1. Can I connect the camera to a TV and show images and video clips on the TV screen?
No. This model is not equipped with a VIDEO OUT terminal.
2. Is this camera compatible with Windows® XP?
Yes, the camera is compatible with Windows XP. However, since the Windows XP logo certification has not been completed, a warning pop-up message as illustrated below will be displayed during the software installation. Please click on “Continue Anyway” to proceed with your installation.
3. What type of memory card(s) can I use with my camera?
This camera is compatible with a Compact Flash (CF) Card. Please use cards that have a capacity of at most 64MB. We recommend the use of internationally recognized brands of memory cards for optimal performance.
4. When I review my pictures on my TV, the images are black and white. What should I do?
Most likely your camera has not been set to the correct video standard for the region of the world in which you are viewing your pictures on a TV. There are two video standards, NTSC and PAL. Your camera must be set for the standard that your TV uses. The North American standard is NTSC while PAL is used in Europe. Please check your TV documentation for more details.
Please also ensure that the video cable is properly connected between the camera and the TV.

5. I am having difficulties installing the camera driver and software. What Should I do?
If you encounter this issue, please uninstall the driver completely and restart your computer. Please reinstall the software again. It’s recommended you download the latest driver version from our website
http://www.concord-camera.com/support/downloads/downloads.htm.
There are two ways to uninstall drivers or software completely:
1.Uninstall the driver or software from Programs: & From the Start button, click Programs and choose the camera model
software and driver.
& From the camera software folder, select the Uninstall Wizard. When
asked if you want to completely remove the program from your computer, answer Yes. A message stating that the program was successfully removed is displayed.
& Click Start > Shut Down. & When the Shut Down dialog box is displayed, choose Restart. Click
OK to restart your computer.
2. Uninstall the driver or software from the Control Panel:
& From the Start button, click Settings > Control Panel. & Double-click Add/Remove Programs. & Highlight the desired software and click the Change/Remove button. & Proceed to the next step following the on-screen instructions. When
asked if you want to completely remove the program from your computer, answer Yes. A message stating that the program was successfully removed is displayed.
& Click Start > Shut Down.
& When the Shut Down dialog box is displayed, choose Restart. Click
OK to restart your computer.
