OPERATION
Always conduct a test using clean water before mixing chemicals.
1 .Prior to each use of sprayer, check all connections (i.e.: hose,
shutoff handle, extension, etc.) to make certain they are firmly
secured.
2 .Lightly lubricate pump rod near the rod seal grommet to seal and
5 .Remove filler cap – leave filter screen in place to prevent sediment
and particles from entering the tank. Fill sprayer to desired level.
6 .Replace filler cap – make sure cap is tight.
7 .Clean spilled material from sprayer before use.
8.Mount sprayer on back and adjust shoulder straps and waist belt
to fit comfortably.
High Pressure Chamber Operation
9 .Work pump handle up and down approximately 6-8 times to
pressurize sprayer reservoir. The pump handle will become hard to
move when you reach maximum pressure. To maintain pressure,
pump handle occasionally (approximately every other step while
walking and spraying). If using pressure regulator, adjust to
desired pressure at this time.
10. You are ready to start spraying. Press shutoff lever up and down
for intermittent spraying. Hold lever up and engage lock to provide
continuous spraying. Adjust nozzle for desired spray pattern.
Low Pressure Chamber Operation
11. Pump handle 1~3 times to reach initial operating pressure, then
again as needed. The low pressure bladder maintains constant
pressure and eliminates the need for a pressure regulator. DO NOT
OVERPRESSURIZE THE INTERNAL BLADDER.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
W ARNING DANGER
Before servicing sprayer, make sure pressure has been released (lock shutoff lever in open position).
This sprayer is operated with liquid under pressure. Failure to
observe safety precautions or follow instructions for operating and
cleaning can cause tank, hose and other parts to be weakened and
or rupture under pressure. This can result in SERIOUS INJURY
from high-pressure discharge of liquids or forcible ejection of parts.
1 .NEVER store sprayer with pressure in reservoir.
2 .NEVER store sprayer with liquid in tank, reservoir, hose shutoff
handle or extension. Empty all leftover material into proper container.
3 .NEVER USE HOT WATER FOR CLEANING. Flush out tank with
cool, clean water. A mild detergent or chemical neutralizing solution
may be used.
