Start Ihres Pelletkaminofens

Drehen Sie den Drehknopf im
Uhrzeigersinn von der Aus­gangsstellung bis zum An­schlag. Ihr Ofen startet: die
Flamme rechts oben beginnt
grün zu blinken. Das bedeu­tet, Ihr Ofen befindet sich nun
in der Startphase. Die START­PHASE läuft vollautomatisch
ab. Dabei werden die PEL­LETS entzündet. Der Feuer­raum wird auf Betriebstempe-

Der Ofen zeigt den Abschluss

Ihr CLOU PELLET ist damit für
Ihre gewünschte Leistungs­einstellung bereit.

Hinweis

Wir empfehlen den Ofen nach der
Startphase mindestens ½ Stunde
auf Stufe 5 zu heizen. Die Ausklei­dung im Feuerraum – das Kera­mott – benötigt zum Freibrennen
von Ruß und Ablagerungen rund
400 °C im Feuerraum. Mit dieser
Feuerraumtemperatur bleibt das
Keramott weiß.

Reset-Knopf bei
geöffnetem Tankdeckel

Fehlermeldung

Ihr CLOU PELLET zeigt FEHLER gut
ersichtlich und leicht verständlich in
FARBKOMBINATIONEN an (Siehe Feh­lerbeschreibungen auf S. 12 bis 15). Bei
Auftreten eines Fehlers stoppt der Ofen.
Und die Flamme rechts oben leuch­tet rot. Zusätzlich leuchten ein oder
mehrere Leistungsfelder verschieden
färbig – abhängig vom Fehler. Anhand
des Leuchtbildes können Sie rasch die
Fehlerursache ausmachen. Angezeigte
Fehler können nach Behebung der Feh­lerquelle mit dem Drehregler gelöscht
werden. Dazu muss der Drehregler von
der 3-Uhr-Position im Uhrzeigersinn
zu jeder beliebigen Leistungsstufe und
rasch zurück auf die 3-Uhr-Position
bewegt werden.

Alarmmeldung

Ihr CLOU PELLET informiert Sie über
Störungen am Leistungsfeld via farb­lich dargestellte ALARMMELDUNGEN
(Siehe Alarmbeschreibungen auf S. 10
bis 11). Bei Alarmmeldungen leuchtet
die FLAMME rechts oben gelb. Die

Alarmmeldung ist zu verfolgen und zu
beheben. Zur Löschung eines Alarmes
gibt es einen RESET-KNOPF (siehe
Bild). Der Reset-Knopf ist zugänglich
sobald Sie den Tankdeckel heben.

Reset-Knopf

Der Reset-Knopf ist nach Öffnen des
Tankdeckels vorne rechts zugänglich.
Sie benötigen diesen Knopf zum BE­FÜLLEN DES SCHNECKENSCHACH­TES bei der Erstinbetriebnahme und
nach Schneckenschachtreinigungen.
Drücken Sie für diese Funktion den
Knopf permanent (Achtung Zeitlimit: 255
Sekunden).

Mit dem Reset-Knopf lassen sich auch
alle ALARME quittieren. Der Reset-Knopf
muss dazu nur kurz gedrückt werden.

WICHTIG

Bei einer Alarmmeldung arbeitet Ihr Clou
Pellet ungestört weiter. Bei einer Fehler­meldung wird der Betrieb bis zur Behe­bung unterbrochen.

Einstellen der gewünschten Heizleistung

Das Leuchtfeld ist in 5 Leuchtsegmen­te eingeteilt. Abhängig von der mit dem
DREHKNOPF gewählten Leistungsstu­fe leuchten 1 - 5 Felder. Je mehr Fel­der leuchten, desto höher ist die Heiz­leistung. Sie können Ihre gewünschte
Heizleistung unmittelbar nach dem
Start einstellen. Drehen Sie dazu den
Drehknopf einfach gegen den Uhrzei­gersinn auf die gewünschte Leistungs-

stufe 5, 4, 3, 2 oder 1 (siehe Abb. auf
der rechten Seite). Nach dem Einstellen
der gewünschten Leistungsstufe wird
Ihre Auswahl mit einem kurzen Blinken
nach ca. 5 Sekunden bestätigt. Ab die­sem Zeitpunkt arbeitet Ihr Ofen in der
ausgewählten Leistungsstufe.

Einstellen der Raumsolltemperatur

Diese Temperatur können Sie zu je­dem beliebigen Zeitpunkt einstellen
und ändern. Drehen Sie dazu den
Drehknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
bis zur 3-Uhr-Position bei der grün
leuchtenden Flamme – danach drehen
Sie den Drehknopf unmittelbar im Uhr­zeigersinn auf Anschlag. Die gesam­te Skala leuchtet nun magenta – jetzt
befinden Sie sich im Raumsolltempe­ratur-Modus. Der Einstellbereich der
Raumsolltemperatur ist im Bereich +5
°C (Frostschutz) bis +40 °C möglich.

Welchen Temperaturwert Ihre Auswahl
darstellt, sehen Sie anhand des Infor­mationsklebers auf der Innenseite Ihres
Tankdeckels. Nach dem Einstellen der
gwünschten Raumsolltemperatur wird
Ihre Auswahl mit dem Blinken nach ca.
5 Sekunden bestätigt.

Um zurück in den Heizleistungs-Modus
(weiß leuchtend) zu gelangen, gehen Sie
wie folgt vor: Drehknopf gegend en Uhr­zeigersinn bis zur leuchtenden Flamme
/ 3 Uhr Position drehen. Danach unmit­telbar im Uhrzeigersinn den Drehknopf
mit dem Zeiger bis zur gewünschten
Heizleistungs-Einstellung drehen. Die
Skala wird dann entsprechend hellweiß
hinterleuchtet (Siehe Grafiken auf Seite
6 und 7).

Anmerkungen

Die Warncodemitteilung „NIEDRIGER PEL­LET-FÜLLSTAND“ wird angezeigt. Diese Alarm­meldung zeigt jeder neue Ofen vor Befüllung und
Rücksetzen des Füllstandes via RESET KNOPF.

WARTUNGSBEDARF.

Reinigung des Ofen durch einen autorisierten

Beschreibung

Die Wartung des Ofen ist vor Ablauf der war­tungsfreien Betriebsstunden notwendig.

Anmerkungen

Die Temperaturen in den Abgaskanälen sind
sehr hoch. Eine Wartung wird daher dringend
empfohlen.

Lösung

Reinigung durch autorisierten AUSTROFLAMM
SERVICETECHNIKER.

Die Speicherbatterie C2032 im Controller ist

Diese Batterie ist bei Auslieferung nicht aktiviert.

Schutzstreifen verhindert die Aktivierung.

Dieser Schutzstreifen im Controller muss bei In-

betriebnahme herausgezogen werden. Damit wird

der Alarm gelöscht. Die Batterie C2032 ist alle 2

Jahre im Rahmen des Service zu wechseln.

Der Tankdeckel muss bei Betrieb geschlossen sein.

Bleibt der Tankdeckel während des Betriebes

länger als 255 Sekunden geöffnet, schaltet der

Ofen ab, geht in STANDBY-MODE und startet nach

Erststart, nach der Schneckenschachtreinigung oder nach

muss vor dem Start des Ofens erfolgen. Der RESET-KNOPF

ordnungsgemäßer Akühlung selbst neu.

Der Tankdeckel muss zur manuellen Befüllung beim

Leerlaufen der Schnecke manuell geöffnet werden. Das

ist während der manuellen Befüllung permanent zu drü-

cken. (Zeitlimit 255 Sekunden / Alarmvermeidung).

Datenaustausch zwischen CONTROLLER und
USER INTERFACE.

Anmerkungen

Dieser Fehler tritt auf, wenn dem Controller via
Netzwerkbuchse auf der Rückseite des Ofen
Daten eingespielt werden.

Mit Ende des Datenstroms löscht sich der Fehler

Beschreibung

Der Fehler wird gemeldet, wenn das Rauchgasg­beläse während des Starts oder im BRENN-Mo­dus zu maximaler Leistung gezwungen wird.

Anmerkungen

Wird der AUTOMATISCHE START gestoppt bzw.
besteht eine Undichtheit (Feuerraumtür nicht ge­schlossen, blauer Schlauch der Differenzdruck­messung undicht, …) folgt diese Fehlermeldung.

Die zuläßige Temperatur im Bereich der Schnecke und

/ oder des Pellettanks wurde überschritten.

Anmerkungen

Dieser Fehler tritt zumeist auf, wenn der Schnecken-

schacht starke Pelletstaubablagerungen aufweist.

Lösung

Ofen abkühlen lassen; Schneckenschacht reinigen; Sicher-

heitstemperaturbegrenzer zurücksetzen (Mit der Hand die

Plastikabdeckung des STB abschrauben. Den grünen Stift hin-

eindrücken / Position Ofenrückseite neben dem Netzschalter).

Das Fühlerkabel ist auf der Rückseite des Ofen oberhalb des Netz-

schalters ca. 20 cm aus dem Ofen herausgeführt. Dieses Kabel ist

defekt. Wichtig: Der Ofen funktioniert ohne Raumthermostat(kabel)

nicht. Sollte ein externes Raumthermostat angeschlossen und aktiv

sein, ist der Fehler bei diesem Funktionsteil zu suchen.

• Der BRENNTOPF Ihres CLOU PEL­LET muss vor jeder Inbetriebnahme
entleert werden. Nur ein gereinigter
Brenntopf garantiert eine sichere Ent­zündung beim Start und eine saube­re Verbrennung im Betrieb. Mit dem
mitgelieferten Hebewerkzeug (siehe
Abbildungen) lässt sich der Brenntopf
leicht und sicher herausnehmen und
zum Entleerungsplatz transportieren.

• Der Feuerraum Ihres Pellet Kamino­fens soll bei Betrieb nach mindes­tens 1 Woche ausgesaugt werden.

• Die Scheibe Ihres Pellet Kaminofens
bleibt bei Betrieb bis zu 16 Stunden
uneingeschränkt einsehbar. Danach
empfehlen wir die Scheibe mit Schei­benreiniger und einem weichen Reini­gungspapier zu säubern.

• Nach jeder Heizperiode muss der
Pellet Kaminofen von einem autorisier­ten AUSTROFLAMM SERVICETECH­NIKER gewartet werden (Dabei werden
die Rauchgaskanäle gereinigt und alle
Dichtungen überprüft – falls notwen­dig ersetzt. Die Türeinstellung wird auf
Dichtheit geprüft. Das Rauchgasgeblä­se samt Gehäuse wird gereinigt. Der
Betriebsstundenzähler wird wieder zu­rückgesetzt, ...).

TURNING KNOB during START UP

Move the TURNING KNOB
clockwise from the START POSI­TION to the END POSITION. Your
CLOU starts : The Flame Symbol
on the right side starts blinking
green. The display lighters bright
white. That indicates, the stoves
is in the START UP MODE. The
START UP does work complet­ly automatic. During the START
UP the pellets get ignited. The
Fire Chamber gets heated up to
operation temperature. The AU­TOMATIC START UP does last
approximately 20 minutes.

Display of Errors

Your CLOU PELLET does show Errors very
visible and plain with COLOR CODES. (See
COLOR CODES OVERVIEW Page 12 – 14).
Any Error does stop the stove from operati­on. And the flame on the top right side does
light red. Depending on the character of the
error one or more Performance Stages are
colored by light. By the color of this light you
will know the reason for the error. After the
error is solved you have to delete the ER­ROR. Therefore move the TURNING KNOB
frantle 3:00 o´clock position speedy clockwi­se to any performance stage and back to the
3:00 o´clock position.

Display of Alerts

Your CLOU does inform you about FUNCTI­ON ALERTS. If an Alert shows up the Flame
on the Top right side will lighten permanent
yellow. In addition – based of the kind of alert
– one or more PERFORMANCE STAGES will
lighten colored (See ALERT OVERVIEW Page
10 – 11). Any Alert has to be followed up
and cleared. For deleting an Alert you have
to push the RESET BUTTON short. To get
acces to the RESET KNOB you have to lift

the HOPPER LID (See Picture). If an ALERT
shows up – the stove will stay in operation.

Reset Button

The RESET BUTTON is accessible after the
Hopper Lid is lifted. You do need this BUT­TON for MANUAL FEEDING and DELETING
ALERTS.

MANUAL FEEDING is requisite before the
FIRST START and after any CLEANING of
the AUGE SHAFT.

IMPORTANT

To get the FUNCTION MANUAL FEEDING
you have to push the RESET BUTTON per­manent. After 3 seconds the Auger will start
to turn. The AUGER will turn as long as you
push this button. You do have a time frame
of 255 seconds for MANUAL FEEDING. After
255 seconds the alert A006 will show up. To
prevent getting this error close the hopper
lid before 255 seconds. And start feeding
manual again (if the Auger Shaft is completly
empty, it twill take approx. 3 – 4 Minutes to
get Pellets dropping down into the Burn Pot).

Adjusting the desired

After the START UP the display does show: Lighted Performance area, permanently green Flame.

HEATING PERFORMANCE

The Lightnig Display does have 5 seg­ments. Depending on the set perfor­mance stage 1 – 5 segments are light­ning bright white (As more segements
are lightning as stronger the HEATING
PERFORMANCE). The desired HEA­TING PERFORMACE can be set im­mediatly after the START. To set the
desired HEATING PERFORMANCE you
have to move the TURNING KNOB af-

ter the START ADVICE counterclockwi­se to the position of the desired stage
(See Pictures on the next page). 5 se­conds after you have done a new set­ting with the TURNING KNOB the dis­play will start to blink for several times
and then keep on lighten permanent.
With the blinking the controller confirms
that your new advice is accepted.

Setting the desired ROOM TEMPERATURE

TEMPERATURE SETTING MODE / Example DESIRED TEMPERATURE +40 °C

You are allowed to set the DESIRED
ROOM TEMPERATURE at any time
between 0 °C – 40 °C. To set or chan­ge the Temperature you have to switch
from PERFORMANCE MODE (Bright
White LIGHTNING DISPLAY) to TEM­PERATURE SETTING MODE (MAGEN­TA LIGHTNING DISPLAY). Therefore
move the TURNING KNOB speedy
counterclockwise till the 3:00 o`clock
position and back clockwise to the
9:00 o´clock position. Now you do have
a Range between 0 °C – 40 °C to set
your desired ROOM TEMPERATURE.

The pictures on the next page do show
you how you have to set the TURNING
KNOB to get your desired room tem­perature (On the inside of the Hopper
LID we have placed a sticker that does
show you also the SETTING RANGE for
the DESIRED ROOM TEMPERATURE!).
Be aware: After any setting of a desi­red temperature value, the lights start
blinking. Herewith the controller does
inform that your Temperature setting is
accepted.

To get back to the PERFORMANCE
MODE, you have to do the following :

Move the TURNING KNOB speedy
counterclockwise till the 3 :00 o´clock
position and back clockwise to the 9:00
o`clock position. The Display will start to
lighten bright white. That confirms that
you are back in the PERFORMANCE
MODE.

Description

Your stove does have a SAFETY TEMPERATURE LIMITER. If the

temperature on the AUGER SHAFT or inside the FUEL TANK does

get too hot, this LIMITER does shut off the POWER SUPPLY.

Comment

If this ERROR gets displayed mainly the AUGER SHAFT is stuffed with dust.

Solution

Let the stove cool down. Clean the Auger shaft. Reset the SAFETY

TEMPERATURE LIMITER. The RESET has to be done on the back side of

the stove. The Reset KNOB does have a black plastic cover. Take off this

cover by turning it counter clockwise. You will see a green pin. Push the

green pin. The RESET is done. Your stove can be started again.

not work without ROOM THERMOSTAT. If your stove is hooked to an

EXTERNAL THERMOSTAT and this part is defect this ERROR CODE

• The BURN POT of your CLOU PEL­LET has to be empty and clean before
every START. Only a clean and empty
BURN POT guarantees a safe and pro­per ignition of the pellets and an enviro­mental friendly combustion. With the
LIFTING TOOL that will come with your
stove, the BURN POT can be taken out
and cleaned at any spot (See picture
below).

• The FIRE BOX of your CLOU has to
be cleaned after every week of opera­tion.

• The glass of your CLOU FIREBOX
DOOR does stay during operation reso­nable clean for approximately 16 hours.
Then we recommend to clean the glass
with a glass cleaner and smooth paper.

• After a HEATING PERIOD your pel­let stove must be serviced by an
AUSTROFLAMM TECHNICIAN (The
EXHAUST CHANNELS are getting
cleaned. All gaskets will be replaced if
necessairy. The tight lock of the door

Affichage des erreurs

Grâce à une combinaison de couleurs,
votre Clou Pellet vous montrera d´une
manière simple et facile les erreurs (Voir
les pages de 16 à 21, les descriptions
des erreurs). A l´apparition d´une erreur,
le poêle s´arrête et la flamme en haut à
droite se met en rouge. En plus, l´indi­cateur de puissance aura une combi­naison de couleur. Une combinaison
de couleurs correspond à une erreur.
Grâce à cette combinaison de couleur,
vous pourrez connaître le type d´erreur.
Après avoir réparé, l´indication peut être
effacée. Pour cela, tourner la molette en
partant de la position 3h (en allant dans
les sens des aiguilles d´une montre) à
tout niveau de puissance et revenir
rapidement en position 3 h.

Affichage des alarmes

Votre Clou Pellet vous informe de tout
problème grâce à une combinaison de
couleurs sur l´indicateur de puissance
(voir les pages 13 à 15). Une alarme sera
indiquée en haut à droite par la flamme
en couleur jaune. Cette alarme doit être

résolue. Pour supprimer cette alarme,
vous avez un bouton RESET (voir photos
ci-dessus). Vous trouverez ce bouton en
soulevant le couvercle du réservoir.

Vous trouverez le bouton RESET en
ouvrant le couvercle du réservoir sur le
côté avant droit. Vous avez besoin de ce
bouton pour remplir manuellement la vis
sans fin lors de la première mise en route
et également pour en effectuer son net­toyage. Pour cela, vous devez appuyer
en permanence sur ce bouton (Attenti­on: le temps de fonctionnement limite
est de 255 secondes).

Ce bouton sert également à supprimer
les alarmes pour cela il faut appuyer
dessus brièvement.

IMPORTANT

Malgré l´affichage d´une alarme, le Clou
Pellet peut continuer à fonctionner par
contre l´affichage d´une erreur arrête le
fonctionnement du Clou Pellet jusqu´à
sa réparation.

L´indicateur se divise en 5 segments
lumineux dépendant de la molette.
Plus les leds sont allumées plus la pu­issance est élevée. Vous pouvez régler
la puissance que vous désirez. Pour
cela, il faut tourner la molette dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d´une montre,
puissance 5, 4, 3, 2 ou 1 (voir les gra­phiques ci-dessous). Après avoir choisi

votre puissance de chauffe, votre choix
vous sera confirmé par un clignotem­ent après environ 5 secondes. A partir
de ce moment votre poêle fonctionnera
dans la puissance que vous avez choi­sie.

L´affichage LED indique la température ambiante / Exemple ci-dessus température ambiante à +40 °C

Vous pouvez à n´importe quel moment
régler et modifier la température ambi­ante. Pour cela, vous devez ramener la
molette vers la flamme lumineuse ver­te en position 3 h – tourner le bouton
immédiatement la molette dans le sens
des aiguilles d´une montre jusqu´à ce
qu´elle soit en butée. L´ensemble de
l´indicateur se mettra en évidence en
couleur magenta. Vous pouvez régler
alors la température voulue. La gamme
de température ambiante est comprise
entre +5 °C (protection contre le gel) et
40 °C possible.

A l´intérieur du couvercle de votre ré­servoir, vous trouverez un autocollant
avec toutes les indications techniques
de la température. Après avoir réglé la
température que vous avez souhaité,
un clignotement dans environ 5 secon­des vous le confirmera.

• Le brazero de votre Clou Pellet
doit être vidé avant toute utilisati­on. Un brazero propre vous garan­tit un allumage correct et une belle
combustion. Vous pouvez sortir fa­cilement le cendrier, le transporter et
le vider, grâce à l´outillage livré avec
votre poêle (voir photo ci-dessous).

• Le foyer doit être nettoyé et as­piré au moins une fois par semaine.

• La vitre de votre poêle à pellets peut
rester jusqu´à 16 heures propre. Au-de­là, il est conseillé de la nettoyer avec
une lingette et un produit nettoyant ad­apté.

• Après chaque période importante de
chauffe du poêle à pellets, il faut ef­fectuer un entretien par un technicien

agréé AUSTROFLAMM (obligatoire­ment devra être nettoyé : les conduits
de fumées, tous les joints devront être
vérifiés et changés si nécessaire, l´étan­chéité de la porte devra être testé,
l´extracteur de fumée sera entièrement
nettoyé, le compteur de service sera
réinitialisé,…).

• GARANTIE
La garantie sera uniquement valable
par un respect total des conditions d´u­tilisation de ce poêle et que l´entretien
obligatoire soit effectué par un technici­en agréé AUSTROFLAMM.

La funzione ECO MODE è disabilitata sul modello Clou Pellet. Clou pellet è dotata di uno speciale
SOFTWARE DI MODULAZIONE del CALORE. Questo software consente al modello CLOU PELLET di
raggiungere in modulazione lo stadio di PERFORMANCE 1 - quando la temperatura ambiente preim­postata viene raggiunta. La stufa non si spegnerà. In questo modo, anche se la stufa funziona con un
braciere sporco, non si verificheranno implosioni. Attenzione: questo è una FUNZIONE DI SICUREZZA!

orario partendo dalla posizi­one di partenza fino a quella
di arresto. La stufa si avvia: la
fiamma a destra inizia a lam­peggiare “verde”. Ciò significa
che ora la stufa si trova in fase­di avvio. La fase di avvio è to­talmente automatica. In ques­ta fase il pellet inizia a bruciare.

Messaggi di errore

Clou Pellet visualizza gli errori in modo chiaro
e comprensibile attraverso delle combinazioni
cromatiche (vedi Panoramica degli errori, da
pagina 12 a pagina 14). Quando compare un
errore, la stufa si arresta e la fiamma a dest­ra si illumina di rosso. Inoltre, una o più tacche
di indicazione della potenza assumono colori
differenti in funzione del tipo di errore. In base
all’immagine che lampeggia, è possibile risali­re rapidamente alla causa dell’errore. Quando
se ne risolve la causa, gli errori visualizzati si
cancellano mediante la manopola proceden­do in senso orario e partendo dalla posizione
corrispondente alle ore 3, girando quindi la
manopola ad un livello qualsiasi di potenza e,
successivamente, riconducendola velocemente
in posizione ore 3.

Messaggi di allarme

Clou Pellet fornisce le informazioni che riguar­dano le anomalie attraverso una combinazione
di colori e le tacche di indicazione della potenza
(vedi Panoramica degli allarmi, da pagina 10 a
pagina 11). In caso di messaggio di allarme, la
fiamma a destra si illumina di giallo. È necessa­rio risalire al messaggio di allarme, risolverlo ed

eliminarlo. Per cancellare un allarme è sufficente
premere il pulsante reset (vedi immagine).

Quando il coperchio del serbatoio è aperto,
è possibile accedere al pulsante RESET pos­to sul lato anteriore a destra. Dovete utilizzare
questo pulsante per riempire manualmente la
coclea in fase di prima accensione ed anche
per effettuarne la pulizia. Per questa funzione,
è necessario premere il pulsante in modo cost­ante. Attenzione al limite di tempo: il coperchio
del serbatoio può restare aperto in modo cont­inuato solo fino a max. 255 secondi. Se questo
tempo viene superato, si verifica un malfunzi­onamento. Con il pulsante reset si cancellano
anche tutti gli allarmi. Per questa funzione, è
sufficiente premerlo brevemente.

IMPORTANTE

Alimentazione manuale in presenza di
un messaggio di allarme, Clou Pel­let continua a funzionare. Se ci si tro­va invece davanti ad un messaggio di
errore, il funzionamento si interrompe fino
alla risoluzione della causa dell’errore.

Impostazione del rendimento desiderato

Il campo luminoso è suddiviso in 5 livelli
che si accendono. In funzione della
potenza selezionata con la manopola,
i livelli da 1 a 5 si illuminano di bianco.
Più livelli si illuminano, maggiore sarà
il rendimento. Al termine dell’avvio, è
possibile impostare immediatamente
il rendimento desiderato. E’ sufficiente
girare la manopola in senso antiorario
e portarla sulla potenza desiderata: 5,
4, 3, 2 o 1 (vedi figure pagina a destra).

Dopo aver impostato la potenza desi­derata, passati 5 secondi, un breve
lampeggiamento conferma la scelta ef­fettuata. Al termine della fase di avvio,
regolata in automatico, la stufa si attiva
con la potenza selezionata.

Impostazione della temperatura ambiente

Questo parametro si può impostare
e modificare in qualsiasi momento. E’
sufficiente ruotare la manopola in senso
antiorario in direzione della fiamma ver­de, fino alla posizione ore 3; poi girarla
immediatamente in senso orario, fino a
raggiungere la posizione ore 9. L’intera
scala graduata si illumina color magen­ta. Potete ora impostare la temperatura
ambiente desiderata. Il campo di im­postazione della temperatura varia da
+5 °C (protezione antigelo) a +40 °C.

All’interno del coperchio del serbatoio,
è presente un’etichetta adesiva riport­ante le indicazioni tecniche relative alla
temperatura. Dopo aver impostato la
temperatura ambiente, passati 5 se­condi, un breve lampeggiamento con­ferma la scelta eseguita.

Per tornare in modalità di impostazione
del rendimento (LED bianchi), proce­dere come indicato di seguito: girare la
manopola in senso antiorario fino a rag­giungere la fiamma verde illuminata in
posizione ore 3; poi ruotare immediata­mente in senso orario la manopola con
l’indicatore rivolto verso l’impostazione
del rendimento desiderato. La scala
graduata viene retroilluminata di bianco
(vedi immagini a pag. 6 e 7).

Osservazioni

“LIVELLO PELLET INSUFFICIENTE”. Questo
allarme appare su ogni nuovo modello prima del
riempimento manuale della coclea, da effettuarsi
attraverso il tasto RESET.

Soluzione

Riempire di pellet il serbatoio e cancellate l’al­larme premendo brevemente il tasto RESET.

Richiesta manutenzione.

Osservazioni

La stufa può funzionare per circa 1.200 ore sen­za necessitare di manutenzione. Al termine di
questo periodo, la stufa segnala il bisogno di
manutenzione attraverso questo allarme.

Far manutentare la stufa da un tecnico autoriz­zato addetto all’assistenza il quale resetterà il

La batteria CR2032 della centralina è debole.

Descrizione

Osservazioni

La centralina di Clou Pellet è alimentata da una bat-

teria C2032 per salvare dati come timer, ora, data.

Se la batteria si esaurisce, appare questo allarme.

Soluzione

Sostituire la batteria. Attenzione! Su ogni nuova stu-

fa è apposta una linguetta protettiva che va rimossa

in fase di installazione. Una volta rimossa, il segnale

sparirà. La durata della batteria è di circa due anni.

Descrizione

Il coperchio del serbatoio deve essere chiuso

durante il funzionamento.

Osservazioni

Questo allarma appare quando il coperchio del serbatoio rimane aperto

più di 255 secondi. Prestare particolare attenzione quando la coclea è

vuota - es. appena installata, la coclea è vuota e va riempita manualmen-

te tenendo premuto il tasto RESET. Per accedere al tasto occorre tenere

aperto il coperchio del serbatoio. Dopo 255 secondi, questo errore

apparirà. Raccomandiamo quindi di chiudere il coperchio prima dei 255

secondi e ricominciare l’alimentazione della coclea una seconda volta.

Soluzione

Richiudere il coperchio in tempo.

Di solito dipende dalla candeletta.

Soluzione

Controllare che la candeletta scaldi a
sufficienza. Pulire il braciere e accendere la
stufa. Dopo 6-8 minuti, se la candeletta
funziona, il pellet dovrebbe iniziare a bruciare.
Provare più volte e se continua ad apparire
l’errore E101, sostituire la candeletta.

Descrizione

Questo errore appare quando l’estrattore fumi deve
lavorare a massimo regime durante la fase di accensione
o durante le normali fasi di esercizio.

Osservazioni

L’errore appare se si interrompe l’avvio della stufa in fase
di accensione automatica, se l’estrattore fumi ha problemi
o se la camera di combustione non è ermetica (anta non
chiusa perfettamente, guarnizioni consumate, oppure se i
tubi blu della pressione differenziale sono rovinati).

Soluzione

Ricercare la perdita o la causa e risolvere il problema.

e/o del serbatoio del pellet è stata superata.

Osservazioni

Questo errore compare solitamente quando il condot-

to della coclea presenta depositi e residui eccessivi.

Soluzione

Far raffreddare la stufa; pulire il condotto della coclea;

resettare il limitatore della temperatura di sicurezza svitan-

done manualmente la copertura in plastica e spingendo il

perno verde verso l’interno (posizione: sul retro della stufa

accanto all’interruttore di alimentazione).

Clou Pellet è provvista di un sensore di temperatura ambiente.

Descrizione

Il cavo del sensore non è collegato bene oppure è difettoso.

Osservazioni

Nella parte posteriore della Clou, sopra l’interruttore di alimen-

tazione, il cavo del sensore sporge verso l’esterno di circa 20

cm. Questo cavo potrebbe essere difettoso. Importante: senza il

termostato ambiente od il suo cavo, la stufa non funziona. Se la

stufa è collegata ad un termostato ambiente esterno, l’errore non

comparirà ma comunque la stufa non potrà funzionare.

Soluzione

Sostituire il cavo del sensore o il termostato ambiente esterno.

Manutenzione – avvertenze, prescrizioni

• Prima di ogni operazione di ma­nutenzione, è necessario svuotare il
braciere della vostra Clou Pellet. Solo
un braciere pulito garantisce un’ac­censione sicura all’avvio e una com­bustione corretta durante l’esercizio.
L’attrezzo in dotazione (vedi immagi­ne) consente di sollevare il braciere in
modo facile e sicuro e di trasportarlo
nel luogo preposto allo svuotamento.

• In caso di funzionamento regolare, la
camera di combustione della stufa a
pellet deve essere aspirata almeno una
volta alla settimana e ogni qualvolta se
ne presenti la necessità.

• Durante l’esercizio, il vetro rimane pu­lito almeno 16 ore. In seguito, si con­siglia la pulizia del vetro con un panno
morbido ed un prodotto specifico.

• A fine stagione, la stufa a pellet deve
essere sottoposta a manutenzione da
parte di un tecnico autorizzato del ser­vizio di assistenza Austroflamm il quale
effettuerà la pulizia dei condotti fumari
ed il controllo di tutte le guarnizioni, da
sostituire in caso di necessità, il control­lo della tenuta dello sportello; la pulizia
dell’aspiratore fumi e del suo alloggia­mento; il reset del contatore di funzio­namento ...).
