Instructions for Operating, Adjusting & Cleaning the LCSTI-X Condiment Dispenser Pump
NOTE: Clean the pump thoroughly in a sanitizing solution before using it for the first time.
Installation:
1. Selecta diskfrom thecondiment cardto identify theproduct tobe dispensed.
2. Unscrew the insert cover nut from the lever, and place the disk under the clear insert.
Replacethe insertcover nut.
3. Placethe pumpand lidin thecontainerof condiment.
Operation:
To operate the pump, press the lever knob down until it stops; then release it. A brisk, smooth
strokedelivers thecondiment uniformly.
Adjustment:
Adjust the pump to deliver the amount of condiment you require. Depending on the condiment,
thepump candispense upto about1 ½ounces with onestroke.
1. Removethe leverscrew andfold thelever back outof theway.
2. Turn the upper spring cage clockwise for a smaller portion of condiment and
counterclockwisefor alarger portion.
3. Turnthe upper springcage sothe leverfits down in the slot.
4. Replacethe leverand leverscrew.
Cleaning:
Cleanthe pump accordingto theinstructions below.

1. Removethe hairpinclip onthe bottomof the pump.
2. Removethe cup.
3. Removethe intakevalve.
4. Removethe leverscrew andlift the leverout ofthe slotin theupper springcage.
5. Removethe upperspring cageby turningit counterclockwise.
6. Removethe springand lowerspring cage.
7. Removethe piston.
8. Wash all pump parts thoroughly in a sanitizing solution, using the brush provided; rinse the
