GENERAL

1.Heaters are to be mounted a minimum of 24 inches above the floor in a horizontal position.

2.Heaters may be positioned with the terminal box at either end.

3.Do not install one unit above another.

4.Do not block or cover heaters in any manner which may obstruct free air flow.

5.Do not recess units into the wall.

6.If heaters are repainted, use only a high heat resistant paint, capable of withstanding a temperature of 1000˚F (538˚C).

7.All control devices, when required, must also be explosion proof unless located remote from the hazardous location.
