’accessoires, les défauts liés à un usage ou
entretien détourné de l’appareil, à des usures excessives résultant d’usages intensifs et à tout
autre usage contraire aux instructions fournies. La garantie devient caduque lorsque le produit
a été modifié ou des tentatives de réparation ont visiblement été faites. Ces manipulations
dégagent dans le même temps la responsabilité du vendeur en cas d’accidents.

Si vous constatez un défaut, adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou au magasin et retournez
l'appareil complet dans son emballage d'origine ainsi que le ticket de caisse. Les réclamations
introduites dans le cadre de la garantie sont uniquement valables si le ticket de caisse ou la
copie d’une facture de réparation éventuelle est joint(e).
Ou envoyez l'appareil nettoyé, bien emballé et dûment affranchi avec une courte description
du défaut en majuscules à notre service après-vente dans notre firme à Bad Blankenburg en
joignant également votre ticket de caisse.
Si des accessoires sont défectueux, l'appareil complet ne sera pas remplacé, mais les
accessoires seront échangés gratuitement. Dans ce cas, ne renvoyez donc pas l'appareil
complet mais commandez seulement l'accessoire défectueux! En cas de verre cassé, le
remplacement de l'accessoire concerné est payant. L'échange des accessoires soumis à
l'usure ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien ou l'échange de pièces usées ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie et l'échange de ces pièces sera donc payant!

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig alvorens u uw toestel gebruikt.
Het toestel mag enkel gebruikt worden zoals in deze gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven is.
Wanneer u dit toestel aan een andere gebruiker overhandigt, gelieve altijd deze
gebruiksaanwijzing bij te sluiten.
Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel
vooraleer u het gebruikt.
Laat het toestel nooit onbeheerd achter bij gebruik.
Personen (kinderen inbegrepen) die wegens hun fysieke, sensoriële of

Controleer regelmatig of het snoer niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het

Een beschadigd snoer dient te worden vervangen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde
dienst (*). Herstellingen dienen te worden uitgevoerd door een bekwame gekwalificeerde
dienst (*).
Gebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijk gebruik en op de wijze zoals vermeld in de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te
reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt.
Gebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen. Plaats het niet op een heet
oppervlak (bv. een fornuis) of in de buurt van open vlammen.
Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan
gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker en het toestel beschadigen.
Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer
nergens kan achterhaken en daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het
snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.
Zet het toestel op een voldoende stabiel werkvlak.
Schakel het toestel uit als het niet in gebruik is en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Gebruik deze allessnijder enkel voor culinaire doeleinden. Snijd enkel kaas, vlees
(uitgebeend), brood en worst. Snijd geen diepvrieswaren met uw allessnijder.
Snijd nooit eetwaren enkel met behulp van uw handen, gebruik de slede en de loopplank
tenzij de grootte van de eetwaren dit niet mogelijk maakt. Let erop dat u het mes niet
aanraakt.
Dit soort toestel kan niet constant functioneren. Het is immers geen professioneel toestel. U
dient regelmatig pauzes in te lassen. Raadpleeg het hoofdstuk « Gebruiksinterval » van de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Het mes van dit toestel is zeer scherp. Wees uiterst voorzichtig bij het hanteren ervan,
vooral bij de reiniging. Tracht nooit op welke manier ook de beweging van het mes af te
remmen.
Het is noodzakelijk dit toestel proper te houden vermits het in direct contact komt met
eetwaren.
Zorg ervoor dat u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt bij het demonteren voor reiniging en
dergelijke.
Raak het mes nooit aan als het toestel in werking is.

Opgelet! Verwijder nooit de loopplank en de slede wanneer het toestel onder spanning
staat. Hierdoor is uw hand onbeschermd en kan het draaimes u zware verwondingen
toebrengen.
Zorg ervoor dat de dikte van de sneden zich altijd tussen 0 en 21 mm bevindt.
(*) Bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst: klantendienst van de fabrikant of de invoerder, die
erkend en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt.
Gelieve het toestel bij problemen naar deze dienst terug te brengen.
GEBRUIKSINTERVAL
Dit apparaat mag niet langdurig gebruikt worden. Dit toestel is niet geschikt voor een continu
gebruik van meer dan 10 minuten. Deze gebruiksduur mag niet overschreden worden. De nietnaleving van deze aanwijzing zou beschadigingen van de motor tot gevolg kunnen hebben.
Gelieve regelmatig pauzes van minstens 10 minuten in te lassen.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
• Reinig alle delen van het apparaat alvorens het voor het eerst te gebruiken.
• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, platte werkoppervlakte.
• Leg de loopplank (6) op het snijvlak (10) (als het nog niet voorgemonteerd is). Draai de
vergrendelingsplaat (7) zodat de rechte kant
evenwijdig met de tafel loopt (foto 1). Schuif nu
de loopplank vooraan op de tafel tot het
achteraan klikt. Let erop, dat de loopplank zich
in de rail van het plateau bevindt. Draai nu de
vergrendelingsplaat naar wens (foto 2), doch
niet opnieuw in deze stelling: de rechte kant
evenwijdig met de tafel. Wanneer u nu de
loopplank terugtrekt, heeft deze ook een
aanslag.
• Om de slede te verwijderen voor een wasbeurt
gaat u in omgekeerde volgorde te werk.
• Zet de resthouder (5) op het handvat van de slede.
• De snijddikte kan u selecteren door de gewenste keuze aan te
geven met knop (1). Hierbij, kan u op het apparaat de
millimeters controleren.
• Met de snelheidsregelaar (4) is de draaisnelheid van het mes
traploos regelbaar.
• Sluit het toestel aan. Uw allessnijder is nu klaar voor gebruik.
• Plaats de te snijden eetwaren tussen de resthouder en de
dikteregelaar (11).
• Druk eerst op de veiligheidsschakelaar (13) en vervolgens op
de aan- en uitschakelaar (3). Het mes (8) begint te draaien. De
veiligheidsschakelaar kunt u nu loslaten, maar de aan- en uitschakelaar moet u ingedrukt
houden zolang u wilt snijden. Wanneer u de aan- en uitschakelaar loslaat, stopt het mes
met draaien.
• Merk op dat men het toestel uit veiligheidsoverwegingen niet opzetten kan zonder eerst
de veiligheidsschakelaar (13) uit te schakelen (kinderslot).
• Door middel van de loopplank kunt u de eetwaren nu met uw ander hand naar het mes
voeren en snijden. Om Uw veiligheid te waarborgen kan de plank niet gemakkelijk
worden verplaatst. Voldoende druk is nodig om regelmatige sneden te bekomen.
• Voor het snijden van levensmiddelen die op het ronde mes zouden kunnen kleven, kunt U
het beste het mes vooraf met een doek bevochtigen. Dit vergemakkelijkt het snijden.

• Opgelet: Gebruik altijd de resthouder (5) voor het snijden van kleine stukken of restjes.
• Gebruik de allessnijder niet om vlees met een bot, eetwaren met grote pitten, rollades
met draad, verpakking (b.v. aluminiumfolie), diepgevroren levensmiddelen of harde, niet
eetbare stukken te snijden.
REINIGING
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact na gebruik of als U het apparaat wilt reinigen.
• Veeg het toestel schoon met een zachte doek of een stuk keukenpapier. Het mag niet in
een vaatwasmachine gewassen worden.
• Schuur nooit de binnen- of buitenkant en gebruik geen staalwol, omdat U anders de
oppervlakten ernstig beschadigt.
• Dompel het toestel niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.
• Om het te reinigen kan het mes (8) worden losgemaakt
door de mesvergrendeling (9) in het midden een kwart
naar rechts te draaien (bijvoorbeeld met een muntstuk
van de gepaste grootte). Let op: het mes is heel scherp.
Gebruik een zacht sopje om het mes te reinigen en
spoel het achteraf grondig met zuiver water. Om het
terug te plaatsen draait U de schroef naar links.
• De loopplank (6) kunt u ook wegnemen (zie paragraaf
“Gebruiksaanwijzing”).
• Om de elektrische eenheid weg te nemen, draait u de schroef (2) in de richting “op”
(=”AUF”). Houd de gekartelde moer daarvoor in de uiterste positie vast. Wanneer de
verbinding zich helemaal heeft gelost, kan u de gehele eenheid opheffen. Voor de
montage gaat u in omgekeerde volgorde te werk.
• Droog alle onderdelen van het apparaat goed af alvorens het weg te zetten.
MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.

gratis naar een gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het
overeenkomstig de richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal
worden.
GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Voor onze producten gelden de wettelijke bepalingen wat betreft aanspraken op de
waarborg. Tijdens de wettelijke periode worden materiaal- of fabrieksfouten gedekt. Op de
waarborg kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt voor breekbare onderdelen, of voor
defecten ten gevolge van gebruik voor verkeerde doeleinden of van slecht onderhoud, van
overmatige slijtage door intensief gebruik, of van foutief gebruik wegens de niet-naleving van
de gebruiksaanwijzing, of voor defecten ten gevolge van normale slijtage. Op de waarborg
kan ook geen aanspraak worden gemaakt indien het toestel gewijzigd werd of indien er
pogingen tot herstelling werden uitgevoerd. In dit geval kan de verkoper ook niet
aansprakelijk worden gehouden in geval van ongevallen.

Indien u een defect vaststelt, gelieve contact op te nemen met de verkoper of winkel waar u
het toestel gekocht hebt en overhandig het volledige toestel in zijn oorspronkelijke verpakking
samen met uw kasticket. Aanspraken op de garantie gelden enkel indien het kasticket of een
kopie van een eventuele herstelfactuur bijgesloten wordt.
Of stuur uw toestel gereinigd, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd met een korte, duidelijk leesbare
beschrijving van de defecten samen met het kasticket naar onze klantendienst in onze fabriek
in Bad Blankenburg.
Defecte accessoires leiden niet tot het omruilen van het toestel, maar worden gratis
vervangen. Gelieve in dit geval niet het toestel terug te sturen, maar enkel de defecte
accessoires. Gebroken glas kan mits betaling vervangen worden.
Accessoires die defect zijn wegens slijtage evenals reiniging, onderhoud of het vervangen van
onderdelen die aan slijtage onderhevig zijn, worden niet door de waarborg gedekt en moeten
dus betaald worden!
NA AFLOOP VAN DE WETTELIJKE GARANTIEPERIODE
Herstellingen na afloop van de garantieperiode kunnen mits betaling door bekwame
gekwalificeerde vaklui of herstellingsdiensten uitgevoerd worden.
