These self-acting controllers are designed to be integrated directly to heat exchanger. They are developed to control direct heating and instantaneous heating of domestic hot water by means of heat exchanger.

The family of products offers full flexibility of different requirements regarding control performance.

Innovative design enables simple, fast and reliable connection to heat exchanger and most importantly production of compact and user friendly stations for heating and preparation of domestic hot water.

The capacity of controllers fully covers the needs of domestic hot water preparation and heating for flats, one family houses or dwellings. Controllers can be mounted to district heating network, different heating systems or centrally located boiler system in a dwelling house (see “Main data” for specifications for the network).

To avoid risk of leaking from one media to the other the controller is equipped with double sealing. Between both sealings (O-rings) there are several bores to the outside of the valve. In case of leakage from one sealing the media can escape through bores.

Controllers have DVGW and WRAS approval pending.

Temperature controller

Controller must be mounted on cold side of heat exchanger (district heating outlet and domestic hot water inlet side).

TPC and TPC-M controllers are delivered with standard sensor.

Remark:

The sensor must always be placed warmer than the thermostat/setting device. Sensor itself can be mounted in any direction. For best

preformance of TPC it is recommended to install sensor facing up (see picture on the right).
