Miracle Steamer
MS-150
Eliminate the long waits for preparing hot
menu items. e Miracle Steamer uses plain
tap water to heat and cook foods. e generator
converts water into super-heated dry steam for
intense top-down heat that cooks and nishes
foods while maintaining the original textures,
colors, avors, and nutrients.
e Miracle Steamer includes two steaming
options. For instant steam that quickly reheats
items or melts cheese, a simple push button
releases dry, super-heated steam into the food
chamber. Because the steam is released from
the top of the food chamber, heat penetration
is very ecient and fast. For items that require
longer steaming times, a programmable time
cycle is also provided.

NOTE: Units with a direct water hookup require a water pressure regulator. e psi should
be between 20 and 30.
