Sicherheitshinweise

Sämtliche Anweisungen sind zu lesen und zu beachten, um mit dem GCC 30 TrackTag Professional gefahrlos und sicher zu arbeiten. Bewahren Sie diese Anweisungen gut auf und geben Sie sie bei Weitergabe des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional oder eines damit gekennzeichneten Gegenstands mit.

Durch die Anbringung des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional darf der zu kennzeichnende Gegenstand zu keiner Zeit in seinem bestimmungsgemäßen und sicheren Gebrauch eingeschränkt werden. Folgende Stellen sind für die Anbringung eines GCC 30 TrackTag Professional verboten (Beispiele siehe Bild D):

–Schutzeinrichtungen,

–Lüftungsschlitze,

–aktiv zu bedienende Bauteile (z. B. Ein-/Ausschalter, Regler, Einfüllöffnungen etc.)

–sich bewegende oder rotierende Bauteile,

–Typenschilder,

–Bedienungsund Griffflächen,

–Softgrip

–Flächen in unmittelbarer Nähe von Funkenentstehung,

–Flächen, die starken mechanischen oder thermischen Einflüssen ausgesetzt sind,

–Flächen, die für einen sicheren Stand des Gegenstands verantwortlich sind,

–Flächen, die durch Klebstoffkomponenten beschädigt werden können.

Folgende Stellen sind für die Anbringung eines GCC 30 TrackTag Professional geeignet (Beispiele siehe Bild E):

–Flächen, die nach dem Anbringen des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional die Bedienung nicht erschweren oder verhindern,

–Flächen, die bei einem möglichen Sturz des gekennzeichneten Gegenstands nicht exponiert sind,

–Flächen mit einer möglichst geringen Krümmung.

Verwenden Sie zur Anbringung nur den mitgelieferten Zweikomponentenkleber und beachten Sie sämtliche Verarbeitungshinweise des Herstellers. Klebstoffe mit einer anderen Zusammensetzung können entweder den zu kennzeichnenden Gegenstand beschädigen oder das GCC 30 TrackTag Professional und den Gegenstand nicht dauerhaft miteinander verbinden.

Bereiten Sie die Klebestelle nach Anweisung des Herstellers des Zweikomponentenklebers vor. Eine ungeeignete Vorreinigung des zu kennzeichnenden Gegenstands kann die Materialeigenschaften verändern und zu Beschädigungen führen.

Schützen Sie den mit einem GCC 30 TrackTag Professional gekennzeichneten Gegenstand vor Hitze. Andauernde Sonneneinstrahlung und hohe Temperaturen (> 70 °C) können die Batterie beschädigen.

Verwenden Sie nur die in dieser Betriebsanleitung aufgeführten Batterien.

Verwenden Sie keine anderen Knopfzellen oder eine andere Energieversorgung.

Achten Sie beim Batteriewechsel auf den sachgemäßen Austausch der Batterie. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr.

Produktund Leistungsbeschreibung

Die Bluetooth®-Wortmarke wie auch die Bildzeichen (Logos) sind eingetragene

Warenzeichen und Eigentum der Bluetooth SIG, Inc. Jegliche Verwendung dieser Wortmarke/Bildzeichen durch die Robert Bosch GmbH erfolgt unter Lizenz.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Das GCC 30 TrackTag Professional dient der eindeutigen Kennzeichnung von Elektrowerkzeugen und anderen Gegenständen mit Hilfe eines Bluetooth®-Signals.

Durch das kontinuierlich ausgesendete Funksignal kann der Standort des

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional ermittelt oder weitere, frei konfigurierbare Daten (z. B. Wartungsintervalle) erhoben werden. Bosch bietet dazu eine entsprechende App sowie eine Webanwendung an.

Montage und Betrieb

Registrierung und Einrichtung der App/Webanwendung (siehe Bilder A1–A2)

Um das GCC 30 TrackTag Professional verwenden zu können, müssen Sie sich zuerst online bei TrackMyTools registrieren.

– Öffnen Sie die Webseite www.bosch-trackmytools.com und registrieren Sie sich. Nach der Registrierung erhalten Sie Ihre Zugangdaten.

Bosch bietet eine spezielle Applikation (App) oder Webanwendung an, die eine Standortbestimmung und Verwaltung der eingesetzten

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional-Module ermöglicht.

–Laden Sie sich die App/Webanwendung TrackMyTools über einen entsprechenden App-Store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) herunter und melden Sie sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten an.

Nun können Sie Ihr Inventar mit Hilfe der App/Webanwendung anlegen und verwalten.

Hinweis: Führen Sie zuerst das Tutorial der App/Webanwendung vollständig durch. Dadurch erhalten Sie einen besseren Überblick über die Vorgehensweise beim Anlegen des Inventars.

Energieversorgung

Entfernen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel und die Batterie nie mit einem ungeeigneten Gegenstand wie z. B. einem Schraubenzieher oder einer Spitzzange.

Durch den Einsatz von ungeeigneten Gegenständen kann die Elektronik oder der Dichtungsring beschädigt werden.

–Folgen Sie zum Einsetzen oder Wechseln der Batterie 5 den Darstellungen auf den Grafikseiten. Beachten Sie dabei nachfolgende Hinweise.

Erst-Inbetriebnahme

Entnehmen Sie die verbrauchte Batterie nur mit den Fingern.

Legen Sie die Batterie mit dem Pluspol nach oben in das Batteriefach ein. Die Schräglage der Batterie ist systembedingt. Ein Eindrücken der Batterie ist nicht notwendig.

Achten Sie vor dem Verschließen des Batteriefachdeckels 1 darauf, dass der Dichtungsring beim Öffnen des Batteriefachs nicht beschädigt wurde.

Inbetriebnahme

Hinweis: Führen Sie zuerst das Tutorial der App/Webanwendung vollständig durch. Dadurch erhalten Sie einen besseren Überblick über die Vorgehensweise beim Anlegen des Inventars.

Sobald die Batterie 5 eingesetzt ist, sendet das GCC 30 TrackTag Professional kontinuierlich ein Signal aus. Das Bluetooth®-Signal wird erst dann unterbrochen, wenn

die Batterie leer oder defekt ist oder ausgebaut wird.

Weiterführende Informationen erhalten Sie direkt in der App/Webanwendung von Bosch.

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional aufkleben

Beachten Sie die Sicherheitsund Verarbeitungshinweise, die dem Zweikomponentenkleber beiliegen.

–Vermischen Sie die beiden Komponenten des Zweikomponentenklebers 6 gründlich miteinander.

–Tragen Sie den gemischten Kleber unmittelbar als dünnen Film oder in Tropfenform auf die Unterseite des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional auf.

–Passen Sie innerhalb der angegebenen Verarbeitungszeit die Klebestelle genau an die Form des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional an.

Hinweis: Verwenden sie genügend Material, damit eine 100 %-ige Kleberabdeckung gewährleistet ist. Bei gebogenen Klebeflächen müssen Sie entsprechend mehr Klebstoff aufbringen, damit die Verbindungsstelle möglichst groß wird.

–Stellen Sie einen festen Kontakt zwischen GCC 30 TrackTag Professional und der zu beklebenden Fläche des Gegenstands her. Sorgen sie dafür, dass die zusammengefügten Teile nicht verschoben werden, bis die Fixierung erfolgt ist.

Solange der Kleber nicht ausgehärtet ist, können Sie überschüssigen Kleber mit Hilfe von Aceton (Lösungsmittel) vom Gegenstand oder von verwendeten Hilfsmitteln zum Mischen entfernen.

Lagern Sie den Zweikomponentenkleber stehend, in kühler, frostfreier und trockener Umgebung (Lagerbeständigkeit 1 Jahr bei Raumtemperatur von 22 °C ).

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional entfernen

Wenden Sie beim Entfernen des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional keine Gewalt an. Verwenden Sie keine spitzen oder scharfen Werkzeuge, die die Oberfläche des gekennzeichneten Gegenstands beschädigen können.

Datenübertragung über Bluetooth®

Das Sendeintervall des GCC 30 TrackTag Professional beträgt acht Sekunden. Je nach Umgebung können bis zu drei Sendeintervalle benötigt werden, ehe das GCC 30 TrackTag Professional erkannt wird. Sollte das

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional nicht erkannt werden, überprüfen Sie folgendes:

–Ist die Batterie zu schwach oder leer?

Wechseln Sie die Batterie (Bestellnummer 1 600 A00 92A).

–Ist die Entfernung zum mobilen Endgerät zu groß?

Verringern Sie den Abstand zwischen mobilen Endgerät und GCC 30 TrackTag Professional.

Hinweis: Bei der Ersteinrichtung werden GCC 30 TrackTag Professional-Module, die bereits einem Gegenstand zugeordnet sind, nicht angezeigt.

Wartung und Reinigung

Wischen Sie Verschmutzungen mit einem feuchten, weichen Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsoder Lösemittel.

Safety Notes

All instructions must be read and observed in order to enable work with the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional to be carried out safely. Store these instructions in a safe place and provide them when transferring the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional or any object identified using it to a third party.

It must be ensured that attaching the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional does not limit the proper and safe use of the object to be identified at any time. Attaching a GCC 30 TrackTag Professional at the following locations is prohibited (for examples, see image D):

–Protective devices,

–Ventilation grills,

–Components that are actively operated (e.g. on/off switches, controllers, inlets, etc.)

–Moving or rotating components,

–Type plates,

–Operating panels and grip surfaces,

–Softgrip

–Surfaces in the direct vicinity of sparks,

–Surfaces that are exposed to strong mechanical or thermal effects,

–Surfaces that ensure that the object is positioned safely,

–Surfaces that could be damaged by adhesive components.

The following locations are suitable for attaching a GCC 30 TrackTag Professional (for examples, see image E):

–Surfaces where attaching the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional does not prevent or complicate the operation of the object,

–Surfaces that are not be exposed by the identified object falling over,

–Surfaces with the minimum possible curvature.

Only use the two-part adhesive provided and observe all processing instructions from the manufacturer when attaching to the object. The use of adhesives with a different composition may either cause damage to the object to be identified or fail to create a permanent bond between the

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional and the object.

Prepare the bonding surface in accordance with the instructions from the manufacturer of the two-part adhesive. If the object to be identified is not properly cleaned before bonding, the material properties could change, potentially leading to damage.

Protect any object identified with a GCC 30 TrackTag Professional against heat. Long-term exposure to sunlight and high temperatures (>70 °C) may cause damage to the battery.

Only use batteries listed in this operating manual. Do not use any other button cells or other forms of electrical power supply.

Ensure that battery replacement is carried out properly. There is a risk of explosion.

The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc. and any use of such marks by Robert Bosch GmbH is under license.

Intended Use

The GCC 30 TrackTag Professional enables power tools and other objects to be clearly identified via a Bluetooth® signal.

The GCC 30 TrackTag Professional sends out a continuous radio signal, enabling its location to be determined or other freely configurable data (such as service intervals) to be ascertained. Bosch offers an app and a web-based application that is appropriate for this purpose.

Registering and setting up the app/web-based application (see figures A1 – A2)

Before you can use the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional, you need to register with

TrackMyTools online.

– Open the website www.bosch-trackmytools.com and register. After registration is complete, you will receive your access information.

Bosch offers a special application (app) or web-based application for managing the inserted GCC 30 TrackTag Professional module and determining its location.

–Download the TrackMyTools app/web-based application via the appropriate app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and register using your access information.

You can now create and manage your inventory using the app/web-based application.

Note: First, fully complete the tutorial for the app/web-based application. This will provide you with a better overview of the procedure for creating the inventory.

Power supply

Never remove the battery lid and the battery with an unsuitable object such as a screwdriver or needle nose pliers. Using unsuitable objects can damage the electronics or the gasket.

–To insert or change the battery 5, follow the illustrations on the graphics pages. Observe the following advice when doing so.

Only remove used batteries using your fingers.

Insert the battery into the battery compartment with the plus terminal facing upwards. The angle of the battery may vary depending on the system. It is not necessary to push in the battery.

Before closing the battery lid 1, ensure that the gasket was not damaged when the battery compartment was opened.

Once the battery 5 has been inserted, the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional will send out a continuous signal. The Bluetooth® signal will only be interrupted if the battery is

drained or faulty or if it is removed.

You can find further information directly in the app/web-based application from Bosch.

Attaching the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional

Observe the safety information and processing instructions provided with the two-part adhesive.

–Thoroughly mix both parts of the two-part adhesive 6 together.

–Immediately apply the mixed adhesive to the underside of the

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional as a thin film or in the form of droplets.

–Adjust the bonding surface to precisely match the shape of the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional within the specified processing time.

Note: Use enough material to ensure that the surface is completely covered with adhesive. If the bonding surface is curved, you need to use proportionately more adhesive to ensure that the joint is as large as possible.

–Establish firm contact between the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional and the surface of the object that is to be bonded. Ensure that the bonded parts are not moved until they have been completely fixed.

Before the adhesive hardens, you can use acetone (solvent) to remove excess adhesive from the object or from any tools used for mixing.

Store the two-part adhesive upright, in a cool, frost-free and dry environment (storage life: One year at a room temperature of 22 °C ).

Removing the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional

Do not use force to remove the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional. Do not use any sharp or pointed tools which may cause damage to the surface of the identified object.

Data Transmission via Bluetooth®

The transmission interval of the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional is eight seconds. Depending on ambient conditions, up to three transmission intervals may be required before the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional is detected. If the

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional is not detected, check the following:

–Is the battery too low or drained?

Change the battery (order number 1 600 A00 92A).

–Is the distance to the mobile terminal device too great?

Reduce the distance between the mobile terminal device and the GCC 30 TrackTag Professional.

Note: During initial set-up, GCC 30 TrackTag Professional modules that are already assigned to an object are not displayed.

Wipe off debris using a moist and soft cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.

–surfaces à proximité immédiate d’une formation d’étincelles,

–surfaces exposées aux influences mécaniques ou thermiques fortes,

–surfaces responsables d’une assise sûre de l’objet,

–surfaces pouvant être endommagées par les composants adhésifs.

Les emplacements suivants sont recommandés pour la fixation d’un GCC 30 TrackTag Professional (pour des exemples, voir la figure E) :

–surfaces ne compliquant pas ni n’empêchant le bon fonctionnement du GCC 30 TrackTag Professional après son installation,

–surfaces non exposées à un risque potentiel de chute de l’objet indiqué,

–surfaces à faible courbure.

Pour la fixation, veuillez n’utiliser que des colles bi-composants et respecter l’ensemble des instructions de pose du fabricant. Les colles avec une toute autre composition sont susceptibles d’endommager l’outil à identifier ou faire que le GCC 30 TrackTag Professional et l’outil concerné ne soient plus assemblés de manière durable.

Préparez l’emplacement à encoller conformément aux instructions du fabricant de la colle bi-composants. Un pré-nettoyage inadapté de l’outil à identifier risque de modifier les propriétés du matériel et d’entraîner des dommages.

Stockez à l’abri de la chaleur l’outil identifié avec un

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional. Une exposition prolongée au soleil ainsi que des températures élevées (> 70 °C) sont susceptibles d’endommager la pile.

Veuillez n’utiliser que le type de pile figurant sur la présente notice d’utilisation. N’utilisez aucune autre pile bouton ni aucune autre alimentation énergétique.

Lors du changement de pile, veillez à procéder à son remplacement selon les règles. A défaut, il y a un risque d’explosion.

Utilisation conforme

Le GCC 30 TrackTag Professional sert à identifier précisément les outils électriques et d’autres objets avec un signal Bluetooth®.

Grâce au signal radio émis en continu, l’emplacement du

GCC 30 TrackTag Professional peut être localisé ou des données supplémentaires librement configurables (par exemple, intervalle d’attente) peuvent être collectées. Bosch propose à cet effet une application adaptée ainsi qu’une application Web.

–Ouvrez le site Internet www.bosch-trackmytools.com sur lequel vous devez vous enregistrer.

A l’issue de votre enregistrement, vous obtiendrez vos identifiants d’accès.

Bosch propose une application spécifique ou une application Web permettant de localiser et de gérer le module GCC 30 TrackTag Professional installé.
