clearly,just like the opera loudspeaker itself.

Intelligent Speaker.

All models in the OPERA series are fitted with high grade
BiAmp Class H output stages and have intelligent electro­nics,such as for example the active phase-optimised
diplexer or the dynamic soft clip limiter,which protects the
system from overload and allows reliable operation right up
to the power limit. BiAmp means that there is an individual
output stage channel provided for each loudspeaker,which
with the active separation allows excellent performance and
high sound pressure.

More Bass. More Punch, More Pressure.

Along with the latest output stage technology,the 12”and
15”woofers,developed and produced by dB Technologies
themselves,are responsible for the impressive professional
sound of the current LYRIC models.An extremely light dia­phragm material, generously dimension magnets and oscil­lation coils with low gap size provide high efficiency and
convert the available power perfectly into sound pressure.

Moulded by Sound.

Due to its optimal shape, the integral 90° x 60° tweeter
with 1”fittings,achieves a clean sound distribution with
broad,uniform radiation of the trebles.The low resonance
multi-function casing made of extremely stable polypropy­lene,has a standard stand flange (35 mm Ø) with fixing
screw.The bevelled rear side also allows it to be used as a
floor monitor.The system can easily and safely be installed
permanently or hung up using the optional wall bracket WB02.

Flexibility.

Neutrik Combo XLR jack input with switched mic/ line sen­sitivity plus an XLR parallel out,ensure the right connection
anywhere.

ACTIVE

OPERA 112 LYRIC.

Ideal for speech transmission or background music 12”/1”2-way system with 70 + 20
watt/RMS. Sound pressure 117 dB max., weight only 13 kg.

OPERA 212 LYRIC.

The absolute all round active box.With 120 + 40 watt/RMS BiAmp output stage and 12”/1”
fitting.The 212 is convincing, whether as a full range box or combined with one or two
sub-woofers,in any application at only 15 kg weight, maximum sound pressure of 120 dB.

OPERA 215 LYRIC.

The perfect full range box for smaller to medium live applications with deep bass down to
50 hertz,123 dB sound pressure,with 120 + 40 watt/RMS at only 10 kg in weight.

OPERA 415 LYRIC.

Fitted with the 1”pressure chamber driver from B&C and a 15”high power woofer,an
impressive active system with high sound pressure (126 dB) and pressure basses,at a
low weight of only 20 kg.

OPERA 412 LYRIC.

Top model for top professional requirements with 1”B&C pressure chamber driver and
18 Sound 12”low mass woofer for excellent reproduction and high speech clarity at a
high sound pressure (128 dB) and a low weight only 20 kg

SUBWOOFER.

Available to extend the bass range are the active sub-woofers with 15”and 18”woofers from
the STAGE OPERA series (page 24).You can find suggestions for systems on page 25 - 27.
