directedto256presetpositionsusingguardtour.

cover.Thesystemensuresthatthecamerasalwaysoperateatanoptimal
temperaturetoreducewearandteartomaintainthecameras’lifetime.

SwitchusinganIP66-ratedmulti-connectorcable[1],whichattaches
tothecamerawithasimpleclick.Throughthemediaconverterswitch,
themulti-connectorcableenablesthecameratoreceivepower(power
supply[2]notincluded),andsendandreceivedatatoandfromexternal
alarmdevicesandthenetwork.TwoSFPslotsandtwoRJ45connectors
inthemediaconverterswitchgiveinstallerstheexibilitytonetworkthe
camerascost-effectivelyoverlongdistancesinadaisychainorinaring

topologyforincreasedreliabilityintheeventofasinglepointoffailure.
(IGMPlteringisnotsupportedandringtopologyrequiresaswitchsup­portingIEEE802.1DSpanningTreeProtocol).TheRJ45connectorscan
alsobeusedforconnectiontocomplementarycamerassuchasather­malcameraortemporarilytoalaptoptoservicethesystemlocally.With
bayonetconnection[3],anAXISQ60-CcameraattacheseasilytoAxis’
standardmountingaccessories.Supportforshockdetectionenablesthe
cameratotriggeranalarmifithasbeenhit.
