Overview

The Brady Network Card uses wired and wireless technology (802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and LAN) to
connect the devices with or without cables. This Brady network card allows the user to print from a Wireless
PC/Laptop, Smart phone/Mobile device and Local Area network. This also enables the standalone printer to be
a wireless network printer.

La tarjeta de red Brady utiliza tecnología alámbrica e inalámbrica (802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR y LAN)
para conectar los dispositivos con o sin cables. Esta tarjeta de red Brady permite que el usuario imprima desde
una PC/computadora portátil inalámbrica, teléfono inteligente/dispositivo móvil y red de área local. También
permite que la impresora independiente se conecte con una impresora de red inalámbrica.

Installation and Setup

Follow the instructions below to install the Brady Network Card (BNC) in a compatible Printer.

1. Power OFF the printer, Locate the BNC card slot. If the

slot is not empty then refer to instruction 4. to remove
the existing card.

2. Unpack the card and position the USB connector

towards the slot as shown in fig

3. Gently push the card inside as shown in fig 2 until you

hear a click sound. *if there is an external lock, then
rotate the knob into 90 deg clockwise to lock.

4. To remove the existing card, if applicable unlock the

external lock by rotating 90 deg counter clockwise, then
place a flat head screw driver as shown in Fig 3 and
gently push outwards.

5. Consult your printer manual on how to configure/setup

your Brady Network Card. You may also access your
printer manual through your local Brady website

Instalación y configuración

Siga las siguientes instrucciones para instalar la tarjeta de red Brady en una impresora compatible.

1. Apague la impresora, ubique la ranura de la tarjeta de

red Brady. Si la ranura no está vacía, pase a la
instrucción 4 para quitar la tarjeta existente.

2. Desempaque la tarjeta y ubique el conector USB en la

ranura como se muestra en la figura 1.

3. Presione suavemente la tarjeta hacia adentro como se

muestra en la figura 2 hasta que escuche un clic.
*(opcional) si hay un bloqueo externo, rote la perilla 90°
hacia la derecha para bloquearla.

4. Para quitar la tarjeta existente, desbloquee el bloqueo

externo (con un giro de 90° hacia la izquierda) si
hubiera, utilice un destornillador para tornillos de
cabeza plana como se muestra en la Figura 3 y presione
suavemente hacia afuera.

5. Consulte el manual de su impresora para saber cómo

configurar/instalar la tarjeta de red Brady. También
puede acceder al manual de su impresora a través del
sitio de Brady en www.bradycorp.com/global
