USE
Electrical connection
Before plugging into the power socket, make sure that the
voltage of your power system corresponds to the value in
Volts indicated on the appliance and that the power socket
and power line are suitable for the electrical load.
Installation
The device should only be used in an upright position.
OPERATION AND USE
1. Make sure the appliance is turned o before inserting the plug into the power socket and turning on the
socket switch if necessary.
2. Turn on the appliance by placing the thermostat (C) in
the maximum position and the function selector (A) in
one of the following positions: /1/2.
- Summer (fan only): turn the function selector (A) knob
clockwise to position.
- Min power operation: Turn the function selector (A)
to position "1". The red warning lamp lights up.
- Max power operation: Turn the function selector (A)
to position "2".
- To switch o the appliance: Turn the function selec-
tor to position "l".
- Never use abrasive powders or solvents.

Adjusting the thermostat
When the room has reached the desired temperature, slowly
move the thermostat counterclockwise until the indicator
light turns o and no further.
The temperature thus xed will be automatically maintained
by the thermostat.
Freezing prevention
With the thermostat knob at the minimum position and
the function selector at pos. 2 the appliance keeps the ambient temperature at about 5°C, preventing freezing with a
minimum expenditure of energy.
MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, always remove the plug from the power socket.
- Regularly clean the air intake and outlet grilles.
