takes more than one look to process what you’re seeing. You could say we doubled
down, so to speak, when designing certain aspects of the Audi A6. Take, for example, a signature design feature we call the Tornado line. Bisecting the body profile,
it runs strongly along the length of the vehicle to give it a bold, progressive contour
that tells the world that this is the beginning of a narrative that is uniquely yours,
and ensures that a first look will never be the last.

With so much weight put on the importance of detail, it’s worth bringing some things to
light, specifically, our signature LED lighting technology. Developed with purpose in mind,
it nevertheless serves as an equally brilliant design feature. Just consider the form of the
available full LED headlights. The design not only spreads light evenly across the road, but
plays a central role in the vehicle’s character. It sets a precedent that just keeps developing
as you notice the distinctive LED taillights, and how their design mimics the design of the
daytime running lights. Let’s just say there’s a considerable amount of brilliance here.

LED taillights
Brilliant and unmistakable, thanks to a distinctive
look that mimics the design of the LED daytime
running lights, the LED taillights not only help
provide longevity, but a high degree of visibility.
The elegantly arched rear roof line flows eort-
lessly into the design lines running along the side,
framing the taillights. From there, you’ll notice the
new twin-integrated trapezoidal exhaust outlets.
