GENERALITIES
* All stainless steel one-piece upper structure (20/10 thick top + 15/10 thick laser continuously welded added side panels) enabling a flush
assembly.
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.
* Unfailing sturdy equipment for direct wall fixation.
* Crown front with 20/10 thick ends enabling almost flush assembly.
* Grouped and built-in controls protected from shocks and spillage. Removable fascia with maintenance position
* Available on (refer to the specific technical sheets):
- 630 mm high fixed base fitted with 4 adjustable screw jacks and one lower shelf.
- Refrigerated base on legs.
- Wall hanging.
SNACK PLATE
* The appliance is fitted with a smooth 15 mm thick Martin steel plate, 740 mm in depth, available in widths 400 and 800 mm.
* Stainless steel combustion chamber.
* Heating ensured by 2 micro perforated burners for width 400 and 4 burners for width 800 ensuring a good regular temperature and non-stop
production.
* Gas tap control: 1 control in width 400 and 2 independent controls in width 800.
* Serially mounted safety thermocouple and pilot flame.
* A channel for collecting the cooking juice at the plate front.
* Removable tray for the cooking juice under the front part of the plate with a « cleaning » position.
OPTIONS
* Electric ignition for each module through a push-button from the facia.
* A control with temperature regulation from 50 to 300°C.
* Smooth or all grooved chrome-plated plate (in width 400 or 800): this to prevent delicate products from adhering and to take advantage of a
« hard » surface for integral cleaning by scraping excluding the risk of damaging the surface. This integrates the control with temperature
regulation: 1 control in width 400 and 2 in width 800.
* Part grooving of the plate (for 400 or 800 in width) ; this enables the realization of a 1/3 right grooved plate for 400 in width and ½ right grooved
for 800 in width ; a fully grooved plate may be ordered ; order 2 options.
* One-piece wall or central 30/10 thick top.
ACCESSORIES
* Retractable spray head system for cantilever cooking top.
* Wall hanging kit.
