as below
(1) 325 Kcs, capacitor
input junction of
loop tap and C3.
(2) As No. 1 but 600
Kcs, series generator
feed — capacitor in·
put and 400 ohm
resistor.
(3) As No. 2 but 1500
Kcs.
(4) Repeat 2 and 3 until calibration is correct.
(5) Replace receiver in case, connect outp ut of generator to loop of
wire and place loop about 1 foot from one end of ferrite rod antenna.
(6) 600 Kcs from gener
ato r to loop.
(7) 1500 Kcs from gen
erato r to loop.
(8) Repeat 6 and 7 then seal L1 in position on the ferrite rod.
Set receiver
to
L.F. end of band (i.e.
Gang fully mesh
ed).
Set dial to 600 Kcs.
Set dial to 1500 Kcs.
Set dial to 600 Kcs. L1 on ferrite rod.
Set dial to 1500 Kcs.
Adjust in order for
maximum o utput
Cores of T3, T2, T1
and L3.
Repeat for max.
Core of L2.
Trim mer C6.
Trimmer C2.
