GENERAL FEATURES
*Upper section one-piece 3mm thick stainless steel (top and flush welded sides) allows edge-to-edge assembly and extraordinary strength.
*Designed to eliminate any infiltration and constructed of stainless steel throughout.
*End panels in 30/10 provide exceptional strength and allows virtually flush assembly.
*Chromed cast brass controls recessed to provide protection against impacts or spillages.
*Fitted with 4 adjustable fibreglass reinforced black polyamide legs.
BRATT PAN
*The bratt pan comprises a graduated well with a nominal capacity of 101 litres with a 51 dm2 surface area that is 8 mm thick.
*The enclosed well with its integral heating system rests on a channel when horizontal which diverts any spillages towards the front. The peripheral channel together with the inclined lower pannelling aids cleaning.
*The wide-clearance spout ensures fast efficient emptying (Without drips on the facia) and guarantees a constant pour point over the floor drain.
*The double skinned lid is balanced by a device recessed into the flue vent enabling adjustment of the tension and the angle stop.
*Two solenoid mixers for hot andcold water and a stainless steel spout fill the well. The right side arm incorporates the 2 control buttons.
*Two buttons built into the right hand arm (1 raise and 1 lower) control the electric ram well tilt mechanism which can be stopped in any position. Travel is limited by safety switches for top and bottom positions.
*Heating is controlled by an electronic energy doser with indicator light. The safety system cuts heating when the well is tilted.
*Armoured elements fixed to the base of the well ensure uniform heating.
*An integral safety thermostat limits the well base temperature to 350°.
OPTIONS
*Bi metallic base 15 mm thick(12mm steel + 3mm stainless steel 18/10)
*Mobile frame 200 mm high fitted with 6 stainless castors 3 braked replacing the legs. (see specific data sheet).
*Central or wall plinth kit.
