NOTAS SOBRE O MANUSEIO DA UNIDADE ÓPTICA
O diodo laser da unidade óptica é sensível a descargas eletroestáticas podendo ser danificado por descargas causadas por roupas ou mes­mo pelo corpo humano. Durante o reparo tenha cuidado para não causar danos a unidade, devido a descargas eletroestáticas e siga corretamente os procedimentos descritos nesse manual para a exe­cução de reparos e troca de componentes. As placas de circuito im­presso são facilmente danificadas, tenha muito cuidado para manu­seá-las.
NOTAS SOBRE O DIODO EMISSOR DE LASER
O feize laser nesse modelo é concentrado e deve ser focado na super­fície reflexiva do disco, pela lente objetiva da unidade óptica. Quan­do observar a emissão do diodo laser, tome o cuidado de estar no mínimo a 30 cm da lente objetiva.
O componente laser desse produto é capaz de emitir radiação, excedendo o limite da Classe 1.
Este aparelho é classificado como um produto LASER CLASSE 1. O símbolo do produto laser classe 1 está localizado na parte posterior externa do aparelho.

O uso dos controles, ajustes ou execução de procedimentos que não sejam os descritos nesse manual, podem causar exposição a uma perigosa radiação.

Notas sobre o reparo da placa de circuito impresso
Mantenha a temperatura do ferro de solda por volta de 270˚C durante o reparo.
Não ressolde componentes em um mesmo ponto da placa mais de três vezes.
Tenha cuidado para não forçar os condutores (trilhas) da placa durante o processo de soldagem e dessoldagem.

NOTAS SOBRE O MANUSEIO DA UNIDADE ÓPTICA

LOCALIZAÇÃO E FUNÇÃO DE CONTROLES

Conecte as antenas de AM e FM (fornecidas).
2 Tomadas VIDEO/AUX
Aceita sinais de som analógico de um equipamento externo. Conecte utilizando um cabo de conexão RCA (não fornecido) (o plugue vermelho à tomada R, o plugue branco à tomada L). Veja também o manual de instruções do seu equipamento. Para acessar a função para a entrada externa, pressione VIDEO/AUX.
Dica:
Para mudar o nome de visualização para esta função, ligue o aparelho, depois mantenha pressionada a tecla VIDEO/AUX e pressione POWER no aparelho. Repita o procedimento para selecionar "VIDEO", "AUX" ou "TV".

4 Seletor de voltagem CA
Ajuste o seletor de voltagem CA conforme a tensão de alimentação local, utilizando uma chave de fenda.

Liga e desliga o aparelho (STANDBY). O indicador vermelho pisca quando o sensor estiver recebendo o sinal do controle remoto.
3 MODE (9-12, 20)
Seleciona os diversos modos (ECO e Reprodução Repetida/Aleatória/Programada, etc.) quando utilizada em combinação com as teclas ENTER e MULTI JOG.
4 ENTER (9-12, 14, 20, 22, 23)
Fixa o modo e a hora (ECO, Reprodução Repetida/ Aleatória/Programada, relógio, temporizador, etc.) quando utilizada em combinação com as teclas ENTER e MULTI JOG.
5 MULTI JOG (9-12, 14, 16, 18-20, 22, 23)
Quando utilizada em combinação com as teclas ENTER e MULTI JOG: CD: seleciona a faixa e a Reprodução Repetida/ Aleatória/Programada. Rádio: seleciona o número da emissora memorizada. Fita: especifica o tempo total da fita. Relógio e Temporizador: ajusta a hora. i-Bass: seleciona a faixa de freqüência. Analizador de espectro, ECO e Dimmer: selecionam o modo.

Ajusta o volume do microfone.

Conecte aqui o microfone.
7 Tomada PHONES
Conecte aqui um fone de ouvido opcional com uma minitomada estéreo (ø3,5 mm). A emissão do som pelas caixas acústicas será cancelada.

Inicia a duplicação de toda a fita cassete.

Inicia a gravação.

CD e Fita: deixa a reprodução em pausa. Rádio: armazena as emissoras sintonizadas na memória.

CD: seleciona a faixa do CD correspondente ao número especificado. Rádio: sintoniza a emissora de rádio memorizada no número de memória especificado.
As teclas numéricas operam as funções abaixo mencionadas quando pressionadas juntamente com a tecla SHIFT

Entra no modo de Gravação AI Edit ou no modo de Gravação com Edição Programada quando pressionada no modo de parada.
BAND (14)
Seleciona a função Rádio e a faixa de sintonização.
TAPE A/B (16-18)

Alterna entre os modos de recepção FM em estéreo e mono.

Seleciona a reprodução Aleatória ou Programada na função CD.
REPEAT (11, 12)
Entra no modo de reprodução Repetida do CD.
ENTER (9-12, 14, 20, 22, 23)

Entra no modo de ajuste da hora.
CLOCK/TIMER/SELECT (22, 23)
Seleciona a reprodução com o temporizador, a gravação com o temporizador ou o desligamento automático.
6 DISPLAY (9, 10, 11)
Mostra o tempo total e o tempo restante do CD.
7 SHIFT
Mantenha-a pressionada enquanto estiver pressionando as teclas numéricas para mudar para a função que estiver impressa acima do número da tecla.
Exemplo:
"Mantenha pressionada SHIFT e depois pressione BAND no controle remoto" significa "Mantenha
pressionada SHIFT e pressione '2' (BAND)". Com este procedimento, você será capaz de selecionar a função Rádio e a faixa de sintonização.
8 FUNCTION
Alterna a função em operação entre CD, TAPE, TUNER e VIDEO (AUX ou TV).
9 DISC SKIP (11)
Seleciona um disco.
0 c/d (9, 11, 16)
Quando o aparelho é desligado: ativa ou desativa o modo de demonstração DEMO. CD e Fita: inicia a reprodução.
s (11, 16-19)
CD e Fita: pára a reprodução.
f,g (11, 14, 16)
CD: procura a faixa em reprodução ou retrocesso enquanto estiver pressionada. Fita: avança rapidamente ou rebobina a fita. Rádio: sintoniza manualmente dentro da faixa selecionada.
a (11, 16, 17)
CD e Fita: deixa a reprodução em pausa.
! SLEEP (22)
Ativa/desativa o Desligamento Automático e seleciona a duração.
@ VOLUME (+, - ) (9)
Ajusta o volume.
# SOUND (20)
Seleciona o modo de ajuste BASS ou TREBLE.
CLEAR (13, 14)
Apaga a faixa do CD programada para reprodução e as emissoras de rádio memorizadas.
Nota
As teclas que não foram mencionadas acima (ALBUM N, M e SPECTRUM) não operam neste aparelho.
Dimmer
Ajusta a luminosidade do visor.

Pressione repetidamente MODE até que "DIMMER ?" apareça no visor quando o aparelho é ligado e depois pressione ENTER.

Gire MULTI JOG para selecionar um dos três modos do dimmer ou "OFF" e depois pressione ENTER.
"OFF" é a maior luminosidade e "DIMMER 3" é a menor luminosidade.
Se não houver nenhuma operação do MULTI JOG ou das teclas em um intervalo de 6 segundos, o ajuste será cancelado.
Para cancelar o modo dimmer selecionado
Repita os procedimento acima e selecione "OFF" no passo 2.

Ajustando o relógio
Utilize o controle remoto.

Pressione CLOCK/TIMER/SET.

Pressione repetidamente r ou t até "CLOCK SET" aparecer no visor e depois pressione ENTER.

Pressione repetidamente r ou t para ajustar a hora e depois pressione ENTER.
4
Pressione repetidamente r ou t para ajustar os minutos e depois pressione ENTER.
A indicação de hora pára de piscar no visor e o relógio inicia a partir de 00 segundo.
•O MULTI JOG pode ser utilizado no lugar do r ou t.
Para visualizar a hora
Pressione DISPLAY no controle remoto. A hora será visualizada por aproximadamente 6 segundos.
Dica:
"AM 12:00" indica meia-noite e "PM 12:00" indica meio-dia.
Se a indicação "- -:- -" aparecer quando o aparelho for desligado
Houve interrupção no fornecimento de energia elétrica. Ajuste novamente o relógio.

MODO DE TESTE

JAX-PK1(CX-JN1)
MC COLD RESET
O modo cold reset apaga todos os dados gravados na memória RAM. Execute esse modo antes de retornar o aparelho ao cliente.
Procedimento:
1. Em modo standby, pressionado o botão x , pressione também
[POWER] .
2. O aparelho é resetado e volta ao modo STB.
GC TEST MODE
Procedimento:
1. Pressione [POWER] para ligar o aaprelho.
2. Enquanto pressiona x pressione também [POWER] por 5 seg.
3. O display vai exibindo o modelo, versão e sufixo a cada 2 segun-
dos de intervalo e depois o display volta ao status normal.
AMP TEST MODE
Procedimento:
Retire o cabo de força da tomada.

Pressione "amp test mode" eo display exibirá “AMP TEST".
Se girar o botão

mensagem “VOLUME MAX”, e se girar no sentido anti­horário será exibido “VOLUME 0”.

até que o display exiba “AM 530 kHz” (10 kHz step) ou “AM 531 kHz” (9 kHz step).
FUNCTION CHANGE MODE
Selecione TV, VIDEO ou AUX (MD) para a entrada auxiliar.
Procedimento:
1. Pressione [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.
2. Enquanto pressiona [VIDEO/AUX] pressione também [POWER]
3. A cada vez que você aperta os botões o display mostra "TV",
“VIDEO” e “AUX”, nessa ordem.
TRAVAMENTO DE GAVETA
Procedimento
1. Pressione
2. Enqaunto pressiona x pressione também OPEN/CLOSE]
por 5 segundos.
3. As mensagens “LOCKED” é exibida e a gaveta é travada. (Mesmo saindo do modo a gaveta permanecerá travada)
4. Para liberar a gaveta, pressione o botão x
[ OPEN/CLOSE] juntos por 5 segundos.

CD REPEAT 5 LIMIT CANCEL MODE
Quando o modo "Repeat" está ativado, o número de vezes em
que o CD reproduz repetidamente é 5. Este modo habilita o CD a repetir-se mais de 5 vezes.
Procedimento:
1. Pressione [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.
2. No modo de repetição, enquanto pressiona x button, pressione
[POWER] para ligar o aparelho.

[CD] para entrar no modo CD repeat 5 limit cancel e o display
piscará várias vezes repetidamente.
3. Para sair desse modo pressione [POWER] .

Utilize-o quando precisar limpar a unidade.
Procedimento:
1. Com cabo de força do aparelho fora da tomada, pressione o botão [CD] e conecte o cabo na tomada.
2. Ao entrar no modo o display mostra “CD TEST” e poucos se- gundos depois todos os segmentos do display se acendem.
3. Para sair desse modo retire o cabo de força da tomada.

SEÇÃO CD

Nota:
1. O bloco do CD é desenvolvido para operar sem ajustes. Apesar disso, ve≠
rifique os itens na ordem dada.
2. Use o YEDS-18 (3-702-101-01) a menos que outro seja indicado.
3. Use um osciloscopio com impedancia maior que 10M.
4. Limpe as lentes objetivas com detergente neutro quando o nÌvel de
sinal estiver mais baixo que o especificado no teste a seguir.
VERIFICAÇÃO DA S-CUR VE

2. Ligue a energia.
3. Insira o disco YEDS-18 e deixeprocura de foco atuar·

4. Confirme se a forma de onda no osciloscopio (S-curve) é simetrica entre A e B. E confirme o nivel pico-a-pico de até 3 ± 0.5 Vp-p.
Nota: Uma forma de onda clara de RF é aquela onde a forma pode
ser claramente identificada no centro da forma de onda.
