Effective January 31, 2012 the High Efficiency Bun Toaster Model
HEBT-5V with integrated two sided club toasting is available to all
McDonald’s Areas of the World. The High Efficiency Bun Toaster can
toast core and specialty buns and can also re-thermalize tortillas. The
unit design saves counter space, increases energy efficiency, and
allows the unit to operate while being cool to the touch. The new
continuous belt design prevents undesired bun marking.

Transition Equipment
A.J. Antunes & Co. will stop manufacturing the VCT-200/250 as of
February 2013.
The VCT-200/250 will be “in transition”- Equipment no longer available for
purchase by the McDonald’s system; Service, Parts and Support will be
available to the system for the next 10 years, starting February 1, 2013.
