SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA AL CLIENTE

¿Qué hacer con el CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA?

El aparato está garantizado en las condiciones y términos indicados en el certificado colocado en el producto y sobre la base de las disposiciones del decreto legislativo 24.240, hasta los 12 meses vigentes a partir de la fecha de la entrega.

Ud. deberá conservar el certificado de garantía, debidamente cumplimentado, para mostrarlo al Ser vicio Oficial del Fabricante en caso de necesitar su intervención, junto con un documento fiscalmente válido expedido por el vendedor en el momento de la compra (albarán de entrega, factura,recibo u otro documento fiscal) en el cual se indiquen el nombre del vendedor, la fecha de entrega, datos identificativos del producto y el precio de compra..

El Servicio de Asistencia Técnica, después de verificar el derecho de intervención, intervendrá, sin cobrarle el derecho fijo de intervención a domicilio, ni la mano de obra, ni los recambios que son totalmente gratuitos..

ANOMALÍAS Y MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO, ¿a dónde debo dirigirme?

Para cualquier problema, el Servicio Oficial del Fabricante está a su completa disposición para facilitarle la ayuda que necesite. Ahora bien, en caso de que el aparato que Ud. ha adquirido presente anomalías o mal funcionamiento, antes de dirigirse al Servicio Oficial del Fabricante, le recomendamos encarecidamente realizar las comprobaciones indicadas en el capítulo 15.

¿Dónde puedo encontrar la PLACA DE CARACTERISTICAS DEL PRODUCTO?

Es importante que Ud. comunique al Servicio Oficial del Fabricante la sigla del producto y el número de identificación (16 caracteres que comienzan con el número 3) que encontrará en el certificado de garantía y en la placa de características situada en el frontis de la lavadora (zona de la puerta). De esta forma, Ud. podrá evitar desplazamientos innecesarios del técnico, ahorrando los correspondientes costes.

● Do not pull the mains lead

or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.

appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (rain,sun etc.)

● In the case of removal,

never lift the appliance by the knobs or detersive drawer.

● During transportation

do not lean the door against the trolley.

Important!

When the appliance location is on carpet floors, attention must be paid so as to ensure that there is no obstruction to the bottom vents.

● Lift the appliance in pairs

as illustrated in the diagram.

● In the case of failure

and/or incorrect operation, turn the washing machine off,close the water inlet tap and do not tamper with the appliance.Contact a Technical Assistance Centre for any repairs and ask for original spare parts. Avoidance of these norms may compromise the safety of the appliance.

● Should the supply cord

(mains cable) be demaged, this is to be replaced by a specific cable available from the after sales service centre.

SAFETY MEASURES

IMPORTANT: FOR ALL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE WORK

● Remove the plug

● Turn off the water inlet tap.

● All Candy appliances are

earthed.Ensure that the main electricity circuit is earthed.Contact a qualified electrician if this is not the case.

Appliance complies with European Directives 73/23/EEC,replaced by 2006/95/EC and subsequent amendments.

● Do not touch the

appliance with wet or damp hands or feet.

● Do not use the appliance

when bare-footed.

● Extreme care should be

taken if extension leads are used in bathrooms or shower rooms.Avoid this where possible.

WARNING: DURING THE WASHING CYCLE,THE WATER CAN REACH A TEMPERATURE OF 90°C.

● Before opening the

washing machine door, ensure that there is no water in the drum.

NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD

ATENCION: PARA CUALQUIER TRABAJO DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

● Desenchúfela.

● Cierre el grifo del agua.

● Candy provede a todas

sus máquinas de toma de tierra. Asegúrese de que la instalación electrica tenga toma de tierra,en caso contrario llame a un Servicio cualificado.

Aparato conforme a la Directiva Europea 73/23/CEE,sustituida respectivamente de 2006/95/CE,y sucesivas modificaciones.

● No toque el aparato con

las manos,los pies mojados o húmedos.

● No use el aparato estando

descalzo.

● No use, si no es con

especial cuidado,alargos en cuartos de baño o aseos.

ATENCION: DURANTE EL LAVADO EL AGUA PUEDE ALCANZAR LOS 90°C.

● Antes de abrir el ojo de

buey, asegúrese de que no haya agua en el tambor.

● No use adaptadores o

enchufes múltiples.

● Este aparato no esta

destinado a ser usado por niños,personas discapacitadas o inexpertas en su uso a no ser que sean vigiladas o instruidas sobre el uso del aparato por una persona responsable de su seguridad.

Vigile a los niños de manera que se asegure que no juegan con el aparato.

● No tire del cable de

alimentación,ni del aparato, para desconectar la toma de corriente.

● No deje el aparato a la

intemperie o expuesto a la acción de los agentes atmosfericos (lluvia,sol, etc..).

● En caso de traslado no la

sujete nunca por los mandos ni por la cubeta de detergente.

● Durante su transporte no

apoye el ojo de buey en la carretilla.

Importante!

Si se va a instalar el aparato sobre una alfombra o moqueta,es necesario tener cuidado para evitar que se obstruyan las rejillas de ventilación situadas en la base de la lavadora.

● Levántela ayudado por

otra persona tal como aparece en la figura.

● En caso de avería y/o mal

functionamiento del aparato,desconéctelo, cierre el grifo del agua y no manipule el electrodoméstico.Para su eventual reparación diríjase únicamente a un centro de Asistencia Técnica y solicite el uso de recambios originales.El incumplimiento de estas sugerencias puede comprometer la seguridad del aparato.

● Si el cable de alimentación

resultase dañado,tendrá que ser sustituido por un cable especiäl disponible en el servicio de asistencia técnica.

CHAPTER 5

SETTING UP INSTALLATION

Move the machine near its permanent position without the packaging base.

Carefully cut the securing strap that holds the main cord and the drain hose.

Remove the 3 fixing screws marked (A) and remove the 3 spacers marked (B)

Remove the screw (C). A spacer will fall inside the machine.

By tilting the machine, remove the above mentioned spacer.

Cover the 4 holes using the caps provided in the instruction booklet pack.

WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGING IN THE REACH OF CHILDREN AS IT IS A POTENTIAL SOURCE OF DANGER.

Ponga la máquina cerca del lugar de uso sin la base del embalaje.

Cortar las cintas que rodean el tubo,prestando atención de no dañar el mismo ni el cable electrico.

Destornille los 3 tornillos (A) del lado posterior y extraer los 3 distanciales (B)

Desenrroscar el tornillo (C). De esta manera caerá en el interior de la máquina un distancial.

Inclinar hacia delante la máquina y extraer el distancial arriba descrito.

Tapar los 4 orificios utilizando los tapones contenidos en la bolsa de instrucciones.

ATENCIÓN: NO DEJE AL ALCANCE DE LOS NIÑOS LOS ELEMENTOS DE EMBALAJE Y A QUE PUEDEN SER PELIGROSOS.

Use the 4 feet to level the machine with the floor:

a) Turn the nut clockwise to release the screw adjuster of the foot.

b) Rotate foot to raise or lower it until it stands firmly on the ground.

c) Lock the foot in position by turning the nut anticlockwise until it comes up against the bottom of the machine.

Ensure that the knob is on the “OFF”position and the load door is closed

Insert the plug.

ATTENTION:

should it be necessary to replace the supply cord, connect the wire in accordance with the following colours/codes:

BLUE - NEUTRAL (N) BROWN - LIVE (L) YELLOW-GREEN - EARTH ( )

After installation,the appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.

Fix the sheet of corrugated material on the bottom as shown in picture.

Connect the fill hose to the tap.

The appliance must be connected to the water mains using new hose-sets. The old hose-sets should not be reused.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN THE TAP ON AT THIS TIME.

Position the washing machine next to the wall. Hook the outlet tube to the edge of the bath tub, paying attention that there are no bends or contractions along the tube.

It is better to connect the discharge hose to a fixed outlet of a diameter greater than that of the outlet tube and at a height of min.50 cm.If is necessary to use the plastic sleeve supplied.

The appliance must not be installed behind a lockable door,a sliding door or a door with a hinge on the opposite side to that of the washer dryer.

Aplique la lamina de polionda como se muestra en la figura.

Conecte el tubo del agua al grifo.

El aparato debe ser conectado a la red hidraulica sólo con los nuevos tubos de carga disponibles en dotación. Los viejos tubos de carga no tienen que ser reutilizados.

ATENCIÓN: NO ABRA EL GRIFO.

Acerque la lavadora a la pared procurando que no se formen curvas o estrangulamientos,fije el tubo desagüe al borde de la pila.

o mejor aún,a un desagüe fijo,con un diámetro mayor que el del tubo de la lavadora,a una altura mínima de 50 cm. En caso necesario,utilice la curva rígida adjunta.

El aparato no debe ser instalado detrás de de una puerta que pueda ser cerrada con llave,una puerta corredera o una puerta con bisagra en el lado opuesto al de la lavasecadora.

Nivele la máquina con los 4 pies.

a) Girar la tuerca en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para desbloquear el tornillo del pie.

b) Girar el pie y hacerlo bajar o subir hasta conseguir su perfecta adherencia al suelo.

c) Bloquear el pie girando la tuerca en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que se adhiera al fondo de la lavadora.

Verificar que el mando de los porgramas esté en posición OFF y que la escotilla esté cerrada.

Enchúfela.

ATENCIÓN:

En el caso que sea necesario sustituir el cable de alimentación,asegurese de respetar el siguiente código de colores durante la conexión de cada cable:

AZUL - NEUTRO (N) MARRÓN - FASE (L) AMARILLO-VERDE - TIERRA ( )

El aparato tiene que ser colocado de forma que el enchufe sea accesible una vez instalado.

“Kg DETECTOR”

(Function active only on Cotton and Synthetics programmes) Through every wash phase “Kg DETECTOR” allows to monitor information on the wash load in the drum. So,as soon as the “Kg DETECTOR” is set in motion,in the first 4 minutes of the wash, it:

- adjusts the amount of water required

- determines the length of the wash cycle

- controls rinsing according to the type of fabric selected to be washed it:

- adjusts the rhythm of drum rotation for the type of fabric being washed

- recognises the presence of lather,increasing,if necessary, the amount of water during rinsing

- adjusts the spin speed according to the load,thus avoiding any imbalance.

In this way “Kg DETECTOR” is able to decide,by itself,the most suitable programme for each individual wash from the hundreds of possible wash combinations.

“Kg DETECTOR” meets the need for easy use by permitting a simplified programme selection.In fact,the user need only tell the machine the type of fabric in the drum and the degree of soiling,to obtain a perfect wash with the highest level of drying possible with a spin which really cares for your clothes.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS MANDOS

“Kg DETECTOR”

(Función activa solamente en los programas algodón y sintéticos.) Es el último grito de la electrónica aplicada a las tecnologías de lavado. “Kg DETECTOR” permite medir, durante todas las fases del lavado,una serie de informaciones sobre la ropa introducida en el interior del tambor. De este modo, “Kg DETECTOR”, en los primeros 4 minutos del ciclo de lavado:

- Regula la cantidad de agua necesaria.

- determina la duración del lavado.

- regula los aclarados según la carga y el tipo de ropa que se ha elegido lavar.

- regula el ritmo de rotación del tambor para adaptarlo al tipo de tejido.

- reconoce la presencia de espuma,aumentando ocasionalmente el nivel del agua durante los aclarados.

- regula el número de vueltas del centrifugado en función de la carga,evitando que se produzcan desequilibrios.

De este modo,el programa “Kg DETECTOR” elije por usted,entre los cientos de combinaciones posibles de lavado,cuál se adapta mejor a las condiciones de cada colada.

“Kg DETECTOR” satisface las exigencias de sencillez en la utilización de la lavadora, permitiendo una introducción simplificada del programa de lavado.De hecho,el usuario, sólo con indicar el tipo de tejido introducido en el tambor y el grado de suciedad de la ropa,obtendrá una colada perfectamente limpia y con el más elevado grado de secado obtenible,además de con un centrifugado que cuida de las prendas.

“WASH TEMPERATURE” BUTTON

When a programme is selected the relevant indicator will light up to show the recommended wash temperature. The Temperature button can be used to decrease or increase the temperature of your chosen wash cycle. Each time the button is pressed, the new temperature level is shown on the Wash Temperature Indicator.

“SPIN SPEED” BUTTON

The spin cycle is very important to remove as much water as possible from the laundry without damaging the fabrics.You can adjust the spin speed of the machine to suit your needs. By pressing this button,it is possible to reduce the maximum speed,and if you wish,the spin cycle can be cancelled. To reactivate the spin cycle is enough to press the button until you reach the spin speed you would like to set.

For not damage the fabrics, it is not possible to increase the speed over that automatically suitable during the selection of the program.

It is possible to modify the spin speed in any moment, also without to pause the machine.

NOTE: THE MACHINE IS FITTED WITH A SPECIAL ELECTRONIC DEVICE, WHICH PREVENTS THE SPIN CYCLE SHOULD THE LOAD BE UNBALANCED. THIS REDUCES THE NOISE AND VIBRATION IN THE MACHINE AND SO PROLONGS THE LIFE OF YOUR MACHINE.

PROGRAMME SELECTOR WITH OFF POSITION

WHEN THE PROGRAMME SELECTOR IS TURNED THE DISPLAY LIGHTS UP TO SHOW THE SETTINGS FOR THE PROGRAMME SELECTED. TODAY, MOST DETERGENTS HAVE BEEN IMPROVED TO WASH EFFICIENTLY AT LOWER TEMPERATURES, THEREFORE WE HA VE SET THE DEFAULT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS OF EACH PROGRAMME TO A LOWER LEVEL, SAVING ELECTRICITY AND REDUCING THE CARBON FOOTPRINT OF YOUR MACHINE. YOU CAN SELECT AN HIGH TEMPERATURE BY PRESSING THE TEMPERATURE BUTTON. PLEASE REFER TO THE PROGRAMME GUIDE FOR THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE TO WHICH EACH PROGRAMME CAN BE SET. N.B. TO SWITCH THE MACHINE OFF,TURN THE PROGRAMME SELECTOR TO THE “OFF” POSITION.

Press the "Start/Pause" button to start the selected cycle.

The programme carries out with the programme selector stationary on the selected programme till cycle ends.

Switch off the washing machine by turning the selector to OFF.

NOTE

: THE PROGRAMME SELECTOR MUST BE RETURN TO THE OFF POSITION AT THE END OF EACH CYCLE OR WHEN STARTING A SUBSEQUENT WASH CYCLE PRIOR TO THE NEXT PROGRAMME BEING SELECTED AND STARTED.

MANDO SELECTOR DE PROGRAMAS CON POSICIÓN DE “OFF”

GIRANDO EL MANDO, EL DISPLAY SE ILUMINARÁ, VISUALIZANDO LOS PARÁMETROS DEL PROGRAMA ELEGIDO. LOS DETERGENTES ACTUALES RESULTAN BASTANTE EFICACES INCLUSO CON BAJAS TEMPERATURAS. POR ESTE MOTIVO RECOMENDAMOS, INCLUSO PARA LOS PROGRAMAS INTENSIVOS, LA UTILIZACIÓN DE TEMPERATURAS MÁS BAJAS. TAMBIÉN ES POSIBLE AUMENTAR LA TEMPERATURA DE LAVADO PULSANDO EL BOTÓN TEMPERATURA. DIRIGIRSE AL CUADRO DE MANDOS PARA AVERIGUAR LA TEMPERATURA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA PARA CADA PROGRAMA. NOTA: PARA APAGAR LA LAVADORA, GIRAR EL MANDO DE PROGRAMAS HASTA LA POSICIÓN “OFF”.

Accionar la tecla “START/PAUSA" para iniciar la fase de lavado.

El ciclo de lavado se completará con el mando selector de programas colocado sobre el programa seleccionado hasta el final del ciclo de lavado. Al final del ciclo de lavado, apague la lavadora llevando el mando selector de programas a la posición “OFF”.

NOTA: SE DEBE LLEVAR SIEMPRE EL MANDO SELECTOR DE PROGRAMAS A LA POSICIÓN "OFF" AL FINAL DEL CICLO DE LA VADO Y ANTES DE SELECCIONAR UNO NUEVO.

TECLA “SELECCIÓN TEMPERATURA”

Cuando seleccione un programa,la temperatura aconsejada se indicará al encenderse el correspondiente piloto. Es posible tanto reducir como aumentar la temperatura pulsando más veces el botón. Con cada presión del botón se enciende el piloto correspondiente a la temperatura elegida entre las que se encuentran disponibles.

TECLA “SELECCIÓN CENTRIFUGADO”

La fase de centrifugado es muy importante para la preparación de un buen secado y su modelo está dotado de la máxima flexibilidad para cada exigencia.Accionando esta tecla,se puede reducir la máxima velocidad de centifugado posible para el programa seleccionado,hasta su completa exclusión. Para activa el centrifugado,es suficiente accionar de nuevo la tecla,hasta lograr la velocidad deseada.

Para proteger los tejidos, no es posible aumentar la velocidad de centrifugado mas allá de la que automáticamente se indica en el momento de la selección del programa.

Es posible modificar la velocidad de centrifugado en cualquier momento,aún sin llevar la lavadora a la posición PAUSA.

INTENSIVE BUTTON

By pressing this button, which can only be activated in the Cotton cycles,the sensors in the new “Sensor”system come into operation.They affect both the selected temperature,keeping it at a constant level throughout the wash cycle,and the mechanical function of the drum. The drum is made to turn at two different speeds at crucial moments.When the detergent enters the garments, the drum rotates in such a way that the detergent is distributed in a uniform manner; during the wash and rinse procedures, however, the speed increases in order to maximise the cleaning action.Thanks to this special system,the efficiency of the wash procedure is improved WITHOUT ANY INCREASE IN THE LENGTH OF THE PROGRAM.

“DEGREE OF SOILING” BUTTON

By selecting this button (active only on COTTON and MIXED FIBRES programmes) there is a choice of 3 levels of wash intensity, depending on how much the fabrics are soiled.

Once the programme has been selected the indicator light will automatically show the minimum level required for that programme.Pressing the button increases the duration of the wash cycle, and adjusts the wash settings accordingly. For example: Using this button on the Rapid Wash cycle will enable you to select either a 14,30 or 44 minute wash cycle.

BUTTONS INDICATOR LIGHT

These light up when the relevant buttons are pressed. If an option is selected that is not compatible with the selected programme then the light on the button first flashes and then goes off.

TECLA “NIVEL DE SUCIEDAD”

Mediante esta tecla (disponible sólo en los programas ALGODÓN y MIXTO) es posible escoger 3 niveles de intensidad de lavado,según el grado de suciedad de los tejidos. Después de seleccionar el programa,el piloto se sitúa automáticamente en el nivel mínimo permitido; pulsando el botón se aumenta el nivel y, en consecuencia,también se modifican los parámetros de la duración del ciclo. Utilizando este botón después de haber seleccionado el programa rápido,es posible elegir entre 3 programas distintos de 14,30 y 44 minutos de duración, respectivamente.

PILOTOS DE LAS TECLAS

Se encienden cuando son pulsadas las teclas respectivas. En caso de que se haya seleccionado una opción no compatible con el programa elegido,la luz del botón primero parpadeará y después se apagará.

Las teclas de opción deberán estar seleccionadas antes de pulsar la tecla de START.

TECLA QUITA MANCHAS

Accionando esta tecla, activable sólo en el programa algodón,entra en funcionamiento los sensores del nuevo “Sensor” System que gestionan sea la temperatura seleccionada, manteniéndola constante durante todas las fases del ciclo de lavado,que la acción mecánica del cesto. El cesto se hace girar a dos diversas velocidades durante los momentos cruciales. Cuando el detergente entra en los tejidos,el cesto gira de manera que se garantiza una presencia homogénea en los mismos.Así mismo, la velocidad aumenta en el momento del lavado y aclarado de manera que la acción limpiadora sea máxima.Gracias a este especial sistema,se mejora la eficacia de lavado SIN AUMENTAR LA DURACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA.

“DELAY START” BUTTON

This button allows you to preprogramme the wash cycle to delay the start of the cycle for up to 24 hours. To delay the start use the following procedure: Set the required programme. Press the button once to activate it (h00 appears on the display) and then press it again to set a 1 hour delay (h01 appears on the display); the pre-set delay increases by 1 hour each time the button is pressed, until h24 appears on the display, at which point pressing the button again will reset the delay start to zero.

Confirm by pressing the “START/PAUSE” button (the light on the display starts to flash). The countdown will begin and when it has finished the programme will start automatically.

It is possible to cancel the delay start by taking the following action: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the display will show the settings for the programme selected. At this stage it is possible to start the programme previously selected by pressing the “START/PAUSE” button or to cancel the process by setting the selector to the OFF position and then selecting another programme.

“AQUAPLUS” BUTTON

By pressing this button you can activate a special new wash cycle in the Colourfast and Mixed Fabrics programs,thanks to the new Sensor System.This option treats with care the fibres of garments and the delicate skin of those who wear them. The load is washed in a much larger quantity of water and this,together with the new combined action of the drum rotation cycles, where water is filled and emptied,will give you garments which have been cleaned and rinsed to perfection.The amount of water in the wash is increased so that the detergent dissolves perfectly, ensuring an efficient cleaning action.The amount of water is also increased during the rinse procedure so as to remove all traces of detergent from the fibres. This function has been specifically designed for people with delicate and sensitive skin,for whom even a very small amount of detergent can cause irritation or allergy. You are advised to also use this function for children’s clothing and for delicate fabrics in general, or when washing garments made of towelling,where the fibres tend to absorb a greater quantity of detergent. To ensure the best performance for your wash, this function is always activated on the Delicates and Woollens/Handwash programs.

TECLA “NO ALERGIA”

Gracias la nuevo Sensor System,accionando esta tecla función,es posible efectuar un nuevo y especial ciclo de lavado aplicable en los programas para tejidos mixtos y resistentes que tiene además de especial cuidado de las fibras de los tejidos,una especial atención de la piel de las personas sensibles. La introducción de mucha mayor cantidad de agua y la nueva acción combinada de ciclos de rotación del cesto con cargas y descargas de agua,permite obtener tejidos perfectamente limpios y aclarados.Se aumenta el agua en el lavado para obtener una perfecta disolución del detergente,garantizando una eficaz acción limpiadora.Se aumenta el agua también en el momento del aclarado de manera que se elimina cualquier resíduo de detergente en las fibras. Esta función ha sido estudiada especialmente para las personas con la piel delicada y sensible,para las cuales un mínimo de resíduo de detergente puede causar irritación o alergias. Se aconseja utilizar esta función también en la ropa de los niños/ bebés o en tejidos delicados en general o también,en el lavado de tejidos cuyas fibras tengan gran capacidad de absorver detergente (albornoces,toallas,etc..). Para asegurarse las mejores prestaciones en el lavado, esta función está siempre activa en los programas Delicados y Lana/Lavado a mano.

TECLA “INICIO DIFERIDO”

Esta tecla permite programar el inicio del ciclo de lavado con un retraso máximo de 24h. Para programar el inicio retardado,proceder del siguiente modo: Seleccionar el programa deseado. Pulsar el interruptor una primera vez para activarlo (en el display se visualizará la leyenda 00h) y pulsar nuevamente para programar un retraso de 1 hora (en el display se visualizará la leyenda 01h).Pulsándolo sucesivamente,el retraso programado aumenta a razón de 1 hora hasta un máximo de 24h,mientras que presionándolo nuevamente se vuelve a poner a cero el inicio retardado.

Confirmar pulsando la tecla “INICIO/PAUSA”(el indicador del display empezará a parpadear) para iniciar la cuenta,al final de la cual el programa se iniciará automáticamente.

Es posible cancelar el inicio retardado mediante la siguiente operación: Mantener pulsada la tecla durante 5 segundos hasta que se visualicen en el display los parámetros del programa elegido. En este punto es posible iniciar con antelación el programa elegido pulsando la tecla “INICIO/PAUSA”o cancelar la operación llevando el selector a la posición OFF y seleccionando sucesivamente otro programa.

NOTE: FEW SECONDS AFTER THE START THE WASH CYCLE WILL BEGIN. DURING THE FIRST 4 MINUTES OF THE WASH CYCLE, THE KG DETECTOR (ACTIVE ONLY ON COTTON AND SYNTHETICS PROGRAMMES) WILL WEIGH THE CLOTHES AND UPDATE THE MAXIMUM WASH TIME REMAINING ON THE DISPLAY EVERY FIVE SECONDS UNTIL THE WEIGHT HAS BEEN DETERMINED. WHILE THIS FUNCTION IS OPERATING THE “Kg DETECTOR” INDICATOR IS ON.

CHANGING THE SETTINGS AFTER THE PROGRAMMES HAS STARTED (PAUSE)

Press and hold the “START/PAUSE”button for about 2 seconds,the flashing lights on the options buttons and time remaining indicator will show that the machine has been paused,adjust as required and press the “START/PAUSE”button again to cancel the flashing lights.

If you wish to add or remove items during washing,wait 2 minutes until the safety device unlocks the door. When you have carried out the manoeuvre,close the door,press START button and the appliance will continue working where it left off.

CANCELLING THE PROGRAMME

To cancel the programme,set the selector to the OFF position. Select a different programme. Re-set the programme selector to the OFF position.

DRYING PROGRAMME SELECTION BUTTON

With the programme selector not in the OFF position,press the button to select the required drying programme; an indicator will light to display the drying result selected each time you press the button. To cancel the selection before the start of a drying programme,press the button repeatedly until the indicators go out or return the programme selector to the OFF position. To cancel the cycle during the drying phase,hold the button down for 2 seconds until the cooling indicator lights up; given the high temperature inside the drum,we recommend that you allow the dryer to complete the cool down period before returning the programme selector to the OFF position and removing the laundry.

NOTE:

Do not dry unwashed items in the washer dryer. Items that have been soiled with substances such as cooking oil,acetone, alcohol, petrol,kerosene,spot removers, turpentine,waxes and wax removers should be washed in hot water with an extra amount of detergent before being dried in the washer dryer.

Items such as foam rubber (latex foam),shower caps, waterproof textiles,rubber backed articles and clothes or pillows fitted with foam rubber pads should not be dried in the washer dryer.

Fabric softeners,or similar products,should be used as specified by the fabric softener instructions.

The final part of a washer dryer cycle occurs without heat (cool down cycle) to ensure that the items are left at a temperature that ensures that the items will not be damaged.

WARNING: Never stop a washer dryer before the end of the drying cycle unless all items are quickly removed and spread out so that the heat is dissipated.

TECLA SELECCIÓN PROGRAMA SECADO

Con el selector del programa en posición diversa de OFF, accione la tecla para seleccionar el programa de secado deseado.A cada presión se iluminará un avisador luminoso que indica el resultado de secado deseado. En caso de anulación de la selección antes de la activación de un programa de secado,accione repetidamente la tecla hasta el apagado del indicador o lleve el programador a la posición OFF. Para anular el ciclo durante la fase de secado mantener accionada la tecla durante 2 segundos hasta el encendido del indicador luminoso de enfriamiento; dada la elevada temperatura interior ,se aconseja dejar terminar el ciclo de enfriamiento antes de llevar el selector de programas a la posición OFF y extraer la ropa.

NOTA:

No secar tejidos no lavados previamente en la lavasecadora. Conviene que los tejidos sucios de sustancias tales como aceites de cocción,acetonas, alcohol,gasolina,querosenos, quitamanchas,trementinas, ceras y las sustancias para extraerlas,sean lavadas en agua caliente con una cantidad mayor de detergente antes de secarlas en la lavasecadora.Objetos como gomas expansivas (espumas de latex) ,los gorros de ducha i materiales textiles impermeables, los artículos con un lado de goma y los vestido y/o cojines que tienen componenetes de espuma de latex no deben ser secados en la lavasecadora.Suavizantes o productos similares,deberán ser usados según las instrucciones relativas a los suavizantes. La parte final de un ciclo en la lavasecadora se realiza sin calor (ciclo de enfriamiento) para asegurarse que los artículos estén expuestos a una temperatura que garantice que no sean dañados.

ATENCIÓN: No parar nunca la lavasecadora antes de la fase de secado, almenos que todos los artículos no sean rapidamente retirados y tendidos para disipar el calor.

TECLA START/PAUSA

Apretar para iniciar el ciclo seleccionado con el mando de programas.

ALGUNOS SEGUNDOS DESPUÉS DE HABER PULSADO EL BOTÓN START,LA LAVADORA, MEDIANTE LA FUNCIÓN KG DETECTOR (ACTIVA SOLAMENTE EN LOS PROGRAMAS ALGODÓN Y SINTÉTICOS), CALCULA DURANTE LOS PRIMEROS 4 MINUTOS LA CANTIDAD DE ROPA QUE HAY EN EL INTERIOR DEL TAMBOR. DURANTE ESTA FASE,LOS LEDS DEL DISPLAY GIRAN,VISUALIZANDO EL TIEMPO DE DURACIÓN MÁXIMO DEL CICLO CADA 5 SEGUNDOS EN ESTA FASE, LA LUZ DEL “KG DETECTOR” PERMANECERÁ ENCENDIDA PARA INDICAR QUE LA FUNCIÓN ESTÁ ACTIVA.

MODIFICAR LA PROGRAMACIÓN DESPUÉS DEL INICIO DEL PROGRAMA (PAUSA)

Después del inicio del programa pueden ser modificados sólo las opciones y parámetros mediante las teclas función. Mantener pulsada la tecla “INICIO/PAUSA”durante aproximadamente 2 segundos. La luz indicadora de las teclas de opciones y del tiempo restante indica que el aparato está en modo de pausa. Modifique los parámetros que desee y pulse nuevamente la tecla “INICIO/P AUSA ”.La luz dejará entonces de parpadear.

Si se desea añadir o extraer colada durante el lavado, desactivar la tecla START,y esperar DOS minutos hasta que el dispositivo de seguridad libere el bloqueo de la escotilla Efectuada la operación, después de haber cerrado la escotilla y apretado la tecla START,la lavadora volv erá a iniciar el lavado desde el punto en que fué parada.

CANCELAR PROGRAMA SELECCIONADO

Para cancelar el programa, coloque el selector en posición OFF. Seleccionar un programa distinto. Vuelva a colocar el selector de programas en posición OFF.

“DIGITAL”DISPLAY

The display’s indicator system allows you to be constantly informed about the status of the machine:

1) WASH TEMPERA TURE When a programme is selected the relevant indicator will light up to show the recommended wash temperature.The Temperature button can be used to decrease or increase the temperature of your chosen wash cycle.Each time the button is pressed,the new temperature level is shown on the Wash Temperature Indicator.

2) DOOR LIGHT Once the START/PAUSE button has been pressed the light first flashes then stops flashing and remains on until the end of the wash. 2 minutes after the end of the wash the light goes off to show that the door can now be opened.

3) SPIN SPEED Once the programme has been selected,the maximum spin speed allowed for that programme appears on the display. Pressing the spin button will reduce the speed by 100 rpm each time the button is pressed. The minimum speed allowed is 400 rpm,or it is possible to omit the spin by pressing the spin button repeatedly.

4) DELAY START LIGHT This flashes when delay start has been set.

DOOR LOCKED INDICATOR

The “Door Locked”indicator light is illuminated when the door is fully closed and the machine is ON. When START is pressed on the machine with the door closed the indicator will flash momentarily and then illuminate.

If the door is not closed the indicator will continue to flash.

A special safety device prevents the door from being opened immediately after the end of the cycle. Wait for 2 minutes after the wash cycle has finished and the Door Locked light has gone out before opening the door.At the end of cycle turn the programme selector to OFF .

PILOTO SEGURIDAD PUERTA

El piloto se ilumina cuando la puerta está correctamente cerrada y la máquina está conectada. Una vez pulsada la tecla START/PAUSA,al principio el piloto parpadea para después quedar permanentemente iluminado hasta que finaliza el lavado.

En el caso de que la puerta no esté correctamente cerrada el piloto continuará parpadeando.

Un dispositivo de seguridad especial impide la apertura inmediata de la puerta al terminar el ciclo de lavado, espere 2 minutos para que se apague el piloto y apague la lavadora colocando el mando selector de programas en la posición "OFF".

DISPLAY DIGITAL

El sistema de aviso del display permite estar constantemente informado del funcionamento del aparato:

1) TEMPERATURA DE LAVADO En el momento de la selección de un programa,la temperatura de lavado aconsejada se indicará automáticamente al encenderse el correspondiente piloto. Eligiendo una temperatura diferente,mediante el botón apropiado,se encenderá el piloto correspondiente.

2) LUZ INDICADORA DE APERTURA DE PUERTA Después de haber presionado la tecla INICIO/PAUSA,inicialmente la luz parpadeará para,a continuación,mantenerse fija hasta el término del lavado. Transcurridos 2 minutos desde el término del lavado,la luz se apagará para indicar que ya es posible abrir la puerta.

3) VELOCIDAD DE CENTRIFUGADO Una vez seleccionado el programa,en el display aparecerá la máxima velocidad de centrifugado permitida para dicho programa.Pulsando repetidamente el botón de centrifugado,la velocidad disminuirá 100 vueltas/minuto cada vez.La velocidad mínima permitida es de 400 v/m,o bien es posible omitir el centrifugado pulsando repetidamente el botón de selección de centrifugado.

8) DRYING PROGRAMME INDICATORS

The indicators display the type of the drying programme: A

utomatic Progr

ammes: By selecting one of these 3 automatic programmes,the washer-dryer will calculate the time needed for drying and the residual dampness required,according to the load and drying type selected. After pressing the START button,the display will shown the drying time remaining.

The appliance calculates the time to the end of the selected programme based upon a standard loading, during the cycle,the appliance corrects the time to that applicable to the size and composition of the load.

= Extra dry drying programme (recommended for towels,bathrobes and bulky loads)

= Cupboard dry drying programme

= Iron dry drying programme

USEFUL TIPS:

The 30 minute drying programme is recommended for small loads (less than 1 kg) or slightly damp loads. Your washer-dryer ends the cycle automatically when it reaches the drying level selected. For the correct operation of the appliance,it is preferable not to interrupt the drying phase unless it is really necessary.

If is selected the automatic washing/drying cycle,at the end of the wash phase,the drying time remaining to the end will be shown on the display.

6)Kg DETECTOR Indicator Available on Cotton and Synthetic cycles,during the first 4 minutes of the cycle the intelligent sensor will weigh the laundry and adjust the cycle time,water and electricity consumption accordingly.

7) DEGREE OF SOILING When a programme is selected the relevant indicator will light up to show the minimum possible degree of soiling. Selecting a greater degree of soiling using the special button will cause the corresponding indicator to light up.

5) DURACIÓN DEL CICLO En el momento de la selección de un programa,se indicará automáticamente la duración máxima del ciclo con plena carga,que podrá variar según las opciones que se seleccionen. Después de iniciarse el programa,el display mantendrá al usuario constantemente informado sobre el tiempo que resta para el término del lavado.

La lavadora calcula el tiempo en base a una carga estándar,pero durante el ciclo corrige el tiempo según el volumen y la composición de la carga.

En el caso en el que se haya programado el secado automático,al final del lavado se indicará la duración del programa de secado seleccionado.

6)Piloto “Kg DETECTOR” (Activa solamente en los programas algodón y sintéticos) Durante los primeros 4 minutos de funcionamiento,el piloto “Kg DETECTOR”permanece encendido mientras la máquina calcula el tiempo que falta para que termine el ciclo,según la cantidad de ropa introducida en el tambor.

7) NIVEL DE SUCIEDAD En el momento de la selección de un programa,se indicará automáticamente el nivel mínimo posible de suciedad al encenderse la luz indicadora correspondiente. Eligiendo un nivel de suciedad superior mediante la tecla adecuada,se iluminará la luz indicadora correspondiente.

8) INDICADORES PROGRAMAS DE SECADO

Los indicadores indican el tipo de programa de secado:

Programas automáticos: Seleccionando uno de estos 3 programas automáticos, la lavasecadora calculará en base a la carga y al tipo de secado seleccionado,el tiempo necesario de secado y el grado de humedad residual deseada. Acionando la tecla START en el display se indicará el tiempo de secado restante.

La lavadora calcula el tiempo en base a una carga estándar,pero durante el ciclo corrige el tiempo según el volumen y la composición de la carga.

= Programa de secado extra seco (aconsejado para albornoces,toallas y grandes cargas )

= Programa de secado listo para guardar (armario)

= Programa de

secado listo para plancha CONSEJOS UTILES

Para pequeñas cargas de ropa (inferiores a 1 Kg) o para cargas ligeramente húmedas,se aconseja utilizar el programa de secado por tiempo 30’. Su lavasecadora concluye el ciclo automáticamente una vez a logrado el grado de secado seleccionado.Para un correcto funcionamiento del aparato es preferible no interrumpir la fase de secado si no es realmente necesario.

Notas a considerar:

En caso de ropa con un alto grado de suciedad, se aconseja la reducción de la carga a máximo 3 kg.

Lavado

Utilizar el programa ** seleccionando el máximo Nivel de suciedad, máxima velocidad de centrifugado y una temperatura de 60ºC Programa recomendado también para los test comparativos a más baja temperatura.

En todos los programas es posible regular la velocidad de centrifugado según el consejo del fabricante de la prenda. Si la etiqueta no posee ninguna indicación se puede centrifugar a la máxima velocidad prevista en el programa.

Pulsando la tecla de temperatura de lavado, es posible lavar a cualquier temperatura por debajo de la temperatura máxima permitida.

* Programas abilitados para el secado automático

1) Mediante la tecla NIVEL DE SUCIEDAD, es posible regular el tiempo y la intensidad del lavado en los programas indicados.

2) Seleccionando el programa rápido “14’-30’-44’” mediante el programador y presionando el botón “NIVEL DE SUCIEDAD” es posible elegir uno de los 3 programas rápidos disponibles, de 14, 30 y 44 minutos de duración, respectivamente.

Washing

WOOLMARK PROGRAMME

The special cycle,certified by WOOLMARK,enables to thoroughly wash garments without damaging them. The cycle comprises of alternate periods of activity and pauses with a maximum temperature of 40°C and concludes with 3 rinses and a short spin.

SPECIAL “HAND WASH”

This washing machine also has a gentle Hand Wash programme cycle.This programme allows a complete washing cycle for garments specified as “Hand Wash only”on the fabric care label.The programme has a temperature of 30°C and concludes with 3 rinses and a slow spin.

SPECIAL “RINSE” PROGRAMME

This programme carries out three rinses with a intermediate spin (which can be reduced or excluded by using the correct button). It can be used for rinsing any type of fabric,eg. use after hand-washing.

SPECIAL “FAST SPIN” PROGRAMME

Programme “FAST SPIN” carries out a maximum spin (which can be reduced by using the correct button).

CHAPTER 8

SELECTION

For the various types of fabrics and various degrees of dirt the washing machine has different programme bands according to: wash cycle,temperature and lenght of cycle (see table of washing cycle programmes).

RESISTANTS FABRICS

The programmes have been designed for a maximum wash and the rinses, with spin intervals,ensure perfect rinsing. The final spin gives more efficient removal of water.

MIXED AND SYNTHETIC FABRICS

The main wash and the rinse gives best results thanks to the rotation rhythms of the drum and to the water levels. A gentle spin will mean that the fabrics become less creased.

SPECIAL DELICATE FIBRES

This is a new wash cycle which alternates washing and soaking and is particularly recommended for very delicate fabrics. The wash cycle and rinses are carried out with high water levels to ensure best results.

TEJIDOS MIXTOS Y SINTÉTICOS

El lavado y el aclarado se optimizan con los ritmos de rotación del tambor y los niveles de agua. El centrifugado en modo delicado,asegura una reducción en la formación de pliegues sobre los tejidos.

TEJIDOS DELICADOS

Es un nuevo concepto de lavado dado que alterna momentos de lavado con momentos de pausa, especialmente recomendado para el lavado de tejidos muy delicados.Los aclarados se realizan con un elevado nivel de agua para garantizar las mejores prestaciones.

PROGRAMA LANA

Gracias a un especial ciclo, certificado WOOLMARK,los tejidos se lavan en profundidad con el máximo respecto para su integridad. El ciclo alterna momentos de trabajo y de pausa con una temperatura máxima de 40ºC y se finaliza con 3 aclarados y un centrifugado delicato.

PROGRAMA ESPECIAL “LA VADO A MANO”

La lavadora presenta también un ciclo de lavado delicado completo para los tejidos de lavar exclusivamente a mano. El programa alcanza una temperatura máxima de 30ºC y termina con 3 aclarados y un centrifugado delicado.

PROGRAMA ESPECIAL “ACLARADOS”

The Rapid programme allows a washing cycle to be completed in just 14 minutes! This programme is particularly suited to slightly dirty cottons and mixed fabrics. Using the Degree of soiling button on the Rapid cycle will enable you to select either a 14,30 or 44 minute wash cycle. When selecting the rapid programme,please note that we recommend you use only 20% of the recommended quantities shown on the detergent pack. For information about these programmes please refer to the programmes table.

“SHIRTS” PROGRAMME

This programme allows a complete washing cycle for shirts. The main wash and the rinse gives best results thanks to the rotation rhythms of the drum and to the water levels. The programme has a maximum temperature of 30°C and concludes with 3 rinses and a short spin.

With this program we recommend that you reduce the detergent loading dose (compared to the normal one),in order to avoid detergent waste.

“MIX & WASH SYSTEM” PROGRAMME

This is an exclusive Candy system and involves 2 great advantages for the consumer:

• to be able to wash together different type of fabrics (e.g. cotton + synthetic etc…) FAST COLOUREDS;

•to wash with a considerable energy saving.

The "Mix & Wash" programme has a temperature of 40°C and alternate dynamic phases (the basket that turns) to static phases (fabrics in soak in phase of rest) with a duration programme that almost reaching the 2 hours. The energy consumption for the complete cycle is only 850 W/h.

Important:

•the first washing of new coloureds fabrics must be done separately;

• in every case, never mix

When washing heavy rugs, bed spreads and other heavy articles,it is advisable not to spin.

To be machine-washed, woollen garments and other articles in wool must bear the “Machine Washable Label”.

IMPORTANT: When sorting articles ensure that:

- there are no metal objects in the washing (e.g.brooches, safety pins,pins,coins etc.).

- cushion covers are buttoned,zips and hooks are closed,loose belts and long tapes on dressing gowns are knotted.

-runners from curtains are removed.

- attention is paid to garment labels.

-when sorting, any tough stains should be removed prior to washing using stain removers only recommended on label.

ATENCION:

si tiene que lavar alfombras, colchas u otras prendas pesadas es mejor no centrifugar.

ATENCIÓN: Durante la selección asegúrese de que:

- en la ropa para lavar no haya objetos metálicos (por ejemplo,clips, imperdibles,alfileres, monedas,etc.);

-abroche las fundas de las almohadas,cierre las cremalleras,las anillas,ate las cintas sueltas y las tiras largas de los vestidos;

- quite de las cortinas tanbién los elementos de rodamiento;

- lea atentamente las etiquetas de los tejidos;

- si durante la selección aprecia manchas resistentes,quítelas con un detergente especial o con una pasta de lavado apropiada.

This washing machine automatically adapts the level of the water to the type and quantity of washing.In this way it is also possible to obtain a “personalized”wash from an energy saving point of view. This system gives a decrease in energy consumption and a sensible reduction in washing times.

EXAMPLE:

A net bag should be used for particularly delicate fabrics.

Let us suppose that the washing consists of HEAVILY SOILED COTTON (tough stains should be removed with suitable stain removal).

It is advisable not to wash a load made up entirely of articles in towelling fabric which absorb a lot of water and become too heavy.

● Open the detergent drawer (P).

● Put 120 g in the main wash compartment marked 2.

● Put 50 ml of the desired additive in the additives compartment

MAXIMISE THE LOAD SIZE

Achieve the best use of energy,water,detergent and time by using the recommended maximum load size. Save up to 50% energy by washing a full load instead of 2 half loads.

DO YOU NEED TO PRE-WASH?

For heavily soiled laundry only! SAVE detergent,time, water and between 5 to 15% energy consumption by NOT selecting Prewash for slight to normally soiled laundry.

IS A HOT WASH REQUIRED?

Pretreat stains with stain remover or soak dried in stains in water before washing to reduce the necessity of a hot wash programme. Save up to 50% energy by using a 60°C wash programme.

BEFORE USING A DRYING PROGRAMME...

SAVE energy and time by selecting a high spin speed to reduce the water content in laundry before using a drying programme.

CARGAR AL MÁXIMO LA LAVADORA

Para eliminar eventuales despilfarros de energía,agua o detergente se recomienda utilizar la máxima capacidad de carga de la lavadora. Es posible,ahorrar hasta el 50% de energía con una carga llena efectuada en una única colada,respecto a dos coladas a 1/2 carga.

CUANDO SIRVE REALMENTE EL PRELAVADO?

Solamente para cargas particularmente sucias! Se ahorra del 5 al 15% de energía evitando la selección de la opción del prelavado para ropa de suciedad normal.

QUÉ TEMPERATURA DE LAVADO SELECCIONAR?

La utilización de productos para eliminar manchas antes del lavado en la lavadora, reduce la necesidad de lavar a temperaturas superiores a 60°C.Es posible ahorrar hasta un 50% utilizando una temperatura de lavado de 60°C.

ANTES DE UTILIZAR UN PROGRAMA DE SECADO

Seleccionar un alto número de revoluciones antes de un programa de secado para, de esta manera,reducir la humedad residual en la ropa.Se obtienen de esta manera,ahorros de energía y agua.

LAVADO

CAPACIDA V ARIABILE

Esta lavadora adapta automáticamente el nivel del agua al tipo y cantidad de ropa.Así pues,es posible obtener una colada “personalizada”,incluso desde el punto de vista energético. Este sistema aporta una disminución del consumo de energía y una sensible reducción del tiempo de lavado.

EJEMPLO:

Para tejidos muy delicados se aconseja el uso de una bolsa de rejilla.

Supongamos que la colada que va a hacer sea de ALGODON MUY SUCIO (si hay manchas especialmente resistentes,quítelas con la pasta apropiada).

Le aconsejamos no realizar una colada con sólo prendas de tejidos esponjosos,ya que al absorber mucha agua, sehacen demasiado pesadas.

● Abra la cubeta del detergente.

● Ponga en el compartimento 2 de lavado 120 g de detergente.

● Ponga 50 cc del aditivo que desee en el compartimento para aditivos ✿✿.

● Cierra la cubeta del detergente.

CHAPTER 12

DRYING

DON’T DRY GARMENTS MADE FROM FOAM RUBBER OR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

IMPORTANT: THIS DRYER CAN ONLY BE USED FOR LAUNDRY WHICH HAS BEEN WASHED AND SPIN DRIED.

WARNING:

Indications given are general,therefore some practice is needed for the best drying results.We recommend setting a lower drying time than indicated, when first using,so as to establish the degree of dryness required.We recommend not to dry fabrics that fray easily,such as rugs or garments with a deep pile,to avoid air duct clogging. The water is then conveyed to the drain circuit,wich is sealed and therefore,no steam can be released outside.

● Ensure that the water inlet tap is turned on.

● And that the discharge tube is in place.

PROGRAMME SELECTION

Refer to the programme guide to select the most suitable programme. Turning the selector knob required programme is activate. The display will show the settings for the programme selected.

Adjust the wash temperature if necessary.

Press the option buttons (if required)

Then press the START button. When the START button is pressed the machine sets the working sequence in motion.

The programme carries out with the programme selector stationary on the selected programme till cycle ends.

Warning: If there is any break in the power supply while the machine is operating,a special memory stores the selected programme and,when the power is restored,it continues where it left off.

● When the programme has ended the word “End” will appear on the display

● Wait for the door lock to be released (about 2 minutes after the programme has finished).

● Switch off the machine by turning the programme selector to the “OFF”position.

● Open the door and remove the laundry.

● Turn off the water supply after every use.

FOR ALL TYPES OF WASH CONSULT THE PROGRAMME TABLE AND FOLLOW THE OPERATIONS IN THE ORDER INDICATED.

Seleccionando la tecla START la lavadora incia la secuencia de lavado.

El ciclo de lavado mantendrá el mando programador fijo sobre el programa seleccionado hasta la finalización del lavado.

Atención: Si hubiese un corte en el suministro eléctrico durante el funcionamiento de la lavadora,una especie de memoria conservará la selección efectuada y, al reiniciarse el suministro eléctrico,la lavadora continuará lavando desde el punto en que se paró.

● Al término del programa se visualizará la palabra “End”en el display.

● Espere hasta que se apague el piloto de puerta asegurada (2 minutos después de finalizar el programa).

● Apague el aparato colocando el mando selector de programas en posición “OFF”.

● Abra la puerta y extraiga la ropa.

● Cierre el grifo del agua

PARA CUALQUIER TIPO DE LAVADO, CONSULTE SIEMPRE LA TABLA DE LOS PROGRAMAS Y SIGA LA SECUENCIA DE LAS OPERACIONES TAL COMO VIENE INDICADO.

CAPÍTULO 12

SECADO

NO SECAR PRENDAS EN GOMAPLUMA O TEJIDOS INFLAMABLES.

IMPORTANTE EN ESTA SECADORA DE ROPA UNICAMENTE PUEDE SECARSE ROPA CENTRIFUGADA PROCEDENTE DE UN LAVADO CON AGUA.

IMPORTANTE

Las indicaciones presentadas son generales, es necesario un poco de práctica para una óptima utilización de la secadora. Le aconsejamos al inicio seleccionar tiempos inferiores a los aconsejados, de forma a poder determinar el grado de secado deseado por Usted. Le aconsejamos no secar muy a menudo tejidos hilachosos,tipo alfombras o prendas de pelo largo,para no obturar los conductos de aire. El dispositivo de secado permite la perfecta eliminación de la humedad sin la emisión de vapores al exterior.Un potente chorro de aire,previamente calentado,incide sobre la ropa húmeda evaporando el agua; el aire saturado de humedad viene reciclado a través de un conducto bañado por agua fría que condensa el agua contenida en el aire; el agua es evacuada a través del desagüe.Todo el circuito es perfectamente estanco,no existiendo ninguna posibilidad de emisión de vapor al exterior.

The appliance door is fitted with a protective shield to prevent contact with the glass door which can reach high temperatures,during the drying cycle.

WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH DOOR FOR ANY REASON.

● Make sure water inlet valve is open.

● Make sure water drain is correctly positioned.

IMPORTANT NEVER OPEN THE DOOR AFTER THE DRYING CYCLE HAS BEGUN WAIT UNTIL THE COOL DOWN PERIOD PROVIDED FOR BY THE CYCLE.

Es posible secar sólo ropa ya centrifugada.

Con la lavadorasecadora se pueden efectuar 2 tipos de secado:

1 Secado de tejidos de algodón,felpa,lino, cañamo,etc...

Nota: Durante la fase de secado, el cesto realiza rotaciones a una velocidad alta para equilibrar la carga y optimizar el ciclo.

2 Secado de tejidos mixtos (sintéticos/algodon), sintéticos.

Si desea seleccionar un secado mediante tiempo, accione la tecla “selección programa secado”hasta el encendido de uno de los indicadores del secado por tiempo.

La lavadora dispone de una pantalla protectora del vidrio del ojo de buey que alcanza temperaturas elevadas durante la fase de secado.

Washing:

Open the drawer,choose the detergent and put in the correct amount.

Refer to the list of washing programmes according to fabrics to be washed (e.g. very dirty cotton) and without pressing Start button,prepare wash as described:

Adjust the wash temperature if necessary.

Check that the tap is turned on and that the discharge hose is positioned correctly.

Drying:

● Apague el aparato colocando el mando selector de programas en posición “OFF”.

● Abra la puerta y extraiga la ropa.

CAPÍTULO 13

CICLO AUTOMATICO LAVADO-SECADO

ATENCIÓN: EL CICLO COMPLETO PUEDE SER UTILIZADO SOLO CON UNA CARGA MÁXIMA DE 4,5 KG DE COLADA SECA.DE OTRO MODO EL RESULTADO DEL SECADO NO SERÁ SATISFACTORIO.

Lavado:

Abra el cajetín e introduzca el detergente en su compartiemento.

Consulte la tabla de programas de lavado y,en base a los tejidos a lavar,sin accionar la tecla START, prepare el lavado como sigue:

Girando el selector se activa el programa elegido.

En el display se visualizarán los parámetros del programa elegido.

Modificar ocasionalmente la temperatura de lavado.

Pulsar las teclas de opciones (si se desea)

Asegúrese de que el grifo del agua esté abierto, Que el desagüe esté en posición correcta.

Secado:

Selecionar el grado de secado deseado. Las distintas opciones comprenden desde prendas extra secado ( ),ideal para toallas y albornoces La opción extra secado para guardar ( ) para prendas que no es necesario su planchado,y prendas secas para plancha ( ) que dejan la colada lista para su planchado.

The appliance calculates the time to the end of the selected programme based upon a standard loading,dur ing the cycle, the appliance corrects the time to that applicable to the size and composition of the load.

If you wish to select a timed drying cycle,press the “drying programme selection”button until the required time indicator lights up.

Press the "Start/Pause" button.

At the end of the wash phase the display will shown the drying time remaining.

The programme carries out with the programme selector stationary on the selected programme till cycle ends.

The washer-dryer will then complete the entire drying programme.

FILTER CLEANING

The washing-machine is equipped with a special filter to retain large foreign matter which could clog up the drain,such as coins, buttons, etc.These can,therefore, easily be recovered.The procedures for cleaning the filter are as follows:

● Open the flap

● Only available on certain

models: Pull out the corrugated hose, remove the stopper and drain the water into a container.

● Before removing the filter, place an absorbent towel below the filter cap to collect the small amount of water likely to be inside the pump

● Turn the filter anticlockwise till it stops in vertical position.

● Remove and clean.

● After cleaning,replace by

turning the notch on the end of the filter clockwise.Then follow all procedures described above in reverse order.

REMOVALS OR LONG PERIODS WHEN THE MACHINE IS LEFT STANDING

For eventual removals or when the machine is left standing for long periods in unheated rooms,the drain hose should be emptied of all remaining water.

The appliance must be switched off and unplugged. A bowl is needed.Detach the drainage hose from the clamp and lower it over the bowl until all the water is removed.

Repeat the same operation with the water inlet hose.

CHAPTER 14

CLEANING

AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Do not use abrasives,spirits and/or diluents on the exterior of the appliance.It is sufficient to use a damp cloth.

The washing machine requires very little maintenance:

● Cleaning of drawer compartments.

● Filter cleaning

● Removals or long periods

when the machine is left standing.

CLEANING OF DRAWER COMPARTMENTS

Although not strictly necessary,it is advisable to clean the detergent,bleach and additives compartments occasionally.

Remove the compartments by pulling gently.

Clean with water.

Put the compartments back into place

Y MANTENIMIENTO ORDINARIO

Para su limpieza exterior no use productos abrasivos, alcohol y/o disolventes, basta sólo una pasada con un paño húmedo.

La lavadora necesita muy poco mantenimiento:

● Limpieza de la cubeta y sus compartimentos

● Limpieza filtro

● Traslados o largos

períodos de inactividad de la máquina.

LIMPIEZA DE LA CUBETA DEL DETERGENTE Y SUS COMPARTIMENTOS

Aunque no sea estrictamente necesario,es conveniente limpiar de vez en en cuando los compartimentos del detergente,blanqueadores y aditivos.

Para esta operacion basta extraerlos haciendo un poco de fuerza.

Limpie todo el contenido bajo un chorro de agua.

Vuelva a colocar todo en su sitio.

LIMPIEZA FILTRO

La lavadora está dotada de un filtro especial que retiene los residuos de tamaño más grande que podrían obstruir la descarga (monedas, botones,etc) y que de esta manera se pueden recuperar fácilmente. Cuando sea necesario limpiar el filtro seguir los siguientes pasos:

● Abatir la tapa

● Sólo algunos modelos:

Extraiga el tubo,saque el tapón y recoja el agua en un contenedor.

● Antes de extraer el filtro,se recomienda colocar un paño absorvente debajo con el fin de recoger el agua residual que pueda salir.

● Gire el filtro en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que haga tope en posición vertical.

● Extráigalo y limpielo.

● Después de haberlo

limpiado vuelva a montarlo siguiendo las operaciones en sentido contrario a la descripción precedente.

TRASLADOS O LARGOS PERÍODOS DE INACTIVIDAD DE LA MÁQUINA

En eventuales traslados o en caso que la máquina estuviese inactiva durante largo período de tiempo en lugares fríos,hay que vaciar completamente todo residuo de agua en los tubos.

Estando desconectada suelte el tubo de la abrazadera y dirijalo hacia abajo,en el cubo, hasta conseguir la salida completa del agua.

Finalizada la operación, repita los pasos en sentido contrario.

FAULT

If the fault should persist,contact a Technical Assistance Centre.For prompt servicing,give the model of the washing machine,to be found on the label placed on the cabinet inside of the porthole or on the guarantee certificate.

Important 1The use of environment friendly detersives without phosphates may produce the following effects:

- The discharge rinse water may result cloudier due to the presence of zeolites in suspension. This does not compromise the efficiency of the rinses.

- The presence of white powder (zeolites) on the washing at the end of the washing cycle. This does not remain incorporated in the fabric and does not alter the colour.

- The presence of foam in the last rinse water which is not necessarily a sign of inadequate rinsing.

- The non-ionic surface-active agents present in the composition of washing machine detersives are often difficult to remove from the washing itself and, even in small quantities, may produce visible signs of the formation of foam.

- Carrying out further rinses, in cases such as this, is not useful.

Atención 1El uso de detergentes ecológicos sin fosfstos puede producir los siguientes efectos:

- El agua de vaciado de los aclarados es más turbia debido a la presencia de zeolitos en suspensión sin que resulte perjudicada la eficacia del aclarado.

-Presencia de polvo blanco (zeolitos) en la ropa al finalizar el lavado que no se incrusta en el tejido ni altera los colores.

- La presencia de espuma en el agua el último aclarado no es necesariamente una indicación de un mal aclarado.

- Los tensioactivos aniónicos presentes en las formulaciones de los detergrntes para lavadoras, resultan ser a menudo difíciles de separar de la ropa y, aunque en una cantidad mínima, pueden producir visibles fenómenos de formación de espuma.

- La ejecución de más ciclos de aclarado, en casos como éste, no conlleva ningún beneficio.
