GENERAL FEATURES
* Upper section one-piece 3mm thick stainless steel (top and flush welded sides) allows edge-to-edge assembly and extraordinary strength.
* Designed to eliminate any infiltration and constructed of stainless steel throughout.
* End panels in 30/10 provide exceptional strength and allows virtually flush assembly.
* Chromed cast brass controls recessed to provide protection against impacts or spillages.
* Integral adjustable wall attachment system.

BAIN-MARIE
* One piece sloped and radiused well, available in 500 and 1000 mm widths, capacity 4 or 5 GN 1/3 150 deep containers. Overflow plug to rear.
* Heating by two or four (according to width) aluminium moulded elements.
* Heat indicator.
* 30-100°C thermostat control.
* Safety thermostat.
* A solenoid and chromed spout allow the well to be filled. Control by a push button in facia.
ACCESSORY
* Cross-bars available for GN 1/4 and GN 1/6 containers.
