Dit apparaat draagt het symbool voor gescheiden inzameling van afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur. Het valt hierdoor onder de bepalingen van richtlijn 2002/96/EG
die voorschrijft dat het gerecycled dan wel ontmanteld moet worden teneinde het milieu te
sparen U kunt u voor nadere inlichtingen wenden tot uw gemeente.
Elektronische producten die niet gescheiden worden ingezameld vormen een potentieel
gevaar voor het milieu en de volksgezondheid wegens de gevaarlijke stoffen die deze
apparatuur bevat.

1 Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies

Deze sectie bevat veiligheidsinformatie die zal
helpen om de risico's op persoonlijk letsel of
materiële schade te beperken. Indien deze
instructies niet worden opgevolgd, vervalt de
garantie.

Algemene veiligheid

• Plaats het product nooit op een vloer

die met tapijt is bekleed. Anders zal
het gebrek aan luchtstroom onder de
machine oververhitting van de elektrische
onderdelen veroorzaken. Dit veroorzaakt
problemen met uw product.

• Gebruik de machine niet indien de
stroomkabel / stekker is beschadigd. Bel

het Erkende Servicebedrijf.

• Maak geen aanpassingen aan de stekker

die bij het product is geleverd. Als deze
niet compatibel is met het stopcontact,
laat dan een bevoegde elektricien het
stopcontact vervangen door een die
geschikt is.

• Raak de stekker nooit aan met natte

handen! Trek nooit aan de kabel, maar
trek aan de stekker om deze uit het
stopcontact te verwijderen.

• Sluit het product aan op een geaard

stopcontact, beveiligd door een zekering
met voldoende capaciteit, zoals vermeld
in de technische specificaties.

• Het netsnoer van dit product is uitgerust

met een geleider en een aardstekker
waarmee het product kan worden geaard.
Deze stekker moet in een stopcontact
worden gestoken dat geïnstalleerd en
geaard is in overeenstemming met de
plaatselijke wetgeving en voorschriften.
De aardleiding verkleint de kans op
elektrische schokken door een pad met
lage weerstand voor de elektriciteitstroom
te openen in het geval van een storing of
defect. Zorg ervoor de installatie van de
aardleiding door een erkende elektricien
wordt uitgevoerd. Als u twijfels heeft over
de aardaansluiting, laat deze dan nakijken
door een gekwalificeerde elektricien of
het Erkende Servicebedrijf. Ons bedrijf
is niet aansprakelijk voor schades die

zijn ontstaan door het gebruik van het
product zonder aarding volgens de lokale
voorschriften.

• De stekker van het product mag

tijdens de installatie, het onderhoud, de
reiniging en het reparatiewerk niet in het
stopcontact zitten.

• Laat de installatie en reparatiehandelingen

altijd uitvoeren door het Erkende
Servicebedrijf. De fabrikant kan niet
aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade
die voortkomt uit handelingen die zijn
uitgevoerd door onbevoegde personen.

• Gebruik geen elektrische toestellen in het

product.

• Sluit de luchtaflaat van het product niet

aan op de rookkanalen die worden
gebruikt voor de uitlaatgassen van
apparaten die met gas of andere
brandstoffen werken.

• Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie om te

voorkomen dat de gassen die afkomstig
zijn van apparaten die met andere
brandstoffen werken, waaronder de open
vlam, zich in de kamer ophopen vanwege
naontstekingeffect.

• Let op dat de luchtinlaatopeningen niet
geblokkeerd zijn.

• Items die zijn gereinigd of gewassen met

stookolie, chemische oplosmiddelen of
ontvlambare of explosieve stoffen en
items die zijn bevlekt of verontreinigd met
dergelijke materialen mogen niet in het
product worden gereinigd, aangezien
ze ontvlambare of explosieve dampen
afgeven.

• Droog geen was in de wasdroger die is

gereinigd met industriële chemicaliën.

• Ondergoed met metalen verstevigers mag

niet in de wasdroger worden gedroogd.
Indien deze metalen verstevigers losraken
en afbreken tijdens het drogen kan de
wasdroger beschadigd raken.

• Probeer nooit om het apparaat zelf te
repareren. Voer geen herstelling- of

vervangingshandelingen uit op het
product, ook al bent u in staat om deze

uit te voeren, tenzij dit duidelijk in de
bedieningsinstructies of de handleiding
staat aangegeven. Anders kunt u uw leven
en dat van anderen in gevaar brengen.

• Als storingen, na het toepassen van de

handelingen in de veiligheidsinstructies,
niet te verhelpen zijn, dient u het product
uit te zetten, de stekker uit te trekken en
het Erkende Servicebedrijf te bellen.

• Niet in de machine reiken wanneer de

trommel draait.

• Gebruik geen verlengsnoeren,

meerwegstekkers of adapters om de
wasdroger aan te sluiten, om de kans
op brand en elektrische schokken te
verkleinen.

• Reinig het product nooit door er water over

te verdelen of er water over te gieten! U
kunt een elektrische schok krijgen!

De laatste fase van de droogprogramma,

de afkoelfase, vindt plaats zonder
toegevoegde hitte om ervoor te zorgen
dat de items op een temperatuur blijven
waarbij ze niet beschadigd raken. Als u
de vuldeur opent voordat de afkoelfase
is voltooid, komt er hete damp out de
machine.

Stop de wasdroger nooit voordat

A

het programma voltooid is. Indien dit
noodzakelijk is, dient u al het wasgoed snel
te verwijderen en dit uit te leggen op een
geschikte plaats om de hitte eruit te laten.

• Reinig de pluisfilter altijd na elke lading.
Bedien de wasdroger nooit als de pluisfilter

niet is geïnstalleerd.

• Reinig regelmatig de binnenkant en

afvoerpijp van het product Laat vezels, stof
en vuil niet ophopen rondom de afvoer en
omliggende gebieden.

• Het netsnoer moet goed bereikbaar zijn na

de installatie.

• Droog geen vuile voorwerpen in de

wasdroger.

• Items die zijn vervuild door kookolie,

aceton, alcohol, stookolie, ontvlekker,
terpentijn, paraffine en paraffineverwijderaar
moeten in heet water worden gewassen
met een extra hoeveelheid wasmiddel
voordat ze in de wasdroger worden

gedroogd.

• Kleding of kussens gevuld met

schuimrubber (latexschuim),
douchekapjes, waterproof textiel,
materiaal met rubberen versterking en
rubberen schuimkussentjes mogen niet in
de wasdroger worden gedroogd.

• Gebruik geen wasverzachters of

antistatische producten, tenzij ze zijn
aanbevolen door de fabrikant van de
wasverzachter van het relevante product.

• Gebruik wasverzachters, antistatische

producten enz. in overeenstemming met
de instructies van hun fabrikanten.

• Installeer het product niet achter een

deur met een slot, een schuifdeur of een
scharnierende deur die tegen het product
kan slaan.

• Installeer of laat de wasdroger niet op

plaatsen waar deze wordt blootgesteld
aan de buitenluchtomstandigheden.

• Uw product kan werken bij temperaturen

tussen +5°C en +35°C. Indien de
werkomstandigheden buiten dit bereik
vallen, zal de werking van het product
ongunstig beïnvloed worden en kan
daardoor beschadigd raken.

• Ontregel de bedieningsknoppen niet.

• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact

wanneer het product niet in gebruik is.

• Verwijder de vuldeur van het

droogcompartiment voor u het product uit
bedrijf neemt of wegwerpt.

• Controleer voor het laden alle

kledingstukken om er zeker van te zijn dat
er zich geen aanstekers, munten, metalen
deeltjes, naalden enz. in de zakken
bevinden of op deze zijn bevestigd.

• Verzeker u ervan dat huisdieren niet in het

product kruipen. Controleer de trommel
van het product voordat u het in gebruik
neemt.

• Verzeker u ervan dat er tijdens

onderhoudswerk originele
reserveonderdelen en accessoires
gebruikt worden.

• Leun niet op de vuldeur als deze open
staat. Het product kan omvallen.

• Wanneer uw machine niet in gebruik is of

wanneer u het wasgoed na de voltooien
van het droogproces uithaalt, draait u de

machine uit met de Aan/Uit-knop. Als
de Aan/Uit-knop op Aan staat (terwijl de

machine in werking is) houdt u de vuldeur
gesloten.

Bedoeld gebruik

• Dit product is ontworpen voor
huishoudelijk gebruik. Het mag niet voor

andere doeleinden worden gebruikt.

• Het product mag enkel worden gebruikt

om textiel dat hiervoor gemarkeerd is te
drogen.

• Droog alleen de artikelen in uw product

die in deze handleiding zijn vermeld.

• Dit product is niet bedoeld om te worden

gebruikt door personen met lichamelijke,
geestelijke of zintuiglijke handicaps
of door onervaren personen (inclusief
kinderen), tenzij ze onder toezicht staan
van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is
voor hun veiligheid of die hun instructies
geeft over het gebruik van het product.

Veiligheid van kinderen

• Elektrische producten zijn gevaarlijk voor
kinderen. Houd de kinderen van het

product weg tijdens de werking. Laat hen
niet met het product spelen.

• Laat kinderen niet in het product zitten/

klimmen.

• Vergeet niet de vuldeur te sluiten wanneer

u de kamer verlaat waar het product zich
bevind.

• Verpakkingsmateriaal is gevaarlijk voor
kinderen. Houd het verpakkingsmateriaal

buiten het bereik van kinderen of gooi het
weg volgens de afvalrichtlijnen.

2 Installatie

Neem contact op met uw dichtstbijzijnde

Erkend Servicebedrijf voor installatie van het
product. Om het product gereed te maken
voor gebruik dient u zich ervan te verzekeren
dat de elektriciteit en het waterafvoersysteem
juist zijn voor het Erkende Servicebedrijf te
bellen. Indien dit niet het geval is, bel een
erkende monteur en loodgieter om de nodige
werkzaamheden te laten uitvoeren.

De voorbereiding van de

C

productlocatie, als ook de elektrische
en afvoerwaterinstallaties, is de
verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.

De installatie en elektrische aansluitingen

B

van het product dient uitgevoerd te
worden door het Erkende Servicebedrijf.
De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk worden
gesteld voor schade die voortkomt uit
handelingen die zijn uitgevoerd door
onbevoegde personen.

Controleer voor de installatie visueel of

A

het product defecten heeft. Laat het in

dat geval niet installeren. Beschadigde

producten kunnen uw veiligheid in gevaar
brengen.
Laat de wasdroger 12 uur rusten voor u

A

deze weer in gebruik neemt.

Geschikte installatieplaats

• Installeer het product on een stabiel en

vlak oppervlak.

• De wasdroger is zwaar. Verplaats hem zelf

niet.

• Laat product werken in een goed

geventileerde, stofvrije omgeving.

• Blokkeer de luchtafvoer vooraan

en onderaan het apparaat niet met
materialen zoals tapijten met lange haren
en houten blokken en strips.

• Installeer het product niet achter een

deur met een slot, een schuifdeur of een
scharnierende deur die tegen het product
kan slaan.

• Als het product eenmaal is geïnstalleerd,

moet het op dezelfde plaats blijven als

waar de aansluitingen zijn gemaakt. Bij

het installeren van het product moet u

zich ervan verzekeren dat zijn achterwand
niets aanraakt (kraan, contactdoos, enz.).
Let er ook op dat u een installatielocatie
kiest die u niet naderhand moet
veranderen.

• Plaats het product minstens 1,5 cm

afstand van de rand van ander meubilair.

Plaats het product niet op de

Verwijderen van de
transportbeveiliging

Voordat u het product voor de eerste keer

A

gebruikt moet u de transportbeveiliging
verwijderen.

1. Open de vuldeur.

2. Binnenin de trommel bevindt zich een

nylon zak met een stuk piepschuim.

Neem deze vast aan het deel gemarkeerd

met XX XX.

3. Trek de nylon naar u toe en verwijder de
transportbeveiliging.

Verzeker u ervan dat er geen delen van

A

de transportbeveiliging in de trommel
achterblijven.

Installatie onder het werkblad

• Dit product kan onder een aanrecht

geïnstalleerd worden als de hoogte van
het aanrecht voldoende is.
U mag de inbouwdroger nooit gebruiken

A

zonder het inbouw installatieonderdeel.

• Laat, bij installatie onder een aanrecht of

in een kast, minstens een ruimte van 3
cm tussen de zijwanden en achterwand
van het product.

Montage bovenop een
wasmachine

• Er moet een bevestigingsstuk worden

gebruikt tussen de twee machines
wanneer de wasdroger boven een
wasmachine wordt geïnstalleerd.

Het bevestigingsstuk (2977200100

wit/2977200400 grijs ) dient geïnstalleerd
te worden door het Erkende
Servicebedrijf.

• Het totale gewicht van de volledig

gevulde en bovenop elkaar geplaatste
wasmachine en de wasdroger is ongeveer

180 kilo. Plaats de producten om een

vaste vloer met voldoende draagkracht!

De afvoer aansluiten

In producten, die zijn uitgerust met een
condensator, wordt tijdens de droogcyclus
het water ophoopt en verzameld in een
waterreservoir. U moet het verzamelde water
na elke droogcyclus verwijderen.
U kunt het verzamelde water direct afvoeren
via de waterafvoerslang die bij het product
geleverd wordt in plaats van het water dat in
het waterreservoir wordt verzameld periodiek
te verwijderen.

Aansluiten van de waterafvoerslang

1. Trek de slang met de hand in het
product om deze los te koppelen
vanwaar hij is aangesloten. Gebruik
geen gereedschappen om de slang te
verwijderen.

2. Sluit één eind van de afvoerslang, die
afzonderlijk bij het product geleverd is,
aan op het aansluitpunt vanwaar u de
slang van het product in de vorige stap
verwijderd heeft.

3. Sluit het andere uiteinde van de
afvoerslang rechtstreeks op de
afvalwaterafvoer of op de wasbak aan.
De slang dient vastgemaakt te worden in

A

elk type aansluiting. Als de slang loskomt
tijdens de afvoer van het water, zal uw
huis onder water lopen.

De waterafvoerslang moet worden

C

bevestigd op een hoogte van maximum
80 cm.

Verzeker u ervan dat niet op de

C

waterafvoerslang wordt gestapt en dat
deze niet geknikt is tussen de afvoer en
de machine.

Poten afstellen

Om ervoor te zorgen dat het product stiller en
zonder trillingen werkt, moet deze waterpas
en in evenwicht op zijn poten staan. Zet de
machine in evenwicht door de poten aan te
passen.
Draai de voeten naar links of rechts tot de
machine waterpas en stevig staat.

Verwijder de verstelbare voetjes nooit uit

C

hun behuizing.

Elektrische verbinding

Sluit het product aan op een geaard
stopcontact, beveiligd door een zekering met
de waarden zoals aangegeven in de tabel met
technische specificaties. Ons bedrijf is niet
aansprakelijk voor schades die zijn ontstaan
door het gebruik van het product zonder
aarding volgens de lokale voorschriften.

• De aansluiting moet voldoen aan de

nationale reglementering.

• Het netsnoer moet goed bereikbaar zijn

na de installatie.

• De spanning en de toegestane zekerings-

of stroomonderbrekerbescherming zijn
gespecificeerd in het deel "Technische
specificaties". Als de stroomsterkte van
de zekering of stroomonderbreker in
het huis lager is dan 10 Amp, laat een
erkende elektricien dan een zekering van
10 Amp installeren.

• De aangegeven spanning moet gelijk zijn

aan uw netspanning.

• Maak geen aansluitingen met

verlengsnoeren of meerwegstekkers.

• De hoofdzekering en schakelaars moeten

een contactafstand hebben van minimum
3 mm.

Beschadigde stroomkabels dienen

vervangen te worden door het Erkende
Servicebedrijf.

Als het product defect is, mag het niet

B

worden gebruikt tenzij na herstelling! U
kunt een elektrische schok krijgen!

Eerste gebruik

Voordat u het product in gebruik neemt diet u

zich ervan te verzekeren dat alle voorbereiding
gedaan zijn volgens de instructies in

hoofdstuk "Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies"

en "Installatie".

Verpakkingsmateriaal
wegwerpen

Verpakkingsmateriaal is gevaarlijk voor
kinderen. Bewaar alle verpakkingsmateriaal

op een veilige plaats buiten het bereik van
kinderen.

Het verpakkingsmateriaal van het product

is vervaardigd uit recycleerbaar materiaal.
Werp het op de juiste manier weg en
sorteer in overeenstemming met de
instructies voor gerecycleerd afval. Gooi het
verpakkingsmateriaal niet weg met normaal
huishoudafval.

Vervoer van het product

1. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact
voordat u het product vervoert.

2. Verwijder de waterafvoerslang (indien van

toepassing) en de pijpaansluitingen.

3. Laat het water volledig uit het product
lopen.
We raden u aan het product rechtop te

A

vervoeren. Indien het onmogelijk is de
machine in rechtopstaande positie te
verplaatsen, moet ze op de, ten opzichte
van de voorkant, rechterzijde worden

gekanteld. Nadat het product op zijn

nieuwe plaats gezet is, dient u 12 uur te
wachten voor het in gebruik te nemen.

Het oude product weggooien

Verwijder uw oude product op een

milieuvriendelijke wijze.

Neem contact op met uw dealer of

recyclagecentrum voor meer informatie over
het verwijderen van de product.

Voor de veiligheid van de kinderen snijdt

u, voordat u zich van het product ontdoet,
de stroomkabel door en sloopt u het
sluitmechanisme van de vuldeur, zodat deze
onbruikbaar wordt.

Waarschuwingen over geluiden

Het is normaal dat u tijdens de werking

soms metaalachtige geluiden uit de
compressor waarneemt.

3 Voorbereidingen voor het drogen

Dingen die u kunt doen om
energie te besparen

De volgende informatie zal u helpen het
product op een ecologische en energiezuinige
manier te gebruiken.

• Laat het product werken op een geschikt

vermogen voor het door u gekozen
programma en let erop dat u niet teveel
laadt.

• Centrifugeer uw wasgoed op de hoogst

mogelijke snelheid bij het wassen. Zo
wordt de centrifugetijd verkort en neemt
het energieverbruik af.

• Droog hetzelfde type wasgoed samen.

• Volg de instructies in de

gebruikershandleiding voor
programmaselectie.

• Laat aan de voor- en zijkant van de droger

voldoende ruimte vrij voor luchtcirculatie.

Blokkeer het ventilatierooster aan de

voorkant van het product niet.

• Open de deur van de machine niet tijdens

het drogen, tenzij het noodzakelijk is. Als
u de deur echt moet openen, houd deze
dan niet langdurig geopend.

• Voeg tijdens het drogen geen nieuw (nat)

wasgoed toe.

• De pluizen en vezels die vrijkomen van

het wasgoed in de lucht tijdens de
droogbeurt, worden verzameld in de

pluisfilter. Reinig de pluisfilter voor of na

iedere droogcyclus.

• Reinig de filterlade regelmatig ofwel

als het waarschuwingssymbool "reinig
filterlade" verschijnt of na elke 3
droogcycli.

• Ventileer de ruimte waar de wasdroger

staat goed tijdens het drogen.

• Voor modellen met verlichting dient de
door gesloten te blijven als de Aan/Uit-

knop ingedrukt wordt (als de machine
in werking wordt gezet) wanneer de
machine niet in gebruik is.

Volg altijd de instructies in de

wasdroger enkel wasgoed met een label
waarop staat dat het geschikt is om te
worden gedroogd in een wasdroger en

Wasgoed dat niet in de
machine kan worden gedroogd

• De hieronder aangegeven was en items

zijn niet geschikt om in een wasdroger te
drogen:

• Wasgoeditems met metalen delen zoals

metalen knopen, metalen verstevigers of
riemgespen.

• Wollen of zijden kledingstukken, nylon

kousen, fijne geborduurde stoffen en
slaapzakken.

• Kledingstukken van fijne en waardevolle

stoffen.

• Vitrages.

• Items van hermetisch afgesloten vezels,

zoals kussens en dekbedden.

• Hele natte was.

• Ongewassen, vieze was.

• Wasgoed dat schuimrubber of rubber

bevat.

Items die zijn gereinigd, gewassen

of bevlekt met stookolie, chemische
oplosmiddelen, industriële chemicaliën of
andere ontvlambare of explosieve stoffen
mogen niet in de wasdroger gedroogd
worden.

Items die zijn vervuild door

kookolie, aceton, alcohol, stookolie,
ontvlekker, terpentijn, paraffine en
paraffineverwijderaar moeten in heet
water worden gewassen met een extra
hoeveelheid wasmiddel voordat ze in de
wasdroger worden gedroogd.

Wasgoed op het drogen
voorbereiden

• Controleer voor het laden alle

kledingstukken om er zeker van te zijn dat
er zich geen aanstekers, munten, metalen
deeltjes, naalden enz. in de zakken
bevinden of op deze zijn bevestigd.

• Het wasgoed kan in de knoop zitten na

het wassen. Scheid het wasgoed voor u
het in de wasdroger plaatst.

• Sorteer het wasgoed volgens het type en

de dikte. Droog hetzelfde type wasgoed
samen. Dunne theedoeken en tafellakens
zijn bijvoorbeeld eerder droog dan dikke
badhanddoeken.

Wasgoed dient gecentrifugeerd te worden

C

op de hoogste snelheid die door de
wasmachine afhankelijk van het stoftype
is toegestaan.

Correcte laadcapaciteit

Volg de instructies in de "programmakeuze-

en verbruikstabel" op. Laad niet meer dan de
capaciteitswaarden zoals vermeld in de tabel.

Het is niet aanbevolen de wasdroger te

C

laden met meer wasgoed dan het niveau
dat in de afbeelding is aangegeven.
De droogresultaten zullen verminderen
wanneer de machine te zwaar geladen is.

Voorbereiden van de machine

1. Steek de stekker van de machine in het

stopcontact.

2. Plaats het wasgoed in de machine.

3. Druk op de Aan / Uit-knop.

uw katoenen items (zoals lakens,
dekbedovertrekken, handdoeken, badjassen,
enz.).

• Synthetisch

Droog minder duurzaam wasgoed met dit
programma. Aanbevolen voor synthetische
stoffen.

Extra programma's

Voor bijzondere gevallen is de machine

• Xpress

U kunt dit programma gebruiken om
katoen te drogen dat tegen hoge snelheid
gecentrifugeerd is in de wasmachine. Dit
programma droogt 1 kg katoenen wasgoed (3

hemden/3 t-shirts) in 59 minuten.

Om betere resultaten te krijgen met

C

uw droogmachine moet het wasgoed
gewassen zijn met het geschikte
programma en gecentrifugeerd zijn
met de aanbevolen snelheid in uw
wasmachine.

• Hemden

Dit programma droogt de hemden
gevoeliger en kreukt ze minder, waardoor ze
gemakkelijker gestreken kunnen worden.

Uw hemden kunnen aan het einde van

C

het programma enigszins vochtig zijn.

Het is raadzaam de hemden niet in de

wasdroger achter te laten.

• Jeans

U kunt dit programma gebruiken om uw
jeans te drogen die tegen hoge snelheid
gecentrifugeerd is in de wasmachine.

• Mix

Gebruik dit programma om niet-gekleurde

synthetische en katoenen wasgoeditems
gezamenlijk te drogen.

• Sport

Gebruik dit programma om de synthetische
en katoenen wasgoeditems gezamenlijk
te drogen met de gemengde stoffen
wasgoeditems.

• Wolverzorging

U kunt deze functie gebruiken om uw wollen
wasgoed, dat in de wasmachine kan worden
gewassen, te ventileren en te verzachten.
Gebruik dit programma niet om uw wasgoed

volledig te drogen. Verwijder uw wasgoed

en ventileer het onmiddellijk nadat het
programma voltooid is.

• Dagelijks

Dit programma wordt gebruikt om dagelijks
katoen en synthetisch wasgoed te drogen en
het duurt ongeveer 100 minuut.

• BabyProtect

Dit programma wordt gebruikt voor
babykleding die in de droogautomaat
gedroogd mag worden.

• Delicaat

U kunt uw zeer fijne wasgoed dat kan worden
gedroogd of wasgoed dat met de hand
moeten worden gewassen, drogen op een
lagere temperatuur.

Het is aan te bevelen om een kledingzak

C

te gebruiken om te verhinderen dat fijn
wasgoed gekreukt of beschadigd raakt.

Neem uw wasgoed onmiddellijk uit de

droogautomaat en hang ze op nadat het
programma beëindigd is om te vermijden
dat ze kreuken.

• Verluchten

Er wordt enkel gedurende 10 minuten
geventileerd zonder warme lucht te blazen. U
kunt de kleding die gedurende lange tijd in een
gesloten omgeving werd geplaatst, verluchten
dankzij dit programma om onaangename
geuren te ontgeuren.

• Tijdschakelaarprogramma´s

U kunt een van de timerprogramma's 10
min., 20 min., 30 min., 40 min., 50 min., 60
min., 80 min., 100 min., 120 min., 140 min.
en 160 min. selecteren om het gewenste
droogteniveau bij lage temperaturen te
verkrijgen.

Met dit programma droogt de machine

Hulpfuncties

Audiowaarschuwing

De machine geeft een audiowaarschuwing
wanneer het programma ten einde is.
Indien u niet wilt dat de machine een
audiowaarschuwing geeft, drukt u
herhaardelijk op de volumeniveauknop tot "x"
op het scherm verschijnt. Gebruik dezelfde
knop om het volumeniveau aan te passen.

U kunt deze functie inschakelen voor of

Droogteniveau

Wordt gebruikt om het gewenste
droogteniveau in te stellen. Er wordt meer
gedroogd dan de standaardinstellingen

wanneer het "+"-teken verschijnt en er wordt
minder gedroogd wanneer het "-"-teken

verschijnt. De programmatijd kan afhankelijk
van de selectie veranderen.

U kunt deze functie slechts inschakelen

Antikreuk

U kunt de antikreukfunctie gebruiken om te
voorkomen dat het wasgoed kreukt indien u
het wasgoed niet meteen na afloop van het
programma verwijdert. Dit programma roteert
het wasgoed 2 uur lang iedere 240 seconden
om het kreuken te voorkomen.
Antikreuk wordt geactiveerd maar het
programma loopt in het eerste voorbeeld. De
droogcyclus is voltooid en de antikreukfase is
begonnen in de tweede schermafbeelding.

Het contrast wijzigen

Wijzig het schermconstrast om de symbolen
op het scherm duidelijker te laten verschijnen.

Het kan met name nodig zijn om de

contrastinstelling van het display te wijzigen
als de wasdroger op een wasmachine is
geïnstalleerd.

Houd de knop Centrifugeersnelheid/

Tijdschakelaarprogramma gedurende 3
seconden ingedrukt.
Als het contrast veranderd is zullen alle
symbolen op het scherm 3 seconden
verschijnen om aan te geven dat het proces
voltooid is.

Voer dezelfde procedure uit om terug te

keren naar de vorige contrastinstelling.

Waterreservoir

het draaien van het programma zal het
waarschuwingssymbool beginnen te
knipperen en de machine pauzeren. Leeg het
water uit het waterreservoir en druk de knop

Start / Pauze / Annuleren om het programma
te hervatten. Het waarschuwingssymbool

verdwijnt en het programma hervat.

Het reiningen van de filterlade

Waarschuwingssymbolen knipperen met een
zekere interval om u eraan te herinneren dat de
filterlade gereinigd dient te worden.

Vuldeur open

Dit waarschuwingssymbool verschijnt wanneer
de laaddeur van de wasdroger open staat.

Startuitstel

De startuitstelfunctie stelt u in staat het in
werking treden van het programma uit te stellen
tot maximaal 24 uur.

1. Open de vuldeur en voeg wasgoed toe.

2. Stel het droogprogramma, de
centrifugeersnelheid in en indien vereist,
selecteer de hulpfuncties.

3. Druk op de knoppen Startuitstel + en

- om de gewenste tijd in te stellen. Het

startuitstelsymbool knippert.

4. Druk op de Starten/Pauze/Annuleren-

knop. De startuitstel begint af te tellen.

Het startuitstelsymbool gaat branden.

Startsymbool verschijnt. De “:” in het
midden van de weergegeven startuitstel
stopt met knipperen.

Tijdens de startuitstelperiode kan meer was

C

worden geladen of verwijderd. Aan het einde

van het startuitstel-aftelproces, verdwijnt het

startuitstelsymbool, begint de droogcyclus
en wordt de programmaduur weergegeven.
De tijd op het display is het totaal van de
normale droogtijd en de startuitstel.

Start / Pauze / Annuleren-knop in de

hierbovenstaante afbeelding.

De uitsteltijd wijzigen

Indien u tijdens het aftellen de tijd wilt wijzigen:

1. Druk de knop Starten/Pauze/Annuleren

gedurende 3 seconden in om het

programma te annuleren. Herhaal de

uitsteltijdprocedure voor de gewenste tijd.

2. Stel de gewenste uitsteltijd in met

Uitsteltijd + en - knoppen. Het

startuitstelsymbool knippert.

3. Druk op de Starten/Pauze/Annuleren-

knop. De startuitstel begint af te tellen.

Het startuitstelsymbool gaat branden. Het

pauzesymbool verdwijnt. Startsymbool
verschijnt.

4. De “:” in het midden van de weergegeven
startuitstel stopt met knipperen.

Het annuleren van de startuitstel

Indien u het aftellen van de startuitstel wilt
annuleren en het programma onmiddellijk wilt
starten:

1. Druk de knop Starten/Pauze/Annuleren

gedurende 3 seconden in om het
programma te annuleren.

2. Druk op de knop Start / Pauze /

Annuleren om het programma te starten
dat u eerder heeft gekozen.

Het programma starten

Druk op de knop Start / Pauze / Annuleren om

het programma te starten.

Het symbool Start / Pauze gaat branden om

aan te geven dat het programma is gestart
en het pictogram ":" tussen de resterende tijd
blijft knipperen.

Extra droog

Begint op te lichten wanneer het

droogteniveau de Extra kastdroogfase heeft
bereikt.

Verluchten

Het ventilatiesymbool licht op wanneer het

programma voltooid is.

Het antikreuklampje gaat aan het einde

van het programma branden als de
antikreukfunctie is geactiveerd.

Kinderslot

De machine is uitgerust met een Kinderslot

dat voorkomt dat het huidige programma
gehinderd wordt door het drukken op een

knop. Alle knoppen behalve de aan/uit-toets

op het paneel zijn gedeactiveerd als het

Kinderslot ingeschakeld is.

Druk de knoppen "audiowaarschuwing"
en "antikreuk" gelijktijdig en gedurende 3
seconden in om het kinderslot te activeren.
Om een nieuw programma te starten nadat
het huidige programma beëindigd is of om
het programma te onderbreken, moet het
kinderslot worden gedeactiveerd. Druk
gedurende 3 seconden op dezelfde knoppen
om het kinderslot te deactiveren.

Het vergrendelsymbool verschijnt op het

C

scherm als het kinderslot is geactiveerd.

Het kinderslot is gedeactiveerd wanneer

C

de machine uitgezet wordt door op de

aan/uit-knop te drukken.

Wanneer het kinderslot geactiveerd is:

• De schermpictogrammen zullen niet

veranderen, zelfs als de positie van de
programmaknop gewijzigd is terwijl de
machine al dan niet werking is.

• Als het kinderslot gedeactiveerd is de

positie van de programmakeuzeknop te
wijzigen terwijl de machine in werking is,
stopt de machine en wordt de nieuwe

programma-informatie weergegeven.

Verander het programma nadat
het werd gestart

Na het starten van de machine kunt u het

gekozen programma veranderen en kunt u uw
wasgoed met een ander programma drogen.

1. Indien u Extra droogprogramma wilt
selecteren in plaats van strijkdroog drukt
u gedurende 3 seconden op Start /

Pauze / Annuleren om het programma te

annuleren.

2. Kies het Extra droog-programma door de
Programmakeuzeknop te draaien.

3. Druk op de knop Start / Pauze /

Annuleren om het programma te starten.
U kunt ook een nieuw programma kiezen

C

door de Programmakeuzeknop te draaien

tijdens het draaien van de machine. In
dit geval wordt het huidige programma
gestaakt en verschijnt de nieuwe
programmainformatie op het scherm.

Wasgoed toevoegen/verwijderen in de
pauzemodus

Om wasgoed toe te voegen of te verwijderen
na het opstarten van het droogprogramma:

1. Druk op de knop Starten/Pauze/

Annuleren om de machine over te

schakelen op de pauzestand. Het

droogproces zal stoppen.

2. Tijdens de Pauzemodus opent u de

vuldeur, voegt u wasgoed toe of neemt u
wasgoed uit en sluit u de vuldeur.

3. Druk op de knop Start / Pauze /

Annuleren om het programma te starten.

Alle wasgoed dat toegevoegd werd na

C

het starten van het droogproces, kan
de reeds droge kleding in de machine
doen vermengen met de natte kleding.

Het resultaat zal, na beëindiging van het

droogproces, nat wasgoed zijn.

U kunt dit proces van wasgoed

C

toevoegen of uithalen tijdens het drogen
zo vaak herhalen als u wilt. Dit proces
zal echter de programmaduur en het
energieverbruik verhogen, omdat
het droogproces herhaardelijk wordt

onderbroken. Het is daarom aanbevolen

wasgoed toe te voegen voor het
droogprogramma wordt gestart.
Indien u een nieuw programma selecteert

C

door de programmaknop te draaien

terwijl uw machine in Pauzemodus staat,

wordt het huidige programma afgebroken

en de nieuwe programma-informatie

weergegeven.

Raak de binnenkant van de trommel

niet aan wanneer u wasgoed toevoegt
of uithaalt tijdens het draaien van het

programma. Het oppervlak van de

trommel is heet.

Annuleren van het programma

Indien u om welke reden ook het drogen
wilt stopzetten en het programma wilt
annuleren nadat de machine begonnen is

met draaien, drukt u de knop Start / Pauze

/ Annuleren gedurende 3 seconden in.

De waarschuwingssymbolen "Pluizenfilter

reinigen" en "Waterreservoir" gaan branden en
het label "Einde" verschijnt op het scherm als
herinnering aan het einde van deze periode.

Gezien de binnenkant van de

A

machine zeer heet zal zijn wanneer
u een programma annuleert tijdens
de werking van de machine, moet u
het ventilatieprogramma activeren ter
afkoeling.
De machine zal stoppen als u de

C

programmakeuzeknop draait tijdens het
draaien. In dit geval wordt het huidige
programma gestaakt en verschijnt de
nieuwe programmainformatie op het
scherm.

Programma-einde

De waarschuwingssymbolen Pluisfilterreiniging

en Waterreservoir gaan branden in de

programmaverloopindicator en Einde-

label verschijnt in het scherm wanneer het
programma beëindigt. De vuldeur kan worden
geopend en de machine is klaar voor een
tweede cyclus.

Druk Aan / Uit-knop om de machine uit te

schakelen.

Indien de antikreukfunctie ingeschakeld

C

is en het wasgoed aan het eind van
het programma niet uit de machine

is verwijderd, wordt de 2-uur

antikreukfunctie ingeschakeld.

Reinig het pluisfilter na elke droogcyclus.

5 Onderhoud en reiniging

Levensduur van het product wordt verlengd
en veelvoorkomende problemen worden
verminderd indien reiniging regelmatig
plaatsvindt.

Dit product dient van de stroom

(bedieningspaneel, centrale deel, enz.).

Pluisfilter / Binnenkant vuldeur

De pluizen en vezels die vrijkomen van het
wasgoed in de lucht tijdens de droogbeurt,
worden verzameld in de pluisfilter.

Reinig de volledige binnenkant van de

C

vuldeur en de vuldeurpakking.

Zulke pluizen en vezels worden meestal

C

gevormd tijdens het dragen en wassen.

Reinig het pluisfilter en de binnenkant van

A

de vuldeur altijd na ieder droogproces.

U kunt het filter en filterbehuizing reinigen

C

met een stofzuiger.

Om de pluisfilter te reinigen:

1. Open de vuldeur.

2. Verwijder de pluisfilter door deze omhoog

te trekken en de pluisfilter te openen.

3. Reinig de vezels, pluizen en katoenrafels

met de hand of met een zachte doek.

4. Sluit de pluisfilter en plaats deze terug in
zijn behuizing.

Op de pluisfilterporieën kan, na de machine

C

enige tijd te gebruiken, een laag ontstaan
dat een verstopping van het pluisfilter kan
veroorzaken. Was het pluisfilter met warm
water om de opgebouwde laag op het
oppervlak van het pluisfilter te verwijderen.
Droog het pluisfilter volledig voordat u het
terugplaatst.

Het reinigen van de sensoren

Er bevinden zich vochtigheidssensoren in de
machine die detecteren wanneer het wasgoed
droog is of niet.

Het reinigen van de sensoren:

1. Open de vuldeur van de machine.

2. Laat de machine afkoelen indien deze nog
steeds heet is door het droogproces.

3. Veeg de metalen oppervlakken van

de sensoren met een zachte doek,
bevochtigd met azijn, af en droog ze af.

Reinig de metalen oppervlakken van de

C

sensoren 4 maal per jaar.

Gebruik geen metalen gereedschap bij het

C

reinigen van de metalen oppervlakken van
de sensoren.

Gebruik nooit oplosmiddelen,

A

reinigingsmiddelen en gelijkaardige
middelen voor het reinigen, omdat deze
materialen brand en een explosie kunnen
veroorzaken!

Legen van het waterreservoir

De vochtigheid van het wasgoed wordt
verwijderd en gecondenseerd tijden
het droogproces en het ontstane water
verzameld zich in het waterreservoir. Leeg het
waterreservoir na elke droogcyclus.

Gecondenseerd water is niet drinkbaar!

A

Verwijder nooit het waterreservoir zolang

A

het programma loopt!

Indien u vergeet om het waterreservoir
leeg te maken, zal de machine stoppen
tijdens de volgende droogcycli wanneer het
reservoir vol is en het waarschuwingslampje
“Waterreservoir” begint te knipperen. Als dit
het geval is, druk dan op de knop Starten /

Pauze / Annuleren om het drogen te hervatten

nadat u het reservoir hebt leeggemaakt.
Afwateren van het waterreservoir:

1. Trek de lade open en verwijder het
waterreservoir voorzichtig

2. Maak het waterreservoir leeg.

3. Indien er pluizen zitten in de trechter van
het waterreservoir, spoel dit dan weg
onder stromen water.

4. Plaats het waterreservoir terug in zijn

behuizing.

Het reiningen van de filterlade

Pluizen en vezels die niet door het pluizenfilter

werden opgevangen zijn geblokkeerd in de
filterlade achter de beschermingsplaat.

Reinig de filterlade na elke 3 droogbeurten

Er bevindt zich een tweefasefilter in de
filterlade. De eerste fase is de filterladespons

places where it will be exposed to

• Your product can be operated at

temperatures between +5°C and
+35°C. If the operating conditions fall
outside of this range, operation of the
product will be adversely affected and

2 Installation

3 Preparations for drying

Things to be done for energy
saving

Following information will help you use

the product in an ecological and energy-

efficient manner.

• Operate the product at a capacity

suitable for the program you have
selected and pay attention not to
overload.

• Spin your laundry at the highest

speed possible when washing them.
Thus, the drying time is shortened
and energy consumption is reduced.

• Dry the same type of laundry

together.

• Follow the instructions in the user

manual for programme selection.

• Leave sufficient clearance at the

front and rear side of the dryer for
air circulation. Do not block the
ventilation grills at the front side of the
product.

• Do not open the loading door of

the machine during drying unless
necessary. If you must certainly open
the loading door, do not to keep it
open for a long time.

• Do not add new (wet) laundry during

drying.

• Lint and fibres released from the

laundry to the air during the drying
cycle are collected in the Lint Filter.
Clean the lint filter before or after each
drying cycle.

• Clean the filter drawer regularly either

Dry less durable laundry with this

programme. Recommended for

synthetics.

programmes are available in the machine.

• Express

You can use this program to dry your

cotton laundry that you have spun at
high speeds in your washing machine.
This program dries 1 kg cotton laundry (3

Shirts/3T-shirts) in 59 minutes.

To obtain better results from your

C

dryer, your laundry must be washed
at suitable programs and spun at the
recommended speed in the washing
machine.

• Shirt

This programme dries the shirts more
sensitively and creases them less and
thus, helps to iron them more easily.

There may be a little moisture on the

C

shirts at the end of the programme.
We recommend you not to leave the
shirts in the dryer.

• Jeans

Use this programme to dry your jeans
that are spun at high speeds in the
washing machine.

• Mixed

Use this programme to dry non-

pigmenting synthetic and cotton laundry
items together.

• Sport

Use this programme to dry together the
synthetic and cotton laundry items and
the laundry items made of mixed fabrics.

• Wool Refresh

You can use this program to ventilate

and soften your woolen laundry that can
be washed in the washing machine. Do
not use this program to dry your laundry
completely. Take out your laundry and
ventilate them immediately after the
program is over.

• Daily

This program is used to dry cottons and
synthetics daily, and lasts for 100 minute.

• BabyProtect

This program is used for baby clothes
that bear machine dryable approval on its
label.

• Delicates

You can dry your highly delicate laundry

that are suitable for drying or laundry

which is advised to be hand-washed at a

lower temperature.

It is recommended to use a cloth bag

C

to prevent certain delicate laundry
from getting creased or damaged.
Take your laundry immediately out
of the dryer and hang them after the
program is over in order to prevent
them from getting creased.

• Ventilation

Only ventilation is performed for 10

minutes without blowing hot air. You can

air the clothes that have been kept at
closed environments for a long time and
deodourise unpleasant odours thanks to
this programme.

• Timer programmes

You can select one of the 10 min., 20

min., 30 min., 40 min., 50 min., 60 min.,
80 min., 100 min., 120 min., 140 min.
and 160 min. timer programmes to
achieve the desired final drying level at
low temperatures.

With this programme, the machine

dries for the time selected regardless
of the dryness level.

Auxiliary functions

Audio Warning

The machine will give an audio warning
when the programme comes to an end.
If you do not want the machine give an

audio warning, press the Volume Level

button repeatedly until "x" appears on the
display. Use the same button to adjust
the volume level.

You can activate this function either

C

before or after the programme starts.

Cancel

Dryness level

Used to adjust the required dryness level.
More drying is performed compared

to the default settings when "+" sign
appears and less drying is performed

when "-" sign appears. Programme

duration can change depending on the
selection.

You can activate this function only

Anti-creasing

You can use Anti-creasing function to

prevent laundry from creasing if you will
not take the laundry out after the program
has come to an end. This program
rotates the laundry in every 240 second
for 2 hours to prevent creasing.

Anti-creasing is activated but the

programme is still running in the first
display image below. Drying cycle is

completed and the Anti-creasing step has

started in the second display image.

Changing the contrast

Adjust the display contrast in order to
make the symbols on the display appear
clearer. It may particularly be necessary to
change the contrast setting of the display
when the dryer is installed over a washing
machine.

Press and hold the Spin Speed / Timer
Programme button for 3 seconds.

When the contrast is changed, all
symbols on the display will appear for
3 seconds in order to indicate that the
process is complete.

Perform the same procedure to revert

C

back to the previous contrast setting.

Warning symbols

Warning symbols may differ

according to the model of your
machine.

Lint filter cleaning

When the programme is completed, a
warning symbol will appear to remind that
the filter needs to be cleaned.

If the Filter Cleaning symbol flashes

C

continuously, refer to “Troubleshooting”
section.

Water tank

When the programme is completed, a
warning symbol will appear to remind that
the water tank needs to be drained.
If the water tank becomes full while
the programme is running, the warning

symbol will start to flash and machine will
pause. Drain the water in the water tank

and press Start / Pause / Cancel button

to resume the programme. The warning
symbol turns off and the programme
resumes operating.

Cleaning of filter drawer

Warning symbol flashes with certain
intervals to remind that the filter drawer
needs to be cleaned.

Loading door open

This warning symbol appears when the
loading door of the dryer is open.

Time Delay

Time Delay function allows you to delay
the startup of the programme up to 24
hours.

1. Open the loading door and put the
laundry in.

2. Select the drying programme, spin

speed and, if required, the auxiliary

functions.

3. Press Time Delay buttons + and - to

set the desired time delay. The Time
Delay symbol will flash.

4. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button.

The Time Delay starts to count down.
The Time Delay symbol lights up.
Start symbol appears. The “:” in the
middle of the displayed delay time will
start flashing.

Additional laundry may be loaded

C

/ taken out during the Time Delay

period. At the end of the Time Delay
countdown process, Time Delay
symbol disappears, drying process
starts and the programme duration
is displayed. The time on the display
is the total of normal drying time and
delay time.

Time Delay is activated by pressing the

Start / Pause / Cancel button in the

above display image.

Changing the delay time

If you want to change the time during
countdown:

1. Press Start / Pause / Cancel

button for 3 seconds to cancel the

programme. Repeat the Time Delay

procedure for the desired time.

2. Set the desired delay time with Time

Delay + and - buttons. The Time

Delay symbol will flash.

3. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button.

The Time Delay starts to count down.
The Time Delay symbol lights up.

Pause symbol disappears. Start

symbol appears.

4. The “:” in the middle of the displayed
delay time will start flashing.

Cancelling the Time Delay

If you want to cancel the Time Delay
countdown and start the programme
immediately:

1. Press Start / Pause / Cancel

button for 3 seconds to cancel the
programme.

2. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button

to start the programme you have
previously selected.

Starting the programme

Press Start / Pause / Cancel button to

start the programme.

Start / Pause symbol will light up to

indicate that the programme has started
and ":" symbol between the remaining
time will continue flashing.

Progress of programme

Drying

Progress of a running programme is

indicated on the display by means of a
set of symbols.
At the beginning of each programme
step, the relevant symbol in the series of
symbols will light up and thus, at the end
of the programme, all symbols will remain
lit up. The rightmost symbol on the
display indicates the step being carried
out.

Drying

Drying symbol lights up in all programmes
apart from ventilation.

Iron Dry

Starts to illuminate when the dryness level
reach Iron Dry step.

Cupboard dry

Starts to illuminate when the dryness level
reach Wardrobe Dry step.

Extra dry

Starts to illuminate when the dryness level
reach Wardrobe Dry Extra step.

Ventilation

Ventilation symbol illuminates when the

programme comes to an end.

Anti-creasing symbol will illuminate

C

at the end of the programme if Anti-

creasing function is activated.

Child-proof Lock

Machine is equipped with a Childproof

Lock which prevents interfering with the
current programme flow by pressing
any button. All buttons except the On
/ Off button on the control panel are

deactivated when the Child-proof Lock is

active.
In order to activate the Childproof Lock,

press Audio Warning and Anti-Creasing

buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
To start a new programme after the
current programme is over or to interrupt

the current programme, the Child-proof
Lock should be deactivated. Press the

same buttons for 3 seconds again to

deactivate the Child-proof Lock.

Lock symbol will appear on the

C

display when the Child-proof Lock is

activated.

Child-proof Lock is deactivated when

C

the machine is switched off and on
with On / Off button.

When the Child-proof Lock is activated:

• Display symbols will not change
even if the position of Programme

Selection knob is changed while the
machine is running or in halt.

• If the Child-proof Lock is deactivated

after changing the position of

the Programme Selection knob

while the machine is running, the
machine stops and new programme
information is displayed.

Changing the programme after
it has started

After the machine starts, you can change
the selected programme and dry your
laundry in a different programme.

1. If you want to select Extra Dry

programme instead of Iron Dry
programme, press and hold the

Start / Pause / Cancel button for 3

seconds to cancel the programme.

2. Select Extra Dry programme by

turning the Programme Selection

knob.

3. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button

to start the programme.

You can also select a new

C

programme by turning the

Programme Selection knob while the

machine is operating. In this case,
current programme is aborted and
the new programme information
appears on the display.

Adding / removing laundry in Pause
mode

In order to add or take out laundry after
the drying programme has started:

1. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button
to switch the machine to Pause

mode. Drying process will stop.

2. While in Pause mode, open the

loading door, add or take out laundry
and close the loading door.

3. Press Start / Pause / Cancel button

to start the programme.

Any laundry added after the drying

C

process has started may cause the
clothes that are already dried in the
machine intermingle with wet clothes
and the result will be wet laundry after
the drying process is over.

You may repeat laundry adding

C

or removing process as many
times as you desire during drying.

However, this process will increase

the programme time and energy
consumption since the drying
process will be interrupted repeatedly.
Therefore, it is recommended to add
laundry before the drying programme
has started.
If you select a new programme by

C

turning the Programme Selection
knob while your machine is in Pause

mode, then the current program
is aborted and new programme
information is displayed.

Do not touch the inner surface of

the drum when adding or taking
out laundry while a programme is
running. Surfaces of the drum are
hot.

Canceling the programme

If you want to stop drying and cancel
the programme for any reason after the
machine has started to run, press and

hold the Start / Pause / Cancel button

for 3 seconds. Lint Filter Cleaning and
Water Tank warning symbols light up and
"End" label appears on the display as a
reminder at the end of this period.

excessively hot when you cancel
the programme while the machine
is running, activate the ventilation
program to cool it down.

Machine will stop if you turn the

it is operating. In this case, current

There are dampness sensors in the
machine that detect whether the laundry
is dry or not.
To clean the sensors:

1. Open the loading door of the
machine.

2. Allow the machine to cool down if it is
still hot due to the drying process.

3. Wipe the metal surfaces of the sensor
with a soft cloth, dampened with
vinegar and dry them.

Draining the water tank

Dampness of the laundry is removed and
condensed during drying process and the
water that arise accumulates in the water
tank. Drain the water tank after each
drying cycle.

Condensed water is not potable!

Never remove the water tank when

the programme is running!

If you forget to drain the water tank, the

machine will stop during the subsequent

drying cycles when the water tank is full
and the Water Tank warning symbol will
flash. If this is the case, drain the water

tank and press Start / Pause / Cancel

button to resume the drying cycle.
To drain the water tank:

1. Pull the drawer and remove the water

tank carefully.

2. Drain the water in the tank.

3. If there is lint accumulation in the
funnel of the water tank, clean it
under running water.

4. Place the water tank into its seat.

Cleaning the filter drawer

Lint and fibre that could not be captured
by the lint filter are blocked in the filter
drawer behind the kick plate.

Clean the filter drawer once every 3

A

drying cycles.

There is a two-level filter in the filter

drawer. The first level is the filter drawer
sponge and the second level is the filter
cloth.
To clean the filter drawer:

1. Press the kick plate button to open

the kick plate.

2. Remove the filter drawer cover by

turning it in the direction of arrow.

6. Clean lint, fibre, and cotton raveling
on the filter cloth by hand or with a
soft piece of cloth.

3. Pull out the filter drawer.

4. Open the filter drawer by pressing the
red button.

5. Take out the filter drawer sponge.

When you notice a layer that may

C

lead clogging on filter cloth, please
clean the layer by washing in
warm water. Let the filter cloth dry
thoroughly before installing back the
filter drawer.

7. Hand-wash the filter drawer’s sponge
to remove hair and lint on it. Squeeze

the sponge by hand to remove
excessive water.
It is not necessary to clean the

C

sponge if lint and fibre accumulation
on it is not significant.

8. Place the sponge back into its place.

9. Close the filter drawer as to lock the
red button.

10. Place the filter drawer back into its

place, turn the filter drawer cower
clockwise making sure that it is
closed securely.

Cleaning the evaporator

Clean the lints accumulated on the fins
of the evaporator located behind the filter
drawer with a vacuum cleaner.

11. Close the kick plate cover.

Drying without the filter drawer

6 Troubleshooting

Drying process takes too much time.

• Pores of the lint filter are clogged. >>> Wash the lint filter with warm water.

• Filter drawer is clogged. >>> Clean the sponge and the filter cloth in the filter drawer.

• Ventilation grids on the front side of the machine are blocked. >>> Remove the

objects (if any) that block ventilation in front of the ventilation grids.

• Ventilation is not sufficient since the room where the machine is installed is
very small. >>> Open the door and window of the room to avoid the room

temperature increase too much.

• Lime deposit has built up on the dampness sensor. >>> Clean the dampness
sensor.

• Excessive laundry is loaded. >>> Do not load the dryer in excess.

• Laundry is not spun sufficiently. >>> Spin your laundry at a higher speed in your

washing machine.

Laundry comes out wet at the end of drying.

After drying, the hot clothes feel damper than their actual dampness level.

C

• It is likely that the selected programme did not suit the laundry type.>>>Checking
the care labels on clothes, select appropriate programme for the laundry type or
use timer programmes in addition.

• Pores of the lint filter are clogged. >>> Wash the lint filter with warm water.

• Filter drawer is clogged. >>> Clean the sponge and the filter cloth in the filter

drawer.

• Excessive laundry is loaded. >>> Do not load the dryer in excess.

• Laundry is not spun sufficiently. >>> Spin your laundry at a higher speed in your

washing machine.

Dryer does not switch on or the programme does not start. Dryer does not start
when it is set.

• It is not plugged in. >>> Make sure that the machine is plugged in.

• The loading door is ajar. >>> Make sure that the loading door is closed securely.

• Programme is not selected or the Start / Pause / Cancel button is not pressed.
>>> Make sure that the programme is selected and the machine is not in Pause

mode.

• Childproof Lock is activated. >>> Deactivate the Childproof Lock.

Programme is interrupted without any cause.

• Loading door is ajar. >>> Make sure that the loading door is closed securely.

• There was a power failure. >>> Press Start / Pause / Cancel button to start the

programme.

• Water tank is full. >>> Drain the water tank.

Laundry has shrunk, become felted or deteriorated.

• A programme suitable for the laundry type is not used. >>> Check the garment
tag and select a programme suitable for the fabric type.

Drum lighting does not turn on. (On models with lamp)

• Dryer is not switched on with the On / Off button. >>> Make sure that the dryer is
switched on.

• Lamp is defective. >>> Call Authorized Service Agent to have the lamp replaced.

End/Anti-creasing symbol is on.

• Anti-creasing programme is activated in order to prevent laundry that has
remained in the machine from creasing. >>> Turn off the dryer and take out the

laundry.

End symbol is on.

• Programme is over. Turn off the dryer and take out the laundry.

Lint Filter Cleaning symbol is on.

• Lint filter is not cleaned. >>> Clean the lint filter.

Lint Filter Cleaning symbol is flashing.

• Filter housing is clogged with lints. >>> Clean the lint filter housing.

• A deposit has built up on the lint filter pores that may cause clogging. >>> Wash

the lint filter with warm water.

• Filter drawer is clogged. >>> Clean the sponge and the filter cloth in the filter
drawer.

Water leaks from the loading door

• Lint has accumulated on the inner surfaces of the loading door and on the
surfaces of the loading door gasket. >>> Clean the inner surfaces of the loading

door and the surfaces of the loading door gasket.

Loading door opens spontaneously.

• Loading door is ajar. >>> Push the loading door to close until you hear a locking
sound.

Water Tank warning symbol is on/flashing.

• Water tank is full. >>> Drain the water tank.

• Water draining hose is bent. >>> If the product is connected directly to a

wastewater drain, check the water drain hose.

Filter Drawer Cleaning warning symbol is flashing.

• Filter drawer is not cleaned. >>> Clean the sponge and the filter cloth in the filter
drawer.

If you cannot eliminate the problem although you follow the instructions in this

section, consult your dealer or the Authorized Service Agent. Never try to repair a

nonfunctional product yourself.
