Exte rior to p is o ne-piece, 16 -gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12 ”
(5.4c m) high square no sing on front. Top has a mechanically cooled refrigerated raised rail at rear with o penings to accom mo date 1/ 6 size pans. Pans and
adapter bars are provided by o thers. Pans are rec essed 3 ” (7.6c m) or 2 ”
(5.1c m) and set o n adjustable stainless steel pan suppo rts. Rail interior is 22gauge stainless steel. Raised rail openings have 20-gauge stainless steel removable lids. Unit is equipped w ith separate expansion valve and on/ off switch for
refrigerated rail. Temperature in top opening to maintain 33°F (1°C ) to 4 1° F
(5°C ), with pans rec essed 3 ” (7.6c m), at 86 °F ambient room tem perature,
meeting NSF7 requirements.
Exte rior Back and Botto m are 24 -gauge galvanized steel. Exterior ends are
finished w ith 18 -gauge galvanized steel.
Base Inte rior is 2 2-gauge stainless steel back and bottom. Base interior ends
and do or frames are thermo formed ABS plastic. Base is insulated w ith 1 .5 ”
(3.8c m) high density foamed in place polyurethane.
Door(s) have a 22 -gauge stainless steel exterior front, w ith thermo formed
ABS plastic interior liner, black rece ssed handle and snap in magnetic gasket
which is easily replaceable. Each interior doo r section has (1) removable
epoxy co ated w ire shelf.
Base has a blow er coil assembly w ith expansion valve loc ated behind doo r
mullion. Base is equipped w ith independently co ntrolled thermostat and solenoid valve. On/ off sw itch fo r unit is located behind the hinged panel.
Unit is mounted o n 6 .1 3” (15 .6cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
Electrical connections are 115 vo lt, 6 0 Hertz, single phase. Unit must be
hard wired.
