NOTE: Please read this information before assembling. Complete step by step instruction
sheets will be found on the following page. The front guard has been designed to be installed on
vehicle in one complete stage. NO DRILLING REQUIRED

Please take care when assembling and installing this product to protect the finish and your
investment. To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is
recommended. Do not use any type of polish or wax that contains abrasive that could damage
the finish.

Step One: Locate hardware and check the contents with the hardware listed below.

1 Bull Bar

2 Mounting Brackets (Passenger & Driver)
4 M10*25 hex head bolt, zinc plated
4 M10 flat washers, zinc plated
4 M10 lock washers, zinc plated
4 M10 hex nuts, zinc plated

Step Two: Remove the factory tow hooks (if equipped) and the two bumper brackets and
hardware from both sides and retain for later use . (NOTE: In order to use factory tow hooks
with Front Guard, you must reverse them before installing the Mounting Brackets.) (Fig 1)

Step Three: Using the factory hardware removed in Step Two, loosely attach Mounting
Brackets to vehicle (Fig 1).

Step Four: Use the 3/8 hardware listed above to attach the Grille Saver to the Mounting
Brackets installed in step three. .

Step Five: Center Guard and tighten hardware
