The dust extractor kit consists of two parts and can be used with
either the CDE7B or the CDE35B
1. Hose....................... 2.5metres (94”) Long X 102mm (4”) ID.
2. Adapter/ 2” Reducer.
NOTE:
These two items are used separately, they are NOT intended
to be used together.
Both items fit directly onto the safety adapter already fitted to the dust
extractor inlet cover. NEVER remove this adapter, as this is a safety
requirement.
The safety adapter is only required to be removed for maintenance
purposes, and then, ALWAYS refer to the relevant dust extractor manual.
The hose is fitted directly onto the safety adapter and secured in place
using one of the wire clips supplied, the second clip is used to secure
the other end of the hose to the equipment/machine, (DO NOT
overtighten clips).
The Adapter/2” Reducer simply pushes onto the safety adapter and
requires no fixing. The adapter is intended to enable direct connection
to the dust output port on hand power tools, i.e routers, planes etc,
using a suitable length of 2” flexible hose (not supplied).
