Known Issues in v04.01.00.00
The issues below will be optimized or solved in the later versions.
The aircraft may sense obstacles by mistake in snowy
weather, resulting in the aircraft not being able to fly
when operating with the control sticks.
It is recommended to disable the obstacle sensing for
emergency operations. Make sure to manually control
the aircraft with the remote controller and watch the
camera view to avoid potential safety hazards during
the flight.
The remote controller will not unmute by pressing
the combination buttons after turning on Mute
through the shortcut panel.
Turn off Mute on the shortcut panel to enable the
sound.
When using the Advanced Dual Operator mode for
pipeline inspections, after the aircraft and Controller
A are disconnected, Controller B may not take full
control of the aircraft.
Power off Controller A or restart Controller B and
reconnect to the aircraft. The issue will be solved in
later versions.
In Standard mode, when inserting a fully charged
TB30 battery, the battery station may occasionally
stop charging the other batteries.
Check and remove any fully charged batteries.

The battery station may stop charging the WB37
batteries when two TB30 batteries with a voltage
difference larger than 1 V are warming up.
After the TB30 battery voltage difference is lower
than 1 V, the WB37 battery charging will resume.
When performing the Cloud Mapping task, the photo
numbers downloading from the aircraft to the remote
controller occasionally shows zero.
Restart the app and the downloaded photo numbers
will be displayed as normal.
When uploading the Mapping task during the flight,
the camera mode may occasionally not be able to be
switched from the AUTO to M mode in the Preflight
Check.
Land and restart the aircraft. Switch the camera
mode in the Preflight Check.
If there is a network issue, uploading files from the
remote controller to the cloud will fail. When entering
the playback view, the project folder will be selected
by default, and the newly captured photos cannot be
viewed.
View the photos by selecting the All folder.
