Danfoss AT BTD Fact sheet

Fact sheet
Termix AT BTD
Tank solution for domestic hot water preparation with thermostatic control.
Application
The Termix AT BTD is a complete tank solution for DHW preparation with a pressure independent balancing and control valve. The AT BTD is available in two versions: with and without connection for domestic cold water tap. The substation is used instead of a conventional DHW unit with a plate heat exchanger; making it the perfect choice for areas where problems with corrosion-aggressive fresh water is known to occur.
District heating (DH)
On the primary side, the unit consists of a combined balancing and control valve for thermostatic DHW control and shut-o valves for ow and return lines.
Domestic hot water (DHW) The domestic hot water circuit consists of a hot water tank with coil. The hot water tank and coil are enameled and the tank contains a magnesium anode. A safety valve is installed in the cold water mains.
Options
The AT BTD is available in a version with a connection for cold water tap. This unit also comprises tting pieces for metering of the cold water mains and the cold water tap. Furthermore the unit has DHW shut-o valves for both DCW and DHW circuits. A mounting rail for in-wall mounting of the connections is oered as an accessor y.
Construction
All pipes are made of stainless steel. The connections are made by nuts and gaskets. The Termix AT BTD is completed by a white steel cover in
modern design with door.
