Bitte lesen Sie vor Gebrauch des Gerätes die Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie auf.

Der Braun Silk·épil 7 Dual Epilierer wurde entwickelt, um Ihnen langanhaltend seidig glatte Haut in nur einem Zug zu bieten. Dank der Dual-Technologie wird das Haar zunächst sanft an der Wurzel entfernt. Anschließend sorgt die integrierte Klinge für zusätzliche Glätte.

• Aus hygienischen Gründen sollten Sie das Gerät nicht gemeinsam mit anderen Personen benutzen.

• Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Spezialkabel mit integriertem Netzteil für Sicherheitskleinspannung ausgestattet. Es dürfen weder Teile ausgetauscht noch Veränderungen vorgenommen werden, da sonst Stromschlaggefahr besteht. Elektrische Angaben siehe Hinweis auf dem Spezialkabel. Das Spezialkabel sorgt für eine automatische Spannungsanpassung.

Dieses Gerät ist geeignet für die Verwendung in der Badewanne und in der Dusche. Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann es

benutzen, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt. Wir empfehlen, das Gerät außer Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren, sowie sicherzustellen, dass Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

• Sollte der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) herunterfallen, sollte dieser aus Sicherheits gründen nicht weiter verwendet, sondern ausgetauscht werden.

InformationenzurEpilation

Bei allen Formen der Haarentfernung an der Wurzel kann es zu Hautreizungen (z. B. Jucken, Brennen oder Rötungen) kommen, abhängig von Ihrem jeweiligen Haut- und Haartyp. Das sind normale Reaktionen, die rasch wieder abklingen. Sie können jedoch stärker auftreten, wenn Sie zum ersten Mal epilieren oder wenn Sie empfindliche Haut haben.

Falls diese Hautreaktionen nach 36 Stunden noch anhalten, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt um Rat fragen. In aller Regel nehmen die Hautreaktionen und das Schmerzempfinden nach mehrmaliger Anwendung deutlich ab.

Es kann vorkommen, dass sich die Haut durch das Eindringen von Bakterien entzündet (z. B. wenn das Gerät über die Haut gleitet). Eine gründliche Reinigung des Epilierkopfes vor jeder Anwendung reduziert weitestgehend dieses Infektionsrisiko.

Falls Sie Zweifel haben, ob Sie dieses Gerät benutzen sollen, fragen Sie bitte Ihren Arzt. In folgenden Fällen sollten Sie das Gerät nur nach ärztlichem Rat anwenden: bei Ekzemen, Wunden, entzündeten Hautreaktionen wie Follikulitiden (Eiterknötchen) und Krampfadern, im Bereich von Muttermalen, bei Schwächung der Abwehrkräfte Ihrer Haut, die auftreten kann bei Diabetes, Schwangerschaft, bei Vorliegen des Raynaud Syndroms, bei Blutern, Candida oder Immunschwäche.

EinigepraktischeTipps:

Wenn Sie bisher noch kein Epiliergerät verwendet haben, oder wenn Sie längere Zeit nicht epiliert haben, kann es eine kurze Zeit dauern, bis sich Ihre Haut an die Epilation gewöhnt hat. Der zunächst stärker empfundene Zupfschmerz wird bei wiederholter Anwendung deutlich geringer, denn die Haut gewöhnt sich an die Epilation.

Am besten epilieren Sie beim ersten Mal am Abend, damit eventuelle Hautrötungen über Nacht abklingen können. Um die Haut zu entspannen, empfehlen wir die Verwendung einer Feuchtigkeitscreme nach der Epilation.

Die Epilation ist leichter und angenehmer, wenn die Haare die optimale Länge von 2 bis 5 mm haben. Sind die Haare länger, empfehlen wir, zunächst zu rasieren und nach 1-2 Wochen die kürzeren, nachwachsenden Haare zu epilieren.

Wenn Sie bereits ein Epiliergerät verwendet haben, denken Sie daran, dass Sie dank der Effizienz der Dual-Epilier-Technologie dieselbe Stelle nicht mehrmals epilieren müssen. Damit wird die Dauer der Epilation bedeutend verringert. Lassen Sie den Dual Epilierer vorsichtig über Ihre Beine gleiten und achten Sie besonders auf knochige, unregelmäßige Hautbereiche, um eine Verletzung durch die Klinge zu vermeiden.

Aufladen

• Bitte laden Sie das Gerät vor dem

Gebrauch auf. Für optimale Leistung empfehlen wir, das Gerät immer im vollgeladenen Zustand zu benutzen. Platzieren Sie das ausgeschaltete Gerät in der Ladestation oder schließen Sie es über das Spezialkabel direkt ans Netz an und laden Sie es ca. eine Stunde.

• Die grüne Ladekontrollleuchte (6a) zeigt durch Blinken an, dass das Gerät geladen wird. Nach Vollladung leuchtet die Ladekontrollleuchte permanent. Sie können das Gerät nun kabellos verwenden.

• Eine Akkuladung reicht für ca. 30 Minuten kabellosen Betrieb.

• Sobald die rote Restkapazitätsleuchte (6b) blinkt, sollten Sie das Gerät ans Netz anschließen, um es wieder aufzuladen.

• Nach der Verwendung können Sie das Gerät entweder direkt über das Spezialkabel aufladen oder indem Sie es auf die Ladestation setzen.

• Die ideale Umgebungstemperatur für das Laden, die Verwendung und Lagerung des Geräts liegt zwischen 15 °C und 35 °C. Sollte die Temperatur außerhalb dieses Bereichs liegen, kann die Aufladezeit länger sein und die kabellose Verwendung kürzer ausfallen.

Einschalten

• Drücken Sie eine der Freigabetasten (5a)

und drehen Sie den Schalter im Uhrzeigersinn auf die gewünschte Geschwindigkeitsstufe: «I» = besonders sanft «II» = besonders gründlich

• Die SmartLight-Funktion sorgt für ideale Lichtverhältnisse: Solange das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, leuchtet das Licht und hilft Ihnen, auch feinste Härchen zu entdecken und gründlich zu entfernen.

Nass-Epilieren

Der Dual Epilierer ist speziell für das NassEpilieren mit Rasiergel oder -schaum ausgelegt. Für ein optimales Gleiten sollten Sie das Gerät mit Rasiergel auf nasser Haut verwenden.

Hierfür empfehlen wir das Satin Care* Rasiergel von Gillette. Für eine bessere Handhabung beim NassEpilieren empfiehlt sich die Verwendung des Anti-Rutsch-Aufsatzes (7).

A Dual-Epilationmitdem

AufsatzfürsanfteHaut

Der Silk·épil 7 Dual Epilierer bietet einen völlig neuen Ansatz bei der Haarentfernung: In einem Zug wird das Haar zunächst sanft an der Wurzel entfernt, während die Klinge anschließend für sanfte Haut sorgt. Der einzigartige Dual Epilierer vereint die CloseGrip Technologie (mit 40 Pinzetten) für langanhaltend glatte Haut mit integrierter Venus-Technologie für höchste Effizienz bei einem einzigen Zug.

Die Dual-Epilation mit dem Aufsatz für sanfte Haut wurde speziell für das Epilieren der Beine entworfen und optimiert. Bei der Verwendung des Aufsatzes auf anderen Hautbereichen sollten Sie besondere Vorsicht walten lassen, da die Klingen sehr scharf sind. Die Haut sollte während der Verwendung stets straff gehalten werden.

ErsteVerwendung

Damit sich die Haut an die Haarentfernung gewöhnen kann, ist es wichtig, dass Sie das Gerät während des ersten Monats nur einmal pro Woche verwenden. Nach 3-4 Verwendungen, wenn alle Haare mindestens einmal entfernt wurden und sich die Haut an den neuen Prozess gewöhnt hat, können Sie langanhaltende Ergebnisse wie bei der normalen Epilation genießen und den Dual Epilierer alle 2-3 Wochen anwenden.

VerwendungdesDualEpilierers

• Stellen Sie vor der Anwendung sicher,

dass der Epilierkopf (3) sauber ist. Setzen Sie den Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) auf.

• Geben Sie Rasierschaum oder -gel auf die nasse Haut.

• Straffen Sie die Haut und führen Sie das Gerät langsam, gleichmäßig und ohne Druck mit der Schalterseite entgegen der Haarwuchsrichtung.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Epilierkopf flach über die Haut gleitet. Das Schwenkelement passt sich automatisch der Hautkontur an. In einem Zug werden die Haare zunächst an der Wurzel entfernt und die Haut geschmeidig sanft. Dank der integrierten Klinge sorgt der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut für eine noch gründlichere Haarentfernung, sodass eine Anwendung auf den verschiedenen Hautbereichen genügt.

• Epilieren Sie die Beine von unten nach oben. Bei der Anwendung an den Kniekehlen muss das Bein immer gestreckt sein. Seien Sie besonders an den Knöcheln und anderen knochigen Bereichen vorsichtig, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.

• Den am Aufsatz für sanfte Haut angesammelten Schaum regelmäßig abspülen.

B Epilation

Nehmen Sie den Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) ab und setzen Sie den Epilier-Aufsatz (11) oder den Aufsatz für empfindliche Stellen (12) auf. Sie können den Epilierer für die Nass- oder Trocken-Epilation nutzen: Nass-Epilation: Damit das Gerät optimal

über die Haut gleiten kann, ist es wichtig, dass die Haut wirklich feucht ist.

Trocken-Epilation: Ihre Haut muss trocken

und fettfrei sein.

EpilationderBeine:

• Straffen Sie die Haut und führen Sie das

Gerät langsam, gleichmäßig und ohne Druck mit der Schalterseite entgegen der Haarwuchsrichtung.

• Da die Haare nicht immer in eine einheitliche Richtung wachsen, kann es hilfreich sein, das Gerät in verschiedenen Richtungen über die Haut zu führen, um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen.

EpilationempfindlicherBereiche:

• Setzen Sie für die Anwendung im

Achselbereich und in der Bikinizone den Epilier-Aufsatz (12) auf, der speziell für die Verwendung auf empfindlichen Hautbereichen entwickelt wurde.

• Vor der Epilation sollten Sie den entsprechenden Bereich gründlich reinigen, um Rückstände zu entfernen (z.B. Deodorant). Strecken Sie den Arm nach oben, so dass die Haut gestrafft ist, und führen Sie das Gerät in verschiedene Richtungen. Da die Haut nach der Epilation besonders empfindlich ist, sollten Sie keine hautreizenden Substanzen, wie z.B. alkoholhaltige Deodorants, verwenden.

• Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Körperzonen besonders bei den ersten Anwendungen besonders schmerzempfindlich sind. Daher empfehlen wir, bei den ersten Anwendungen die Geschwindigkeitsstufe «I» zu wählen. Bei wiederholter Anwendung wird das Schmerzempfinden nachlassen. Die Epilation ist angenehmer, wenn die Haare die optimale Länge von 2-5 mm haben.

Überhitzungsschutz

Um das Gerät vor Überhitzung zu schützen, kann es vorkommen, dass die rote Rest-

kapazitätsleuchte 8 Sekunden lang durchgängig leuchtet und sich das Gerät anschließend automatisch ausschaltet. Drehen Sie in diesem Fall den Schalter auf die Position «0» zurück und lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen.

ReinigenmitWasser

Nach dem Nass-Epilieren sollten Sie das Gerät gründlich mit Wasser reinigen, um weiterhin optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Den Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) abnehmen und unter warmem fließenden Wasser reinigen. Den Epilierkopf unter fließendes Wasser halten und das Gerät kurz einschalten. Anschließend die Entriegelungstaste (10) drücken und den Epilierkopf abnehmen. Epilierkopf und Gerät gründlich schütteln, damit sämtliches Wasser entfernt wird. Den Anti-Rutsch-Griff entfernen und alle Teile trocknen lassen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile vollständig trocken sind, bevor sie wieder angebracht werden. Nachdem Sie den Epilierkopf (3) und den Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) wieder aufgesetzt haben, empfiehlt es sich, die Schutzkappe (1) anzubringen, um die Klinge zu schützen.

ReinigenmitderBürste

Nach dem Trocken-Epilieren reicht es eventuell aus, das Gerät mit der Bürste zu reinigen. Die Bürste in Alkohol tauchen und die Pinzetten von der Rückseite des Epilierkopfes her gründlich reinigen. Dabei das Pinzettenelement von Hand drehen. Damit wird eine optimale Reinigung des Epilierkopfes sichergestellt.

WechseldesAufsatzesfürsanfteHaut

Der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut (2) ist mit einem Gleitstreifen (2b) versehen. Dieser verblasst mit der Zeit und zeigt damit an, dass die Klinge stumpf wird. Ist der Gleitstreifen weiß, ist ein Wechsel des Aufsatzes für sanfte Haut erforder lich. Da der Gleitstreifen wasserlöslich ist, sollte der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut trocken gelagert und niemals mit der Klingenseite nach unten im Waschbecken liegen gelassen werden.

Für optimale Ergebnisse sollte der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut jeweils nach 12 Anwendungen ausgetauscht werden, wenn der Gleitstreifen weiß ist oder wenn die Klinge Anzeichen einer Abnutzung oder Beschädigung aufweist. Sollte der Aufsatz für sanfte Haut herunterfallen, sollte dieser aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht weiter verwendet, sondern ausgetauscht werden.

Braun Silk·épil 7 Dual Epilator has been designed to give you longlasting smooth skin in one stroke thanks to its dual technology. First, it gently epilates the hair from the root, then the integrated blade follows to smoothen the skin.

• This appliance is provided with a special cord set with an integrated Safety Extra Low Voltage power supply. Do not exchange or manipulate any part of it. Otherwise there is risk of electric shock. For electric specifications, please see printing on the special cord set. The special cord set automatically adapts to any worldwide AC voltage.

Generalinformation

All methods of hair removal at the root can lead to skin irritations (e.g. itching, discomfort and reddening) depending on the condition of the skin and hair. This is a normal reaction and should quickly disappear, but may be stronger when you are removing hair at the root for the first few times or if you have sensitive skin.

If, after 36 hours, the skin still shows irritation, we recommend that you contact your physician. In general, the skin reaction and the sensation of pain tend to diminish considerably with the repeated use of Silk·épil.

In some cases inflammation of the skin could occur when bacteria penetrate the skin (e.g. when sliding the appliance over the skin). Thorough cleaning of the epilation head before each use will minimise the risk of infection.

If you have any doubts about using this appliance, please consult your physician. In the following cases, this appliance should only be used after prior consultation with a physician: eczema, wounds, inflamed skin reactions such as folliculitis (purulent hair follicles) and varicose veins, around moles, reduced immunity of the skin, e.g. diabetes mellitus,

during pregnancy, Raynaud’s disease, haemophilia, candida or immune deficiency.

Someusefultips:

If you have not used an epilator before, or if you have not epilated for a longer period of time, it may take a short time for your skin to adapt to epilation. The discomfort experienced in the beginning will decrease considerably with repeated use as the skin adapts to the process.

When epilating for the first time, it is advisable to epilate in the evening, so that any possible reddening can disappear overnight. To relax the skin we recommend applying a moisture cream after epilation.

Epilation is easier and more comfortable when the hair is at the optimum length of 2-5 mm. If hairs are longer, we recommend that you shave first and epilate the shorter, re-growing hairs several days later.

If you have used an epilator before, keep in mind that you do not need to go over the same area repeatedly thanks to the one-stroke efficiency of the Dual Epilator technology. This will reduce the epilation time significantly. Carefully guide the Dual Epilator over your legs and take special care on bony, uneven skin areas in order to avoid injuries caused by the blade.

Charging

• Before use, charge the appliance. For

best performance, we recommend that you always use a fully charged appliance. Place the appliance (switched off) in the charging stand or connect it directly to an electrical outlet via the special cord set. Charging time is approximately 1 hour.

• The green charging light (6a) flashes to

show that the shaver is being charged. When the battery is fully charged, the charging light shines permanently. Once fully charged, use the appliance without cord.

• A full charge provides up to 30 minutes

of effective usage time.

• When the red low-charge light (6b)

flashes, reconnect the appliance to an electrical outlet to recharge.

• After each use, recharge the appliance

either directly via the special cord set or by placing it onto the charging stand.

• The best environmental temperature for

charging, using and storing the appliance is between 15 °C and 35 °C. In case the temperature is beyond this range, the charging time might be longer whereas the cordless operation time might be reduced.

Turningon

• Press one of the lock keys (5a) and turn

the switch clockwise to select your preferred speed setting:

«I» = extra gentle «II» = extra efficient

• The SmartLight comes on instantly and shines as long as the appliance is switched on. It reproduces an almost daylight condition, thus revealing even the finest hair and giving you a better control for improved epilation efficiency.

Hair removal with the Silk·épil 7 Dual Epilator is a completely new approach to remove hair. In one stroke it first gently removes the hair from the root, followed by the blade to smoothen the skin. The unique Dual Epilator combines Close-Grip Technology (incl. 40 tweezers) for long-lasting results with integrated Venus Technology for one stroke efficiency.

Dual epilation with the Smoothing cap has been designed and optimized for usage on legs. If you want to use the Smoothing cap for hair removal in other body areas, please take extra care because of the sharp blades. Skin needs to be stretched during usage.

Start-upphase

In order to allow your skin to adapt to the new hair removal process, it is most

important that you use the appliance once a week during the first month of usage. After 3-4 usages, with every hair being epilated once and the hair re-growth adapted to the new process, you will be able to enjoy longlasting results as with normal epilation, using the dual epilator every 2-3 weeks.

• Before use, make sure that Epilation head

(3) is clean. Attach the Smoothing cap (2).

• Apply shave foam or gel on the wet skin.

• Stretching your skin, guide the appliance

in a slow, continuous movement without pressure against the hair growth in the direction of the switch.

• Make sure that the head is guided flat over the skin. Its pivoting head perfectly adapts to the skin contours. It first epilates and then smoothens your skin in one stroke. Thanks to the integrated blade, the Smoothing cap provides increased efficiency. You do not need to go several times over the same area.

• Guide the dual epilator starting from the lower leg in an upward direction. Keep your leg stretched out straight when removing hair in the area behind the knee. Take special care to avoid injuries around the ankles and on other bony areas.

• From time to time, rinse off the foam built up on the Smoothing cap.

B Epilation

Remove the Smoothing cap (2) and attach the Epilation cap (11) or the cap for sensitive areas (12). You may epilate under wet or dry conditions: Wet usage: To achieve best gliding

conditions, make sure the skin is very moist.

Dry usage: Make sure your skin is dry and

free from grease and cream.

• As hair grows in different directions, it may be helpful to guide the appliance in different directions to achieve best results.

• For underarm and bikini line epilation,

attach the Epilation cap (12) which has been specifically developed for use in sensitive areas.

• Before epilating, thoroughly clean the respective area to remove residues (like deodorant). Keep your arm raised up so that the skin is stretched and guide the appliance in different directions. As skin may be more sensitive directly after epilation, avoid using irritating substances such as deodorants with alcohol.

• Please be aware that especially in the beginning, these areas are particularly sensitive to pain. Therefore, we recommend that you select speed setting «I» for the first few usages. With repeated usage the pain sensation will diminish. For more comfort, ensure that the hair is at the optimum length of 2-5 mm.

Cleaningwithwater

After each wet usage, thoroughly clean the appliance with water to ensure optimum performance. Remove the Smoothing cap (2) and clean it under warm running water. Hold the appliance with the epilation head under running water and briefly switch it on. Then press the release button (10) to remove the epilation head. Thoroughly shake both, the epilation head and the appliance to make sure that remaining water can drip out. Remove the non-slip grip and leave all parts to dry. Before reattaching, make sure all parts are completely dry. After reassembling the epilation head and the Smoothing cap (2), you may attach the protection cap (1) to protect the blade.

Cleaningwiththebrush

If you have used the appliance in dry conditions, it may be sufficient to clean it with the brush. Thoroughly clean the tweezers from the rear side of the Epilation head with the brush dipped into alcohol. While doing so, turn the tweezer element manually. This cleaning method ensures best hygienic conditions for the epilation head.

Overheatingprotection

As a safety feature to avoid the unlikely event of the appliance overheating, it may happen that the red low charge light shines permanently for 8 seconds and then the appliance turns off automatically. In this case, turn the switch back to the position «0» and let the appliance cool down.

ReplacingtheSmoothingcap

The Smoothing cap (2) is provided with a lubrastrip (2b). It turns white over time, which acts as an indicator when the blade is becoming dull. This indicates that it is time to change the Smoothing cap. As the lubrastrip is water soluble the Smoothing cap should be stored in a dry environment and should never be left in the sink, face down.

To ensure maximum performance, replace the Smoothing cap after 12 usages, when the lubrastrip turns white or when the blade shows wear or kinks. For safety reasons, stop using the smoothing cap if it has been dropped and replace it with a new one.

Replacement Smoothing caps (Reference # 771 WD) are available from the retailer where the appliance was bought, from Braun Service Centres or via www.service.braun.com.

Toutes les méthodes d’épilation à la racine peuvent entraîner des irritations cutanées (par exemple, démangeaison, gêne ou rougissement de la peau), en fonction de l’état de la peau et des poils. Il s’agit d’une réaction normale qui doit disparaître rapidement. Cette réaction peut être plus importante les premières fois que vous vous épilez ou si vous avez une peau sensible.

Si votre peau montre encore des signes d’irritation après 36 heures, nous vous recommandons de consulter votre médecin. En général, la réaction de la peau et la

sensation de douleur tendent à diminuer considérablement avec l’utilisation régulière de Silk·épil.

Dans certains cas, une inflammation de la peau peut survenir lorsque des bactéries pénètrent sous la peau (par exemple, lorsque vous faites glisser l’appareil sur la peau). Un nettoyage minutieux de la tête d’épilation avant chaque utilisation minimise les risques d’infection.

Si vous avez des doutes concernant l’utilisation de cet appareil, consultez votre médecin. Quelquesconseilsutiles:

Si vous n’avez jamais utilisé d’épilateur auparavant, ou si votre dernière épilation remonte à longtemps, votre peau peut avoir besoin d’un peu de temps pour s’habituer à l’épilation. La sensation d’inconfort ressentie au début va s’atténuer considérablement avec l’utilisation régulière de l’appareil, le temps que la peau s’habitue au processus.

Il est recommandé de procéder à la toute première épilation le soir, afin de laisser le temps aux rougeurs éventuelles de disparaître pendant la nuit. Nous vous conseillons d’appliquer une crème hydratante pour aider la peau à se relâcher après l’épilation.

Il est plus facile et plus confortable de s’épiler lorsque le poil mesure entre 2 et 5 mm maximum. Au-delà, nous vous recommandons d’abord de vous raser, puis d’épiler les poils qui repousseront quelques jours plus tard.

Si vous avez déjà utilisé un épilateur, n’oubliez pas que vous n’avez pas besoin de repasser plusieurs fois sur la même zone grâce à l’efficacité en un seul passage que vous offre la technologie Dual Epilation, qui réduit considérablement le temps nécessaire à l’épilation. Guidez soigneusement le Silk·épil 7 Dual Epilator le long de vos jambes en faisant particulièrement attention aux zones osseuses ou irrégulières pour éviter tout risque de blessure par la lame.

Charge

• Chargez l’appareil avant utilisation. Pour des performances optimales, nous vous recommandons de toujours utiliser un appareil intégralement chargé. Posez l’appareil (arrêté) sur le socle de charge, ou branchez-le directement sur une prise électrique à l’aide du cordon spécial. Le temps de charge est d’environ 1 heure.

• Le voyant de charge vert (6a) clignote pour indiquer que l’épilateur est en charge. Lorsque la batterie est chargée, le voyant de charge s’arrête de clignoter et reste allumé. Une fois chargé, utilisez l’appareil sans cordon.

• À pleine charge, l’autonomie de l’appareil est de 30 minutes.

• Lorsque l’indicateur rouge de faible charge (6b) clignote, branchez l’appareil sur une prise électrique pour le recharger.

• Après chaque utilisation, rechargez l’appareil soit directement à l’aide du cordon spécial soit en le posant sur le socle de charge.

• La température ambiante optimale pour charger, utiliser et stocker l’appareil se situe entre 15 et 35 °C. Si la température dépasse cette fourchette, le temps de chargement peut être plus long et l’autonomie sans-fil réduite.

• Avant utilisation assurez-vous que la tête

d’épilation (3) est propre. Fixez l’accessoire douceur (2).

• Appliquez de la mousse ou du gel de rasage sur la peau humide.

• En étirant votre peau, guidez l’appareil dans un mouvement lent et continu sans exercer de pression, dans le sens inverse de la pousse du poil, interrupteur face à vous.

• Veillez à garder la tête bien à plat sur la peau. La tête pivotante s’adapte parfaitement aux contours de la peau. Tout d’abord, elle épile, puis elle adoucit votre peau en un seul passage. Grâce à la lame intégrée, l’accessoire douceur est synonyme d’une plus grande efficacité : il n’est pas nécessaire de repasser plusieurs fois au même endroit.

• Déplacez l’épilateur double action en partant du bas de la jambe vers le haut. Gardez votre jambe bien tendue lorsque vous vous épilez la zone située derrière le genou. Faites particulièrement attention à éviter les coupures autour des chevilles et dans les autres zones osseuses.

• Rincez de temps en temps la mousse qui s’accumule au niveau de l’accessoire douceur.

B Épilation

Retirez l’accessoire douceur (2) et fixez l’accessoire épilation (11) ou l’accessoire pour zones sensibles (12). Vous pouvez vous épiler en utilisation humide ou sèche : Utilisation humide : pour obtenir les

meilleures conditions de glisse pour l’appareil, assurez-vous que votre peau est bien humide.

Utilisation à sec : assurez-vous que votre

peau est sèche et débarrassée de toute huile ou crème.

Épilationdesjambes:

• En étirant votre peau, déplacez l’appareil

dans un mouvement lent et continu sans exercer de pression, dans le sens inverse de la pousse du poil, interrupteur face à vous.

• Étant donné que les poils poussent dans différentes directions, il peut s’avérer utile de déplacer l’appareil dans différentes directions pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats.

Épilationdeszonessensibles:

• Pour l’épilation des aisselles et du maillot,

fixez l’accessoire d’épilation (12) spécialement conçu pour les zones sensibles.

• Nettoyez soigneusement la zone à épiler afin d’éliminer tout résidu (déodorant par exemple) avant l’épilation. Gardez le bras levé pour étendre votre peau et déplacez l’appareil dans différentes directions. Étant donné que la peau est plus sensible tout de suite après l’épilation, évitez d’utiliser des substances irritantes telles qu’un déodorant à l’alcool.

• Notez bien que ces zones sont particulièrement sensibles à la douleur, surtout au début. C’est pourquoi nous vous recommandons de choisir la vitesse «I» pour les premières épilations. La sensation de douleur diminuera avec l’utilisation régulière de l’appareil. Pour plus de confort, veillez à ce que les poils à épiler mesurent entre 2 et 5 mm maximum.

Protectionanti-surchauffe

Un système de sécurité permet d’éviter toute surchauffe de l’appareil, il est donc possible que l’indicateur de faible charge reste allumé en permanence pendant 8 secondes et que l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement. Dans ce cas, mettez l’interrupteur en position « 0 » et laissez refroidir l’appareil.

Entretiendel’appareil

Nettoyageàl’eau

Après chaque utilisation humide, nettoyez soigneusement l’appareil sous l’eau courante. Retirez l’accessoire douceur (2) et nettoyezle sous l’eau chaude. Tenez l’appareil en maintenant la tête d’épilation sous l’eau et démarrer-le brièvement. Ensuite, pressez le bouton d’éjection (10) pour retirer la tête d’épilation. Secouez énergiquement la tête d’épilation et l’appareil pour bien faire sortir toute l’eau qui aurait pu y entrer. Retirez le manchon antidérapant et laissez sécher séparément tous les éléments. Avant de les ré-assembler, vérifiez que toutes les pièces sont parfaitement sèches.

Après avoir remonté la tête d’épilation et l’accessoire douceur (2), vous pouvez remettre le capot de protection (1) pour protéger la lame.

Nettoyageàlabrosse

Si vous avez utilisé l’appareil à sec, il peut-être suffisant de le nettoyer à la brosse. Nettoyez soigneusement les pinces par l’arrière de la tête d’épilation, à l’aide de la brosse que vous aurez préalablement trempée dans de l’alcool. Tout en nettoyant, faites tourner manuellement les pincettes. Cette méthode est celle qui offre les meilleures conditions d’hygiène pour nettoyer la tête d’épilation.

Remplacementdel’accessoiredouceur

L’accessoire douceur (2) est fourni avec une bande lubrifiante (2b) qui devient blanche avec le temps, ce qui indique que la lame commence à s’émousser et qu’il est temps de changer l’accessoire douceur. La bande lubrifiante étant soluble dans l’eau, l’accessoire douceur doit être rangé dans un environnement sec et ne doit jamais être oublié la tête en bas dans le lavabo.

Pour conserver des performances optimales, remplacez l’accessoire douceur après 12 utilisations, lorsque la bande lubrifiante devient blanche ou lorsque la lame montre des signes d’usure.
