2.1 Grundlegende Sicherheit
Elektrogeräte sind kein Kinderspielzeug!
Kinder können Gefahren, die von elektrischen Geräten ausgehen, nicht
richtig einschätzen. Lassen Sie Kinder nicht ohne Aufsicht elektrische
Geräte benutzen. Beaufsichtigen Sie Kinder, damit diese nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen.
Personen (einschließlich Kinder), die aufgrund ihrer physischen, sensori-
schen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ihrer Unerfahrenheit oder Unkenntnis nicht in der Lage sind, das Gerät sicher zu benutzen, dürfen
dieses Gerät nicht ohne Aufsicht oder Anweisung durch eine verantwortliche Person nutzen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu seinem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch.

2.2 Sicherheit beim Betrieb des Gerätes
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur, wenn das Gehäuse und die Leitungen un-
beschädigt sind.
Unterbrechen Sie bei Arbeiten am Gerät immer die Stromversorgung, in-
dem Sie die Sicherung (Abb. 4 1, Seite 3) herausnehmen.
Beachten Sie die Wärmeentwicklung des Gerätes, und halten Sie einen
Sicherheitsabstand von 20 cm rund um das Gerät ein.
Stellen Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und gegen Spritzwasser ge-
schützten Platz auf.
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor aggressiven Dämpfen und salzhaltiger oder
feuchter Luft.
Schützen Sie das Gerät Regen und Feuchtigkeit.
Achten Sie auf gute Belüftung.
Schließen Sie die Wohnwagen-Rangierhilfe ausschließlich mit den mit-
gelieferten Batterie-Schnellverbindern an MovePower an.

2.3 Sicherheit beim Transport des Gerätes
Sichern Sie das Gerät während der Fahrt mit dem Befestigungsgurt am
Montagerahmen. Der Montagerahmen muss mit Schrauben am Boden
verankert sein.

4 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
MovePower MVP360 (Art.-Nr. 9102500025) dient als Spannungsquelle für
Wohnwagen-Rangierhilfen.
Es können auch andere Verbraucher mit einer Anschlussspannung von
12 Vg wie z. B. Kühlgeräte daran angeschlossen werden.
MovePower darf nicht als Fremdstarthilfe für Fahrzeuge eingesetzt werden.

5 Technische Beschreibung
MovePower ist ein leistungsstarker, wartungsfreier Akku (AGM-Batterie), um
Wohnwagen-Rangierhilfen mit Spannung zu versorgen. Die Rangierhilfe
wird den mitgelieferten Batterie-Schnellverbindern direkt an die Pole des
Akkus angeschlossen.
Über eine integrierte 12-V-Steckdose können auch andere 12-V-Verbraucher mit Spannung versorgt werden.
Mit dem mitgelieferten Ladegerät IU812 lässt sich der MovePower aufladen.
Andere Ladegeräte sollten aufgrund von anderen Ladecharakteristiken nicht
zum Aufladen des Akkus verwendet werden.
Der Montagerahmen und der Befestigungsgurt ermöglichen eine sichere Befestigung im Wohnwagen.
Zur Erhöhung der Kapazität können mehrere Geräte parallel geschaltet
werden.
Mit dem Tragegriff kann das Gerät problemlos transportiert werden.

Beachten Sie bei der Wahl des Montageortes folgende Hinweise:
Der Montagerahmen muss horizontal eingebaut werden.
Der Montageort muss vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt sein.
Der Montageort darf nicht in einer Umgebung mit entflammbaren Materi-
alien liegen.
Am Montageort darf es nicht staubig sein.
Der Montageort muss gut belüftet sein. Bei Installationen in geschlosse-
nen kleinen Räumen sollte eine Be- und Entlüftung vorhanden sein. Der
freie Abstand um das Gerät muss mindestens 25 cm betragen.
Die Montagefläche muss eben sein und eine ausreichende Festigkeit auf-
weisen.

Bevor Sie irgendwelche Bohrungen vornehmen, stellen Sie sicher,
dass keine elektrischen Kabel oder andere Teile des Fahrzeugs
durch Bohren, Sägen und Feilen beschädigt werden.
➤ Befestigen Sie den IU0U-Automatiklader PerfectCharge IU812 mit den
mitgelieferten Befestigungsschrauben am Montagerahmen.
➤ Wählen Sie einen geeigneten Montageort im Wohnwagen, z. B. einen
Staukasten. Beachten Sie dabei die Hinweise oben.
➤ Befestigen Sie den Montagerahmen mit den mitgelieferten Befestigungs-
schrauben.

HINWEIS
Schließen Sie die Rangierhilfe ausschließlich mit den mitgelieferten Batterie-Schnellverbindern (Abb. 1 6, Seite 2) an MovePower
an.
➤ Montieren Sie die Batterie-Schnellverbinder an das Anschlusskabel der
Rangierhilfe (Abb. 5, Seite 4).
✓ Das Anschlusskabel der Rangierhilfe ist einsatzbereit.
8 MovePower benutzen

HINWEIS
Beachten Sie folgende Hinweise, um eine optimale Lebensdauer
des Akkus zu erreichen.
Entladen Sie den Akku nie vollständig.
Der Akku sollte regelmäßig entladen und geladen werden.
8.1 Akku laden

ACHTUNG! Beschädigungsgefahr!
Laden Sie den Akku nur mit dem mitgelieferten IU0U-Automatiklader PerfectCharge IU812 auf. Geräte mit falscher Ladecharakteristik beschädigen den Akku.

HINWEIS
Beachten Sie auch die Bedienungsanleitung des IU0U-Automatikladers PerfectCharge IU812.
➤ Verbinden Sie den zweipoligen Stecker des Ladekabels mit der Buchse
„Charge“.
➤ Sichern Sie den Stecker durch Anziehen der Überwurfmutter.
➤ Schließen Sie das Ladegerät an eine Netzspannung von 230 Vw an.
✓ Der Akku wird geladen.
Ein entleerter Akku wird in etwa 5 Stunden vollständig geladen.

8.2 Verbraucher anschließen

Schließen Sie nur Verbraucher an, die eine Versorgungsspannung
von 12 Vg benötigen.
Rangierhilfe anschließen

ACHTUNG! Beschädigungsgefahr!
Die Rangierhilfe muss vor dem Anschluss an MovePower durch
eine passende Sicherung elektrisch abgesichert werden.
Beachten Sie die Hinweise in der Anleitung des RangierhilfeHerstellers.
➤ Entfernen Sie die Schutzkappen am Pluspol (+) und am Minuspol (–).

ACHTUNG! Beschädigungsgefahr!
Achten Sie beim Anschluss der Rangierhilfe an den Akku auf die
richtige Polung.
➤ Schließen Sie das Anschlusskabel der Rangierhilfe mit Hilfe der Batterie-
Schnellverbinder am Pluspol (+) und Minuspol (–) des Akkus an (Abb. 6,
Seite 4).
✓ Die Rangierhilfe wird mit Spannung versorgt und kann verwendet wer-
den. Beachten Sie auch die Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung der
Rangierhilfe.
Andere Verbraucher anschließen
➤ Verbinden Sie andere Verbraucher, z. B. Kühlgeräte, mit der 12-V-Steck-
dose des Geräts.

8.3 Ladezustand prüfen
Ohne angeschlossene Verbraucher (Schnelltest)
➤ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Akku gerade nicht geladen wird.
➤ Drücken Sie den Testschalter.
✓ Die LEDs zeigen den Ladezustand an:

➤ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Akku gerade nicht geladen wird.
➤ Schließen Sie einen Verbraucher an den Akku an.
➤ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Verbraucher eingeschaltet ist.
➤ Drücken Sie den Testschalter.
✓ Die zur Verfügung stehende Spannung des Akkus wird im Display ange-
zeigt. Die verbleibende Kapazität ist abhängig von verschiedenen Faktoren wie z. B. der Umgebungstemperatur. Entnehmen Sie die Werte der
folgenden Tabelle als Richtwert:
8.4 Sicherung auswechseln
Die 12-V-Steckdose ist mit einer eigenen Sicherung (Abb. 4 1, Seite 3) abgesichert.
➤ Drehen Sie den Sicherungseinsatz (Abb. 4 1, Seite 3) heraus.
➤ Tauschen Sie die defekte Sicherung gegen eine gleichwertige Sicherung
(16 A) aus.
➤ Drehen Sie den Sicherungseinsatz wieder ein.

➤ Lagern Sie den Akku möglichst bei Zimmertemperatur.
➤ Laden Sie den Akku regelmäßig alle 8 Wochen auf, wenn Sie ihn längere
Zeit nicht benutzen.

Keine scharfen oder harten Gegenstände oder Reinigungsmittel
zur Reinigung verwenden, da dies zu einer Beschädigung des
Produktes führen kann.
➤ Reinigen Sie das Produkt gelegentlich mit einem feuchten Tuch.

2.1 General safety
Electrical devices are not toys.
Keep electrical devices out of reach of children or infirm persons. Do not
let them use electrical devices without supervision. Supervise children to
ensure they do not play with the device.
Persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties or lack of experience and knowledge prevent them from using this
device safely must not use this device without supervision or instruction
by a responsible person.
Only use the device as intended.
Do not make any alterations or conversions to the device.
Maintenance and repairing of the device may only be carried out by qual-
ified personnel who are familiar with the risks involved and the relevant
regulations. Inadequate repairs may cause serious hazards. For repair

2.2 Operating the device safely
Operate the device only if you are certain that the housing and the cables
are undamaged.
When working on the device always disconnect the power supply by re-
moving the fuse (fig. 4 1, page 3).
Pay attention to the build up of heat in the device and keep a safe distance
of 20 cms away from the device.
Set up the device in a dry location where it is protected against splashing
water.
Protect the device against corrosive fumes and salty or moist air.
Protect it from rain and moisture.
Ensure good ventilation.
Only use the battery quick connections provided to connect the caravan
parking assistance to MovePower.
2.3 Transporting the device safely
Secure the device during transport on the mounting frame using the har-
ness. The mounting frame must be fixed to the floor with screws.

5 Technical description
MovePower is a powerful maintenance-free rechargeable battery (AGM battery) for supplying the caravan parking assistance with voltage. The parking
assistance is connected directly to the terminals on the battery using the battery quick connections provided.
Using an integrated 12-V socket, other 12-V consumer units can also be supplied with voltage.
MovePower is charged using the IU812 charging unit supplied. Other charging units should not be used to charge the battery due to their different charging characteristics.
The mounting frame and the harness ensure that it is well secured in the caravan.

When selecting the installation location, observe the following instructions:
The mounting frame must be installed horizontally.
The installation location must be protected from moisture.
The installation location may not be in an environment with flammable
materials.
The installation location may not be dusty.
The installation location must be well ventilated. A ventilation system must
be available for installations in small, enclosed spaces. The clearance
around the device must be at least 25 cm.
The device must be installed on a level and sufficiently sturdy surface.

Before drilling any holes, make sure that no electrical cables or other parts of the vehicle can be damaged by drilling, sawing and filing.
➤ Secure the IU0U automatic charger PerfectCharge IU812 on the mount-
ing frame using the fastening screws supplied.
➤ Select a suitable installation location in the caravan, such as a storage
box. Observe the information above.
➤ Secure the mounting frame with the fastening screws supplied.

8.1 Charging the battery

PerfectCharge IU812 supplied. A device with the incorrect charging characteristics will damage the battery.

➤ Insert the two-pin plug on the charging cable into the “Charge” socket.
➤ Secure the plug by tightening the union nut.
➤ Connect the charging unit to a mains voltage of 230 V.

A discharged battery is completely charged in roughly 5 hours.

➤ Remove the safety caps on the positive terminal (+) and the negative ter-
minal (–).

Make sure the polarity is correct when connecting the parking assistance to the battery.
➤ Connect the connection cable for the parking assistance to the positive
terminal (+) and the negative terminal (–) of the battery using the battery
quick connection as an aid (fig. 6, page 4).

serve the information in the operating manual for the parking assistance.
Connecting other consumer units
➤ Connect other consumer units, such as coolers, to the 12-V socket on the
device.
8.3 Checking the charging status
Without any connected consumer units (quick test)
➤ Ensure that the battery is not being charged.
➤ Press the test switch.

8.4 Replacing the fuse
The 12-V socket is protected with its own fuse (fig. 4 1, page 3).
➤ Unscrew the fuse insert (fig. 4 1, page 3).
➤ Replace the defective fuse with one of the same rating (16 A).
➤ Screw the fuse insert back in.
8.5 Storing MovePower
➤ Store the battery at room temperature if possible.
➤ Charge the battery regularly every 8 weeks if you do not use it for longer
periods.

Faites fonctionner l’appareil uniquement si le boîtier et les conduites sont

Coupez l’alimentation électrique au cours de travaux sur l’appareil en re-

Tenez compte du dégagement de chaleur causé par l’appareil et respec-
tez une distance de sécurité de 20 cm autour de l’appareil.
Installez l’appareil dans un endroit sec et à l’abri des éclaboussures

Le MovePower MVP360 (n° d’art. 9102500025) sert de source de tension
pour les radars de manœuvre de caravanes.
Il est également possible d’y raccorder d’autres appareils avec une tension
de raccordement de 12 Vg, comme p. ex. des réfrigérateurs.
Le MovePower ne doit pas être utilisé comme démarreur externe pour véhicules.
