Before assembling the barbecue, read these
instructions carefully.
Assemble the barbecue on a at, clean surface.
Grill is heavy.
Notes: Do not fully tighten all the nuts during this
initial stage.

Ensure that the wheels are rmly locked in the
“ON” position before continuing.
Assemble the left side panel (EA) and the right
side panel (EB) to the bottom shelf (EG).

Attach the front brace (CK) to the Left and right
cart side panels (EA and EB)
TIP: One person should align the left side, while
the second person assembles the right side.

a. Assemble the left and right pillars (EC and ED)
to the cart side panels (EA and EB), as shown in
gure A.
b. Assemble the left and right pillars (EC and ED)
to the front brace (CK), as shown in gure B.
c. Assemble the left and right pillars (EC and ED)
to the bottom panel (EG), as shown in gure C.
TIP: One person should align the left side, while
the second person assembles the right side.

Separate the 2 dierent types of wheels,
2 locking wheels (EH) and 2 regular wheels (EI).
Insert the U Pin (#10) into one of the regular
wheels (EI), as shown in image B. Attach the
regular wheel (EI) to the front of the bottom
shelf (EG), and use the U Pin (#10) to secure and
tighten.
Repeat for remaining 3 wheels (EI & EH).
NOTE: Regular wheels (EI) need to be
assembled to the front of the bottom
shelf (EG), and wheels with lock (EH)
need to be assembled to the back of the
bottom shelf (EG), as shown in image A.

a. Position the top lid and burner box assembly
(A and B) onto cart assembly (C) as shown.
b. Use the hardware to connect both parts, on
the left and right sides, at the three points
indicated in gure B and C.
THIS STEP REQUIRES 3 OR MORE PEOPLE.
DO NOT ATTEMPT ALONE. EXTREMELY
HEAVY.

Attach the upper back panel (CN) to both the left

Only install hardware in the bottom portion of
the back panel (CN), as shown in gure B.

a. Attach the left side shelf fascia (DB) to the left side
shelf table (DA).
b. Attach the Infrared Zone lid (DF1) to the left side
shelf table (DA).
c. Remove the hardware from the infrared support
frame (DC). Use the hardware to assemble the
infrared wind shield (DJ) onto the infrared support frame (DC).

TIP: To position the left side shelf assembly, insert the
two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the
two support brackets located on the upper left
side panel (BB).
Assemble the left side shelf assembly to the cart
assembly, as shown in gure B.
Please note: It is recommended that a 3 ½” Phillips
screwdriver be used in this step, and that the
assembler positions themselves at rear of the side
shelf, to complete assembly.

Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the
side burner valve bracket(CC), as shown in gure
A. Insert the side burner valve stem through the
rear of the left side shelf fascia(DB). Assemble the
side burner valve (cc) to the side shelf fascia (DB),
using the hardware removed.
Assemble the side burner control knob (#12) to
the side burner valve (CC).
Hardware may be included with the hardware
pack.

b. Position the Infrared Zone burner (DD)
through the opening in the Infrared support
frame (DC).
a. Remove the pre-assembled hardware from the
infrared side burner windshield (DL). Use the
hardware to assemble the infrared side burner
windshield (DL) to the infrared support frame
(DC), as shown in gure A.
c. Make sure that the Infrared Zone burner (DD)
engages the Infrared Zone burner valve (CC),
gas jet, as shown in gure C.
d. Assemble the Infrared Zone burner (DD) to the
Infrared Zone support frame (DC),
at the 2 points indicated in gure D.
e. Feed the Infrared Zone electrode wire (DE) from
underneath the Infrared Zone burner (DD),
through the small opening on the right side of
the Infrared Zone support frame (DC). Align and
assemble the electrode using the self
tapping screw provided, as shown in gure E.

Position the heat shield (CO) into the lower cart
and assemble to the bottom of the front brace
(CK), and the bottom of the Upper back panel
(CN), as shown in gure A, B and C.

TIP: Before attempting to assemble the door (EF)
to the right pillar (ED), locate the two clasps
on the door hinge. Next, locate the two
small openings on the right side pillar (ED).
a. Hold the door (EF) perpendicular to the BBQ
Cart. Align the two clasps on the door hinge
(EF), with the two holes on the right side pillar
(ED). Once aligned, push the two clasps into
the openings, and immediately push down to
lock clasps in place.
b. Assemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED),
as shown in gure B, using the screws provided.
c. Assemble the towel bar (EJ) onto door (EF).

Place the ame tamers (BG) into the burner box.

a. Place the cooking grates (BH) into the burner

a. Insert the grease tray (CL) into the opening
in the upper back panel (CN), making sure to
engage tracks located under burner box.
b. Place the grease cup (CM) onto the tracks,
located on the underside of the grease tray
(CL).
c. Slide the Infrared grease tray (DK) into the
Infrared zone support frame (DC).

Unscrew the electronic ignitor button (CF2) and
insert one AA battery into the electronic igniter
battery compartment, with the positive end facing
outward.

FOR PROPANE MODEL ONLY.
For natural gas model, follow step 20.
a. Position the 20 lb propane tank onto the
bottom shelf (EG), and secure using the bolt
(already attached) located on the underside of
the bottom shelf, as shown in gure B.
b. Attach the regulator coupling nut to the LP
cylinder valve.
ATTENTION: For your families safety, do not
attempt to light this BBQ until you have reviewed
pages 4-7 of the Cuisinart™ Safety & Care Manual.
All Safety and Leak test MUST BE PERFORMED BY
THE END USER, prior to lighting this BBQ.

WARNING
Do not store extra propane tanks within BBQ
cart.
FOR NATURAL GAS MODEL ONLY.
Attach the natural gas hose (CB) to the side burner
valve (CC) as shown.
ATTENTION: In order to complete installation of your Natural Gas BBQ a 1/2” or 3/8”
adapter may be required to connect your
BBQ’s Natural Gas hose to your home gas
supply.Contact your Natural Gas supplier to
purchase the necessary part.
