OPERATION

 Easy to use touchscreen control with HACCP
 Cycles include chilling, freezing, holding mode, defrost
 Safety cutoff and door alarm
 Built in thawing function thaws perishables from 0°F to 37.4°F (-18°C to

+3°C). Decreases traditional thawing time by 75% and reduces weight

loss.
 Auto defrost with hot gas
 Self contained condensing unit
 Output chilling: 441 lbs (200Kg) from 194°F(+90°C) to 37.4°F(+3°C)

within 90 minutes
 Output freezing: 386 lbs (175.1Kg) from 194°F(+90°C) to 0°F (-18°C)

within 270 minutes

SHORT FORM SPECIFICATIONS: Provide Blodgett model GBF-20SC blast chiller/shock freezer for use with Blodgett TC-202 transport cart with pan or plate cassette. Unit shall have
touch screen control with H.A.C.C.P. function. Self contained condensing unit, auto defrost with hot gas - Gas R404a. Insulation shall be cyclopentane foaming 2-23/64 (60mm) CFC/
HCFC free. Contruction shall be AISI 304 grade stainless steel interior/exterior with easy clean coved interior corners. Unit shall come with adjustable inox feet. Stainless steel back as
standard. Distance between racks 2.4” (60mm). One year parts and labor, four additional years compressor warranty (compressor only, does not include labor). Provide options and
accessories as indicated.
