1. Cautions
⚫ This manual describes how to use BT-CSIM-T properly. Read it carefully to avoid damaging
the product and injuring yourself. Pay attention to the following cause of warnings
① Use only components provided or approved by BT Inc.
② Do not use the product for other purposes described in this manual.
③ If you disassemble or modify the product without any permission by BT Inc., you can not take after service.
Also making imitated or altered products for commercial purposes is prohibited by law
④ Keep the product away from water or moisture. If the product gets wet, do not turn it on.
⑤ Do not use the product near strong magnetic fields or high voltage power lines.
The product might malfunction due to the electromagnetic waves.
⑥ Do not use the product under a weather of lightning. It can cause the product malfunction
and increases the risk of electric shock.
⑦ Do not use the product with temperatures below 0℃ or above 40℃.
(Operation temperature : 0℃ ~ 40℃, Storage temperature : -10℃ ~ 50℃)
⑧ Do not keep the product near hot places such as heaters. Deterioration of product or internal
damage might occur.
⑨ Never clean the product with chemical substances such as solvent, benzene or thinner, as these
may cause ignition or cause the surface deterioration.
⑩ Please make sure that clean water is the only fluid of injection
⑪ BT Inc. can change or adjust the product specification without any notice in order to improve
the product.

4. Features & Function
① Battery Holder cubbyhole : Please put the battery holder into this cubbyhole
② Power/Battery Connector : Connect power plug of power converter or battery
③ Mode selection button for Ventro/Dorso : Choose the injection location.
※ Only 1 choice is available. Once you choose the injection location, Blue LED light will appear.
④ Alram button : User can check OK/NG through Alram sound.
⑤ LED button : User can check OK/NG through LED
⑥ Power button : ON/OFF
⑦ Air pumping connector : Connect the Air pumping syringe.
⑧ Drain connector : Connect the Drain bottle container.

5. Installation and User Manual
5-1. Buttocks Holder connection
The holder will stabilize the buttocks posture while you are training the injection.
.
⚫ Press down the holder to the product until the sound of click
⚫ Press the hook levers on the cover plate with both thumbs and lift up the buttocks holder
※ Face the red mark up when you placing the holder.
5-2. Drain bottle installation
⚫ Please connect the drain tube to drain bottle and drain connector(black color).

5-3. Air pumping syringe connection
Please connect the air pumping syringe to the air injection connector(white color).
※ In order to drain the injected liquid from the buttocks model, pumping the syringe piston with
multiple times.

6. Injection practice

① Assemble the all accessories as mentioned in chapter 5
② User should choose the training mode (Ventro/Dorso)
③ Alram/LED On/Off is available
④ Find the greater trochanter and ilium locations (Iliac spine, ASIS, PSIS) by palpation.
⑤ Follow the procedure of IM injection.
⑥ Use clean water only for injection practice and you must connect the drain bottle.
Caution for drug injection
- Must use the purified-water only for injection practice.
- If you use other than clean water, it can cause the malfunction of the sensors.
※ After practice, please drain the water in the buttocks model by using air pumping syringe.
Storage
- If you need to store the product for long periods of time, please wipe the product with
ethanol cotton of fabric. After the buttocks model is dried, please putting the “Baby powder”
all around the buttocks skin and wipe the product again with your hands of soft clothes.
