Series 90

Swashplate / servo arm kit

General Information

An improvement was made to the design of the servo arm of Series 90 variable pumps at S/N 88-14-XXXXX for 055 pumps and at S/N 88-16-XXXXX for 075 and 100 pumps. As a result of this change, servo arms and swashplates for Series 90 055, 075, and 100 variable pumps are no longer sold as separate parts. Swashplate / Servo Arm Kits are being made available for these units.

The slider block (reference F20) for 055 pumps was also changed at this time, and is included in the Swashplate / Servo Arm Kit for 55cc pumps. The new slider block will work in any vintage pump.

The slider block (reference F20) and servo piston (reference S10) for 075 pumps was also changed at this time, and are included in the Swashplate / Servo Arm Kit for 75cc pumps. The new slider block and piston will work in any vintage pump.

The internal hex screw (reference D65), holding the guide block (reference D60) and the control link (reference M14E, H, M) to the swashplate, is to be torqued to 24 lbsf•ft (32 Nm). The guide block (reference D60) must be installed with its straight sides perpendicular to the flat (slipper) surface of the swashplate. The headed spring pin (reference D75) and washer (reference D70) are to be installed so the distance "H" between the washer and the swashplate is as follows:
