1. Install the Audio Commander Software to
your computer. To download the latest
version of Andrea Electronics AudioCommander software and PDF User Guide,
please visit our download page at:
If you do not have an internet connection,
please call Andrea Electronics customer
service at 1 (800) 442-7787 to request an
AudioCommander software CD be shipped
to you.
2. Plug USB connector into USB slot on your
computer.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter the following problems:
No sound from headset ear phone while
an audio CD plays from computer.
A. Check all connections.
B. Check that the correct audio device is
selected in the PCs control panel
C. Check output volume level adjustment in
software and on the cable module.
