Before using the roller stand, please read this instruction manual thoroughly
and carefully follow all directions given. This is for your own safety and for
that of others around you, and will also help you achieve long and trouble
free service from your roller stand.

• This product is guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period
of 12 months. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
• This guarantee is invalid if the product is found to have been
abused or tampered with in any way, or not used for the purpose
for which it was intended.
• Faulty goods should be returned to their place of purchase, no
product can be returned to us without prior permission.
• This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights.
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the roller stand from the box.
2. Open the legs of the stand as shown
on the right.
• The legs must be fully opened
before the roller stand is used

ADJUSTMENTS
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT
1. Rotate the handle anticlockwise until
it is loose.
2. Lift the roller head to the desired
height.
• Minimum height is 700 mm
• Maximum height is 1100 mm
3. Rotate the handle clockwise to lock
the roller into position.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY
The weight capacity of this unit varies according to the height of the roller.
• Height is set to minimum Maximum load = 90 kg
• Height is set to mid way Maximum load = 60 kg
• Height is set to maximum Maximum load = 45 kg
Handle
USING THE ROLLER STAND
When feeding the workpiece over the
roller stand, always feed it from the rear
of the stand as shown on the right, this
will increase the stability of the stand.
CONFIGURATION
There are 3 configurations in which you
can use this roller stand, simply rotate the
head to the required configuration.
ROLLER CONFIGURATION:
Allows the workpiece to be moved
along one plane
BALL ROLLER CONFIGURATION:
Allows the workpiece to be moved
along two planes
STAND CONFIGURATION:
Provides basic support of the workpiece
