Make sure that the supplied SD Card (memory card) is correctly fitted in the navigator.
Check the activation status of the SD CARD:
Press MENU
Select CONFIGURATION
Select SD CARD MANAGEMENT
Select MAP LICENCE STATUS
If the MAP licence status is other than active
consult the SD CARD supplied manual.
