Thank you for purchasing the ClearOne Tabletop Controller for the Converge™ Pro professional conferencing platform.
The Tabletop Controller is an intuitive, cost-effective controller that greatly simplifies control of an audio conference without the need for expensive, intimidating touch panels. User-definable keys also offer simple control of presentation, audio, and video conferencing functions.

Product Returns

All product returns require a return materials authorization (RMA) number. Please contact ClearOne Technical Support before attempting to return your product. Make sure you return all the items that shipped with your product.

Read the safety instructions before first use of this product. This conferencing phone is not designed for making emergency telephone calls when the power fails. Make alternative arrangements for access to emergency services.

5. Do not use this apparatus near water.
6. Cleanonly with dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings.Install in accordancewiththemanufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not installnear any heat sources suchas radiators, heatregisters, stoves, or other apparatus (includingamplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeatthesafety purpose of thepolarized or grounding-type plug.A polarized plug has two blades withone wider thanthe other.A grounding type plughas two bladesand a third groundingprong. Thewidebladeor thethird prong are provided for your safety.If theprovided plug does not fitinto your outlet, consultan electricianfor replace­mentof theobsoleteoutlet.Apparatet skaltilkoples jordet stikkontakt.
10. Protectthepower cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs,conveniencereceptacles, and thepoint where they exitfrom theapparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessoriesspecified by themanufacturer.
12. Useonly with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket,or tablespecified by themanufacturer,or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used,use cautionwhen moving the cart/apparatus combinationto avoid injury from tip-over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightningstorms or when unused for long periods of time.
14. Refer allservicing to qualified servicepersonnel. Servicing is requiredwhentheapparatus has beendamaged inany way, such as power-supply cord or plugis damaged, liquidhas been spilled or objects have falleninto theapparatus, theapparatus has beenexposed to rainor moisture, does not operatenormally,or has beendropped.
15. Usethemains plugto disconnecttheapparatus from theAC mains.Themains plug shallremain readily operable.
16. To completely disconnectunit power from theAC mains,disconnect the unit’s power cord from themains socket. To reconnect power, plugtheunit’s power cord into themains socket following allsafety instructionsand guidelines.
17. Caution:Danger of explosion iflithium battery is incorrectly displaced.Replaceonly with the same or equivalenttype. Bat­tery shouldonly be replaced by qualified personnel and is not intendedas a user serviceable part. Do not expose bat­teries or battery pack to excessive heat such as prolonged sunlight, fire or other heat sources.
18. Never pushobjects of any kind into this productthrough cabinet slots as they may touchdangerous voltage points or short out parts thatcouldresultin fire or electric shock.
19. This productcaninterfere with electricalequipment such as taperecorders, TV sets,radios, computers and microwave ovens if placedinclose proximity.

UNPACKING

Place the Tabletop Controller on a level surface. Ensure you have received all items shown in diagram below.

Co. Ltd. Power Adapter Model No. PSA11R-120 or Globtek Power Adapter Model GT-41502-

Note: ClearOne is not responsible for product damage incurred during shipment. You must make claims directly with the carrier. Inspect your shipment carefully for obvious signs of damage. If the shipment appears damaged, retain the original boxes and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Contact your carrier immediately.
