CARATTERISTICHE

LR 435, LR 435 XR: Amplificatori a quattro canali di dimensioni compatte e dalle elevate
caratteristiche musicali. I tratti fondamentali della sofisticata circuitazione sono: stadi "front
end" realizzati con due stadi differenziali complementari, stadi finali costituiti da una tripletta
invertita a simmetria complementare pura, transistors finali con capacità in corrente pari a 15A
ed alimentatore PWM a MOSFET dall'elevata riserva di energia.
LR 435: Quattro canali, singolo o doppio ingresso, previsto per il funzionamento a 4,3 e 2 canali.
LR 435 XR: Quattro canali, singolo o doppio ingresso, crossover elettronico a regolazione
lineare con possibilità di esclusione, uscita HI-PASS/BY-PASS, previsto per il funzionamento
a 4, 3 e 2 canali (crossover escluso) oppure 2 canali per l'HI-PASS e SUB stereo/mono (crossover
inserito).

PRECAUZIONI

· Per un buon funzionamento dell'apparecchio è importante accertarsi che la temperatura nel

luogo dove esso è installato sia compresa tra 0°C e 55°C.

· Il luogo prescelto per l'installazione deve essere ben ventilato ed asciutto.

· La tensione di alimentazione è di 12Vcc con negativo a massa. Acc ertarsi che le caratteristiche

dell'impianto elettrico del veicolo siano adatte per questo apparecchio.

· Per una maggiore sicurezza di guida si consiglia l'ascolto ad un livello tale da non coprire i suoni
provenienti dall'esterno dell'auto.

INSTALLAZIONE

Il fissaggio si effettua mediante il serraggio nelle apposite sedi delle 4 viti e relativi distanziali
in dotazione. Per un'ottima riuscita dell'impianto si consiglia di usare i prodotti della linea
audi son cable che comprendono: cavi di alimentazione, di segnale, per altoparlanti, connettori
RCA e tutti gli accessori per il completamento del cablaggio.

AVVERTENZE

· INGRESSI: Nell'eventualità che il radioriproduttore non avesse in comune la massa di uscita

con il telaio si dovrà collegare la calza nel cavo schermato con il telaio del radioriproduttore.

· USCITE: Non collegare in alcun caso tra loro oppure a massa le uscite -R e -L. Nel caso si utilizzi
un filtro crossover accertarsi che esso non abbia la massa in comune tra i canali.

· REGOLAZIONI: Nel caso si udissero fenomeni di saturazione a livelli di volume non elevato,
significa che il segnale esce distorto dal radioriproduttore. Portare il controllo di volume del
radioriproduttore verso un livello più basso fino alla scomparsa della distorsione. Regolare
successivamente i livelli di taratura dell'amplificatore fino ad udire lievi fenomeni di saturazione.

CHARACTERISTICS

LR 435, LR 435 XR: Four-channels amplifiers, compact in size with high level musical qualities.
The fundamental features of the sophisticated circuitry are; front end stage made with two
differential complementary stages, final stages consisting of a pure complementary symetric
inverted triplet, final transistors with in current capacity equal to 15A, and high energy reserve
PWM power supply with MOSFET.
LR 435: Four channels, single or double input, 4, 3, and 2 channels function.
LR 435 XR: Four channels, single or double input, electronic crossover with linear adjustement
which can also be excluded, HI-PASS / BY-PASS output, 4, 3, and 2 channels function
(crossover off) or 2 channels for HI-PASS and SUB stereo / mono (crossover on).

PRECAUTIONS

·In order for this device to function properly it's important that it be installed in a spot where the

temperature doesn't fall below 0°C (32°F) or rise above 55°C (131°F).

· It must be installed in a dry and well ventilated spot.

· The power supply voltage is 12 Vcc negative to ground. Make sure that the caracteristics of the

vehicle's electrical system are compatible .

· For safe driving it's advised to listen to music at volume level that won't drown out external traffic
noise

INTALLATION

For mounting use 4 self-threading screws and protective plastic rings provided. For a very good
result we suggest to use audison cable products to complete your installation. These include:
power cables, signal cables, speaker wires RCA connectors and all accessories needed to
complete the wiring.

WARNING

· INPUT: If the radio-cassette player's output GND isn't connected to car body, the braided shield

of shielded cable must be connected to the radio-cassette player's chassis.

· OUTPUTS: Never connect the output to ground or each other. If a crossover filters is used sure
the two channels don't have a common ground.

· REGULATION: If you should hear distortion phenomena at moderate volume levels it means
a distorted signal is coming from the radio-cassette player. Turn radio-cassette player volume
down unit there's no longer any distortion.
Then adjust amplifier levels unit just beginning to hear slight distortion phenomena.

DIE EIGENSCHAFTEN:

LR 435, LR 435 XR: 4 Kanal Endstufen, compakt mit excellenten Musikalischen Qualitäten:
Der Aufbau:
Die Vorstufen-Sektion besteht aus zwei Differential Complementär-Stufen.
Die Endstufen bestehen aus rein Complementär-symetrisch invertierten, 3-fach Endtransistoren,
mit einer Eingangs-Strom Kapazität gleich 15 A.
Das Ergebniss ist eine sehr hohe Energyreserve (PWM Netzteil mit MOSFET).
LR 435: 4 Kanal mit Einfach bzw Doppeleingang; 4, 3 und

2 Kanal Funktion.

Weiche und linearer Einstellmöglichkeit.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE:

· Netzteil Voltage: 12 Vcc negativ auf Masse.

· Der Einbauort soll trocken und TemperaturStabil sein (0° C - 55° C).

EINBAU:

Für die Montage der Endstufen sind 4 stk. Plastik Schutzkappen für die Schrauben vorgesehen.
Zur Musikalischen Perfektion empfehlen wir, audison cable anzuwenden: Power cable, Signal
cable, LS cable, chinch stecker sowie Sicherungsblöcke.

WARNU NG:

· Eingang: Falls das Massekabel des Autoradios nicht auf der Karosseriemasse liegt dann muss

das Masse-Kabel von der Endstufe auf das Autoradio-Chassis gelegt werden.

·Output: Nie den Ausgang a uf gemeinsame Masse legen. Ac hten Sie darauf, das passive
Frequenzweichen nie eine gemeinsame Masse haben.

·Abstimmung: Bei der "gain" Abstimmung Empfehlen wir den Volume Regler des Autoradios
auf volle Lautstärke zu stellen und den Gain-Regler der Endstufe so weit zu öffnen bis der Klang
optimal eingestellt ist. Bei auftreten von Verzerrungen kann es auch am Autoradio liegen, bitte
dann die Lautstärke (Volume) reduzieren (leiser stellen und den Endstufen Empfindlichkeits
regler (GAIN) einstellen.

CARACTERISTIQUES

Les amplificateurs 4 canaux LR 435 et LR 435 XR sont des produits compacts de taille rèduite
pour un haut niveau musical. Leur circuit très sophistiquè comporte les éléments fondamentaux
suivants: étage d'entrée comportant lui-même 2 étages différentiels complémentaires, étage de
sortie composé d'un triplet de symétrie pure, transistors de sortie d'une capacité en courant
chaqueum égale à 15 A, et une haute réserve d'énergie de puissance grâce au circuit de type, PWM
utilisant des MOSFET.
LR 435 : 4 canaux, simple ou double entrée, fonctionne en 4, 3 ou 2 canaux.
LR 435 XR: 4 canaux, simple ou double entrée, filtre actif avec ajustement linéaire, commutable,
sorties PASSE HAUT / PASS BAS, fonctionne en 4, 3 on 2 canaux (filtre en position OFF) ou
2 canaux pour PASSE HAUT et sortie SUBWOOFER stéréo/mono (filtre en position ON).

PRECAUTIONS

· Afin que ce produit fonctionne correctement il est très important de veiller à l'installer dans un

endroit où la température ne tombe pas en dessous de 0° ou ne dépasse pas 55°

· L'installation doit être effectuée dans un endroit propre et bien ventilé.

· L'alimentation est de type 12V négatif à la masse. S'assurer que les caractéristiques du véhicule

sont compatibles.

· Pour une conduite en toute sécurité il est rappelé que l'écoute doit être faite à un niveau
n'excédant pas le bruit extérieur du traffic.

INSTALLATION

Pour le montage utiliser les rondelles et vis fournies à cet affet. Pour un résultat optimum il est
recommandé d'utiliser les câbles audison c able pour compléter l'installation. Cela inclue:
Câbles d'alimentation, câbles signal(modulation), câbles pour haut parleurs, connecteurs de type
RCA et tous les accessoires nécessaires pour compléter le branchement.

ATTENTION

· ENTREE: Si la masse de la source n'est pas connectée au corps de la voiture,le fil auxilaire du

câble blindé doit être connecté au chassis de l'auto radio.

· SORTIES: Ne jamais connecter la sortie sur la masse ou l'un avec l'autre. Dans le cas de
l'utilisation d'un filtre actif s'assurer que les 2 canaux n'ont pas de masse commune.

· REGLAGE: Si vous rencontrez un phénomène de distorsion à faible volume cela signifie qu'un
signal distordu provient de l'auto radio. Tourner le volume de l'autoradio vers le bas jusqu'à ne
plus rencontrer ce phénomène. Ensuite ajuster les niveaux de l'amplificateur jusqu'à ceque le
phénomène réapparaisse.
