Architects' And Engineers' Specifications

The 2- Wire Concierge Handset St ation(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / S.T.R.™ AlphaEntry™/QwikBUS™ HT333
Series AlphaEntry™/QwikBUS™ handset s or approved equal.

Handset (s) shall be finished in (White, T itanium or Anthracite)
color.

Handset (s) shall be used with the corresponding WINPC series (or
equivalent) AlphaEntry™ PC Mast er Station(s).

Handset (s) shall be mounted (surface, flush or desktop) with
appropriate adapter(s) as needed. Handset(s) shall feature
elect ret c ondenser microphone for exceptional voice fidelity.
Handset s that include carbon transmitt er or other older voice
tec hnologies shall not be ac ceptable. Handset shall have a
textured finish and heavy- duty coil c ord. Handset shall include a
(KEY SYMBOL) push button and auxiliary (ROUND DOT) push
button, as well an an LED indicator button. Push buttons shall be
clearly visible and shall be marked in a different color. Handset(s)
shall include a built- in elect ronic c all tone signal. Handset(s) shall
require only two (2) c ommon (loop) wires for system operation.

HT333 Series AlphaEntry™/QwikBUS™ Concierge

Handsets

The Alpha Communicat ions® / S.T.R.™ HT333 Series AlphaEntry™
/QwikBUS™ handsets are designed to work as a Concierge (front
desk) handset in c onjunction with an AlphaEntry™ WINPC series
PC Master Stat ion. All HT333 handsets require only t wo (2)
common (loop) wires! Choose from White, Titanium (Silver/Grey) or
Anthracite (Charcoal) c olors.

These att ractive handsets easily surface mount right on t he wall
or over a single gang flush elect rical back box (or plaster ring).
Handset s c an be c hanged to desk mount with the addition of a
model TZ1003 desk adapter, or c an be flush mounted with t he
addition of a Model UM3004 flush housing/trim assembly.

All HT333 series AlphaEntry™/QwikBUS™ handsets feature
textured finish (to minimize sc ratc hes and fingerprints), electronic
tone signaling, heavy duty replaceable c oiled cord and (3) three
momentary button switches. These switches can be used for
handset programming, or other signaling func tions, depending upon
system c onfiguration, as well as LED indication.
