CDM-625 DC-AC Conversion Instructions
This document gives instructions for converting a CDM-625 DC Chassis into a CDM-625 AC Chassis
without an IP Packet Processo r Car d.
The area of assembly is in the rear right corner of the chassis where the power supp ly and power switch
are located. See the picture below for reference.
Instructions:
1. Turn power off; remove the power cord and the top cover. See picture below.

2. Remove all the connections to the DC line assembly. T his includes the three (3) red wires, two
(2) blue wires and one (1) black wire.
Remove 3 red, 2 blue and 1 black wires
3. Remove the two (2) mounting screws and ground lug nuts. Remove the DC input and install the
AC input (PF-0000001). Install two (2) fuses (FS-0000032) into the fuse housing.
