Please read the safety instructions carefully before using this
appliance. Please retain the instructions for future refer-
ence.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed: Before using for the first time, check that the appliance voltage is the same as your local supply. Only use the appliance for the purposes stipu­lated by the instructions.

plug or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do
not place the appliance where it could come into contact with water or other liquids. If the appliance comes in contact with water, immediately disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the machine again until it has been serviced by an autho- rized service center.
Do not let children use the appliance without supervision.If the power cord plug does not fit to your wall socket,
consult a qualified electrician.
Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
Always supervise the equipment while in use.To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other high
voltage equipment on the same circuit.
Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
Position the equipment and the cord so that nobody can acci-
dentally overturn the equipment.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the machine yourself.
Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might
result in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment. Repairs should only be done by authorized
service centers.
Do not use the appliance if flammable gases might be present
in the air.
This equipment is intended for household use only, not for
commercial or industrial use.
Please follow all the requirements of this guide.Do not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects (dents,
cracks etc.), get it checked by the nearest authorized service center.
Only use attachments supplied with the equip-

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Only use this appliance to boil water.Do not place the thermopot near an open flame.Only use this appliance on a flat heat resistant
and dry surface.
Do not put the appliance near walls or furni-
ture, as steam and heat could change their color and appearance.
Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of a radio or TV set, as the
thermopot generates radio interference.
To avoid injuries by electric current, short circuit or fire, do not put
any small-sized metal items near the plug.
Do not use the appliance if it has a damaged internal bulb.Before switching on the thermopot, make sure that water level
does not exceed the maximum mark. Do not overfill the thermopot with water; otherwise, the water could splash out while boiling. Remember, the minimum amount of water in the thermopot should not be lower than the lowest mark on the water level scale.
Never pour water out of the thermopot during boiling.During the water boiling process or if hot water is in the thermopot,
do not touch any of the hot parts or the outer casing of the appliance except for the heat-insulated handle. To avoid hot steam causing burns, always tightly close the lid before switching the appliance on. Avoid contact with hot steam. ATTENTION!
Never open the lid immediately before or after boiling up.
Do not fill a hot thermopot with cold water or a cold thermopot
with hot water. ATTENTION! Avoid dramatic temperature
changes when filling the thermopot with water.
Only connect the appliance to a power supply that has protective
earthing. If your socket does not have this then contact a qualified specialist. Do not modify the plug and do not use adapters. AT-
TENTION! Electrical shocks may happen when the ap­pliance is connected to a power supply without protec­tive grounding.
Clean calcium deposit (scale) from the thermopot heating ele-
ment frequently. Remember that the use of the thermopot with a heavy scale deposit could damage the thermopot. ATTENTION!
To clean the appliance from scale, use products spe­cially intended for this purpose.
Do not block the steam vents with any foreign objects. To prevent
burns, avoid direct contacts of the skin with a steam discharging from the ports.
Take maximum care while opening the lid. Steam escaping from
the lid could cause burns.
To not move the appliance during water spills since splashes could
cause burns.
Do not remove the plug from socket while the appliance is oper-
ating. First, wait for the boiling process to complete.
To prevent uncontrolled spilling of water, do not incline the
thermopot, do not shake it and do not allow the appliance to fall on the floor.

Do not use the lid to carry the thermopot; always use the special
handle for this purpose.
To avoid electrical current shocks, to not put the thermopot on
ice to cool the water in it.
Do not distort the power cable and do not place it near a
source of heat. Do not wind the power cable around the appliance and do not put heavy objects on the cable.
Only use a dry cloth to remove dust from the power cable plug
or its contacts.
While disconnecting the appliance from the power grid, to do
not pull the power cable - grasp hold of the plug and pull!
Let the appliance completely cool down before cleaning or
storing.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply dur-
ing long-term storage, before filling the appliance with water or emptying and before relocation of the appliance. While transporting or storing the appliance make sure its empty of water.

BEFORE USING THE
APPLIANCE
Read this operating manual which tells you
how to operate the appliance.
Before the first use of the appliance, boil
and pour out water several times.
OPERATING MANUAL
1. Place the appliance on a dry horizontal sur­face.
2. Open the lid (3) by pulling the lid locking valve (4) upward.
3. Fill the thermopot with water; in doing so be careful so that water does not splash onto the appliance casing and its electrical parts.
Attention: Do not pour water in the thermopot from the
side where the control panel (8) is located. If water penetrates inside the panel, this could result in failures in the appliance operation.
4. Make sure that the water level is not above a mark “Full”on
the water level scale (2). Do not turn on the thermopot when empty. Minimum required amount of water should not be lower than the lowest mark on the water level scale.
Note: If the water level is lower than the small pipe on the
heating element, the protection system preventing waterless operation activates and the appliance is switched off.
5. Push the lid (3) to close it.
6. Connect the detachable power cable (15) and insert the plug
into a socket with a power supply with voltage that should comply with the data indicated on the appliance.
Attention: Never connect the power cable if hands are wet.
7. When first connecting to a power supply, the indicator “Boil” will light up and the thermopot will immediately start boiling.
8. Immediately after boiling the thermopot will enter the water temperature maintenance mode. Indicator “Keep warm” will light up.
9. To pour water out of the thermopot, press the button “Unlock” and release the locking mode (presetting). The symbol “Un­lock” will show that the locking mode is released. Place a cup under the water supply port (6) and press the button “Dis­pense”. Release the button when the cup is full. Ten seconds later the water dispense mode will be set and the indicator “Unlock” will go out.
10.Water can also be dispensed by using the manual pump (6).

Unlock the pump (6) by moving the manual pump lock lever (7) to “Open”. Place a cup under the water supply port (6)
and push the pump button. Release the button when the cup is filled up. Move the manual pump lock lever (7) to “Lock”.
11.To supply water, the “Cup switch” (9) can be used. Press the valve with a cup and move the cup away when the required amount of water is dispensed.
12.For water re-boiling, press the button “Boil”.
13.Before re-using the appliance, empty the water out - as water can change its color and odor, and yellow spots could appear on the heating element.
Attention: To fully pour water out from the bulb, do not
use button “Dispense”. Pour out water directly from the internal bulb.
MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING
1. Before cleaning or storing, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and wait until the appliance is completely cooled.
2. Push on the lid lock valve (4) with “arrow” indication, pull the lid (3) up, and take off the lid (3) from the appeliance.
3. To avoid electrical injuries, do not place the
parts of the appliance as well as the internal bulb (2) can be cleaned by using a damp lint free cloth.
4. Store the appliance only when completely dry.

In areas with high water hardness, scale must be regularly removed from the appliance to keep it in good operating condition, since an excessive scale in the appliance could result in the appliance mal-operation or failure. Frequency of de-scaling depends on the tap water hardness in your region

If your appliance does not operate at all or operates poorly, call an authorized service center for help or repairs.
The warranty does not cover the fol­lowing:
Non-observance of the above safety measures and operation instructions.
Commercial use (use outside the scope of personal household
needs).
Plugging into a mains socket with a voltage different from the
voltage on the appliance rating plate.
Improper care (ingress of liquid, dust, insects, and other for-
eign items and substances inside the appliance).
Use of excessive force during appliance operation or other
damages (mechanical damages resulting from incorrect use, shocks or dropping of the appliance).
Unauthorized repairs or replacement of the appliance parts
performed by an unauthorized person or service center.
Scale deposit on the appliance regardless of the used water.Accidents, such as lightning strike, flood, fire and other acts of
God.

Ne tirez jamais sur le câble pour déconnecter l’appareil du
réseau ; prenez la fiche et faites-la sortir de la prise de cou­rant.
Eviter le contact du câble ou de l’appareil avec des surfaces
chauffées.
Placer l’appareil et le câble de façon à éviter le basculement
accidentel.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si le câble ou la fiche de contact est
endommagé. N’essayez pas de réparer l’appareil vous-même. Le remplacement du câble électrique et de la fiche de contact doit être effectué par un centre de maintien agréé.
Ne démontez jamais l’appareil vous-même ; l’assemblage in-
correct peur résulter en choc électrique pendant l’usage ultérieur de l’appareil. Tous les travaux de réparation

MESURES SPECIALES DE
SECURITE
Avant de brancher la bouilloire assurez-vous que le niveau d’eau soit inférieur à la marque maximum. Ne versez pas trop de l’eau, elle peut déborder à l’ébullition. Veillez à ce que la quantité d’eau minimum ne soit pas inférieur à la marque le plus bas. Ne pas toucher aux parties chaudes de
l’appareil. Ne pas toucher la superficie extérieure de la bouilloire, à l’exception de la poignée calorifuge, pendant le bouillissage de l’eau ou s’il y a de l’eau chaude à l’intérieur de l’appareil.
Refroidissez complètement la bouilloire avant le nettoyage ou
avant de la ranger.
Déconnectez l’appareil du réseau si vous ne l’utilisez pas pen-
dant longtemps, avant de le remplir ou vider, avant de le déplacer d’un endroit à un autre.
Pour utiliser l’appareil, installez-le sur une surface
thermorésistante, plate et sèche.
Pour éviter des brûlures de vapeur chaude, fermez bien le
couvercle avant d’allumer la bouilloire. Evitez le contact avec la vapeur chaude. ATTENTION ! Ne jamais ouvrir le
couvercle de la bouilloire immédiatement avant ou après l’ébullition.
Un système de protection contre surchauffe est prévu pour le
cas où la bouilloire serait branchée sans eau. En cas de surchauffe, un dispositif de protection se déclenche, qui débranche la bouilloire en cas d’absence ou d’un niveau très bas d’eau dans la bouilloire. Après le déclenchement du dispositif de protection, la bouilloire doit refroidir complètement avant de pouvoir bouillir l’eau. La bouilloire ne se mettra pas en marche si elle est trop chaude. ATTENTION ! La
connexion fréquente de l’appareil sans eau peut mener à la défaillance du système de protection, il est donc conseillé de vérifier le niveau de l’eau dans la bouilloire avant de la mettre en fonction. Assurez­vous toujours que le niveau de l’eau n’est pas trop bas.
Débranchez toujours la bouilloire avant de l ‘enlever du sup-
port.
Utilisez la bouilloire seulement avec le support qui est fourni
avec la bouilloire.
Ne remplissez pas la bouilloire chaude d’eau froide ou la
