GENERALITIES
* All stainless steel one-piece upper structure (20/10 thick top + 15/10 thick laser continuously welded added side panels) enabling a flush
assembly.
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.
* Unfailing sturdy equipment for direct wall fixation.
* Crown front with 20/10 thick ends enabling almost flush assembly.
* Grouped and built-in controls protected from shocks and spillage. Removable fascia with maintenance position
* Available with (refer to the specific technical sheets):
- 630 mm high fixed base fitted with 4 adjustable screw jacks and one lower shelf.
- Refrigerated base on legs.
- Wall hanging.
SNACK PLATE
* The appliance is equipped with one smooth 15 mm thick Martin steel plate, depth 740 mm, available in widths 400 and 800 mm.
* Heating ensured by a set of heating resistances placed against the plate and insulated by a stainless steel box and rot proof rock wool.
* Controlled by thermostats 100-350°C and heating i ndicator: 1 control in width 400 and 2 independent controls in width 800.
* Channel for collecting of cooking juices at the front of the plate.
* Removable receiver for cooking juice under the front part of the plate with « cleaning » position.
OPTIONS
* Smooth or all grooved chrome-plated plate (in width 400 or 800): this prevents delicate products from adhering to the plate and offers a "hard"
surface enabling integral cleaning by scraping excluding the risk of damaging the surface. The thermostat control enables adjustment of plate
temperature from 50 to 270°C: 1 control in width 40 0 and 2 in width 800.
* Part grooving of the plate (for 400 or 800 in width) ; this enables the realization of a 1/3 right grooved plate for 400 in width and ½ right grooved
for 800 in width ; a fully grooved plate may be ordered ; order 2 options.
* One-piece wall or central 30/10 thick top.
ACCESSORIES
* Retractable spray head system for cantilever cooking top.
* Wall hanging kit.
