Programmable Room Thermostat with DHW Time Control

Features

The TP9 is a programmable room thermostat with remote temperature sensor. The TP9 allows the user to select up to 6 different temperature levels per day and the times when the changes occur.

The TP9 can be set at installation to operate in either 5 day/2 day mode, which allows different programmes to be set for the weekend, or in 24 hour mode, in which case the programmed events are repeated every 24 hours.

The operating temperature range, which is factory preset to 5-30°C, can also be reset at time of installation to 16-30°C making the TP9 a safe solution for use in sheltered accommodation where hypothermia may be of concern.

For installation convenience, the TP9 is supplied with a remote sensor which can be mounted up to 15 metres away from the programming unit.

In addition to the programmable room thermostat function, TP9 also incorporates a Domestic Hot Water time control channel which allows up to 2 Domestic Hot Water events to be programmed each day.

A Pumped/Gravity Domestic Hot Water option can be set at installation making TP9 suitable for both Pumped and Semi-Gravity Hot Water systems.

The TP9 incorporates convenient user overrides which allows the user to:

-Obtain an extra hour’s water heating.

-Temporarily override room temperatures up or down.

-Select “Water Only” operation for Summer use.

-Select Heating and Water Off, with frost protection for periods away from home.
