AlphaSure™ D-Series is
Detailed Device Options: AlphaSure™ D-Series considers each connected device
as a separate entity. The behavior of each device can be altered in order to customfit AlphaSure™ D-Series to your specific needs for virtually any application imaginable.
Built-In ‘Up-and-About’ Check-In System: Set appropriate devices as checkin points, and instantly view a report showing which locations have and have not

checked in during a specified time period. This is an ideal application for assisted
living facilities or senior residence applications.
Flexible Zone / Priority Monitoring: Each operator can select the systems (DM
only), zones, and priorities they wish to monitor. Any notifications which do not fit
into these preferences will not be displayed to that operator.
Easily Generate a Variety of Activity Reports: Choose whether you wish to
view reports on-screen, or print them out for your records. AlphaSure™ D-Series
makes it unbelievably easy to gather and display the information you need, when
you need it. This can improve facility staffing and insure prompt call response. It
can even protect you from a costly liability lawsuit.
Operator to Operator Chat System: AlphaSure™ D-Series come complete with
a basic one-on-one operator chat system, to help insure an open line of
communication between multiple operators monitoring different sections of a facility
/ institution.
Compact Mode: AlphaSure™ D-Series handles a lot, but doesn’t need to occupy
your entire screen. Set the application to compact mode, and AlphaSure™ D-Series
will shrink itself to an animated text marquee, while still displaying all of the information
you need in order to monitor your devices. Never miss an important call!

Color-Coded Priority Levels / Custom Audible Alert: All 10 notification priority
levels can be color-coded to meet your customized needs. Priority levels can also
be associated to different sound files (.wav format) to audibly distinguish between
the priority levels of incoming notifications.
Tone Off Ability: The highest-priority notification will re-play its audible alert every
15 seconds. This may be disabled by pressing the ‘Tone Off’ button. If there is a
notification in the queue with a priority of 1, 2, or 3 the ‘Tone Off’ option will be
disabled, as you cannot silence a high-priority notification.
Manage You Operators, and Their Privileges: Operators, much like devices,
have their own set of options. Assign privileges to your operators to insure they will
not accidentally (or purposely) access / modify information you don’t want them
to.
Device Viewer: AlphaSure™ D-Series enables you to run queries on your devices
and their properties to facilitate the process of making sure your devices’ properties
are setup correctly for your system application.
