market. The new Kleen-Gard

performance filters require:

Cleaning Instructions

Grease Extraction

The HE filter was tested to ASTM Standard ASTM F2519-05. The purpose of this standard is to determine the grease
particle capture efficiency of filters used in commercial kitchens to capture grease effluent prior to entering the grease
duct.
